I stopped by today just to inquire about their business, and the lady at the front desk was so rude. When I asked a question she looked at me so disgusted like I’m wasting her time. I got the answer to my 1 question and I kindly walked away. Not looking to bring my business to a place that treats customers like trash.Reply to the owner: I know now that you don’t provide the service I asked for after you answered me with that nasty attitude. It’s the fact that you look at people like you’re better than them. If you are the owner of this place and you’re the one I spoke to when I came in earlier today, then you have very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NASTY ATTITUDE
I was treated Very Very Poorly by C&A embroidery. To begin with their website says store hours on Saturday from 10am-2pm. I had even called on Friday afternoon to double check hours were correct. So when I was there on Saturday, July 10th at 10:15am, doors were locked and no one there. About 10 minutes later, someone shows up. I understand being late, but being late 1/8th the hours of operation for the day makes it tough on people who can only run their errands on a Saturday because of work schedule.I gave them two blank football jerseys and the numbers to heat transfer and three patches to be sewn on. The charge was $260, which I thought was a lot of money for about two hours work, but I was ok with it I don’t mind paying a price for great work. This is going to be as a memorial piece for my teammate from 3rd grade thru college and my best friend who passed away in November. I explained there was a timeline on this so I could present the gift to his family gift his birthday and they assured me they would be ready by the Saturday next. Well on Saturday and, no call, I called them. They told me it would be Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I reiterated my timeline and they assured me there would be no problem. Tuesday morning I called them and they told me it wasn’t ready. I told them I was coming to pick everything up at 4pm after work. They could have completed this in the next 7 hours until 4pm and pleased their customer and probably had me for life, but my stuff was brought right to me when I arrived. There was no sorry, no explanation or apology it was just go away. I was left scrambling and I missed giving this to my friends family. That sucks, but then again that is what I get for putting trust into something these days.I can’t comment on the quality of work of this establishment and no one there was mean or argumentative; they were just callous and they lied right to my face, more than once. They established two deadlines, missed them both and when I pressed them, it was go away and go screw yourself. I have never have nor ever will give my business to liars, because if they lie, there’s really high chance they will cheat and steal is well. I have had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order with 2 weeks ago for my daughters graduation. I was assured my Esmeralda that my order would be ready in time. I then received an email from Janet stating that they were running behind and if I could possibly pick the order up early the following week. I replied explaining that we were leaving town on Tuesday and therefore I would need to pick them up on Monday after work. When arrived to pick up the shirts 4 of them had discrepancies. I was told that the problem would be corrected and that some would deliver them to my home. Shirts were delivered minus 1 and the corrections on the other ones look horrible. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!
C&A Embroidery is great! The team is very friendly and responsive. They produce high quality work, with an un-ending selection of options at competitive pricing. Ive used C&A for all my screen printing and embroidery since 2015 and wouldnt consider going anywhere else.
I brought in a jacket to have some embroidery done on it at the very last minute. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in regards to my last minute request; hey were able to complete my order in the time frame I ask for. The final product was exactly what I was looking for and was done very professionally. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I’m amazed by all the positive responses. I literally have to force them to get my order done. I noticed someone said they got their order of 24 done in a day???HOW??? I asked for an order of stickers and it took 6 days....6DAYS only after I called and complained. Plus they have shorted me shirts on 2 occasions. I swear if it wasn’t for the prices being the lowest in town I’d go somewhere else. I’m seriously thinking of purchasing my own screen printing equipment just to avoid the bs I have to go through

Ive been working with C&A after meeting them back in November when shopping around for screen printers in the area. They were the first ones I visited and got a good vibe talking to Carlos and Adriana at their location on west Cheyenne so I stopped searching from there. Im starting a clothing line and wanted to build a relationship with someone I can trust and I got a good vibe and finally ordered my first batch of 24. The service was fast, ordered 1 day, dropped off the logo the next and a day or two later it was ready. They were also very kind with all my questions I had and multiple phone calls.I picked them up the other day and was satisfied until I got home and put the shirt on and realized the logo was small. It threw me off at first because I thought I asked for the size of a piece of paper which I did looking back at my email but the mock had a different size on it and I didnt catch it when I signed off, so it was an error on both of our ends. Seeing that it was a mistake on both our ends I hope we are able to work out something after the holidays to get the right size on my batch of shirts before I leave town. So I will keep all your yelpers informed.he quality however of my logo was good and I didnt feel it would wash off easily. Was centered probably and preserved all my original detail. Their prices seem pretty reasonable but then again I didnt look around elsewhere. They have a great selection of good quality shirts and they were even nice enough to let me have their catalog. If everything continues to go smoothly they will definitely be my number one place to get all my orders printed out at for the pre-orders and future orders. I see there has been some bad reviews but so far I have had a good experience and recommend them. Lets see how this error will be handled here in the next few days, thats how you know if are dealing with a good company or not.
This place is the worst. I had some hats done for my business and they messed up the stitching on all the hats. The first time I ordered the stitching was fine. When I ordered in bulk the hats came out with bad stitching on all of them and then they try to blame it on the seam of the hat, which it had nothing to do with. It took another week to get new hats and when I got the new hats it was again messed up, which caused delays in me getting my customers their orders. Jazet did not seem to care about the flawed product they made for me and act like it was my fault. I would not recommend going to this place. Theres plenty other places in town with good quality stitching, not to mention they wont over charge you for their product. I found a great location with great service and reasonable prices.So this is in response to the owner of C&A that claims I have unrealistic ideas. I dare you to post the pics of the hats you made with stitching coming loose. Oh by the way I found a place and it stitching is top notch plus the prices are lower and they provide dropshipping. You guys charge $19.99 for a NewEra 402 vs the other place charge $16. I’m not going to name the other place because you know who your competitors are. Matter of fact I’ll stop by your shop show you my receipt and quality of hat so you can learn how to do real stitching.Any potential customer looking for a place for embroidery I will give you the location and then you tell me the service you received. Stay away from C&A. As you can see from the owners response, he wants to argue with dissatisfied customers. I’ll let you guys be the judge.

On October 9th I ordered two custom made t-shirts to be made for the next day. Employee told me she would call me the next day when the shirts were ready, I am still waiting for the phone call. That was my 2nd time doing business with them, and the last. The first time they didnt have my order ready when they said they would and had to do it for me on when I went to pick it up.
I have been going to CNA for a few years and they always are great. Jazet has always been the best i can ask for. We have had a few mistakes in our order and they have always taken responsibility and replace the mistakes with no questions asked. That means alot knowing customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are looking for a good company you should use CNA.

Hello Everyone.We came to have our product completed and when product was received it had the wrong shirt sizes and not exactly what was ordered. When bringing it to their attention attitude came along followed by not a sorry or how can we make it better but, by well its the vendor lables & the shirts we provid not oue fault. I was told that this has never happen before. So I said okay maybe so. So I asked well then whats the reasoning for our shirts orderd not being the correct sex example male, female and unisex not being correct along came again an attitidue about well why did you not come back? I advised that while picking up product today was my chance to make our concerns aware since last week.We were promised orginally since having a bad experience with another company that it would NOT happen again. Well thanks for your honesty, but it happen again & lied to make money.Last order was just one hat and it took 1 full week for completion of the 1 hat. Not good service for one item.Thanks for listening.
