Great experience! I bought a vintage bar a few year ago, and always wanted to add a stone top. Braza Stone listened to my needs, offered several options, and even let me pick out which part of the stone I wanted. We used the leftovers to update my kitchen island. It all started with Carina, she showed us the different types of stone and from there she kept in close contact with me via email. Some of the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you Carina! The crew that came out and put our granite countertops in were respectful and efficient. They were as tidy as could be with such a messy job. There was a tiny hiccup along the way but it was taken care of quickly and met our expectations. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting beautiful countertops and awesome customer service.

We needed a top for a small vanity and stopped at Braza Stone first. They were very helpful, gave us a great quote, and friendly! More importantly, treated us as if we were spending thousands even though we werent. We did a bit more shopping but decided Braza was the place for us. Now we know exactlywhere well be going for our new kitchen...and actually spending thousands...Hands down, its Braza Stone!

Great place for granite! David and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. After some shopping around, they definitely had the best price for our project as well. We have used them for a large job 7 years ago and we were very impressed with the rapid turnaround, even on such a large project. This year we had a smaller project with rather specific needs come up and we couldnt be happier to be working with Braza Stone again.

Accurate and pressure free sales from David and very professional installers to finish my project. Brazastone is unique in you order the counters in square feet not by the number of slabs it takes for your project. No excess leftovers you dont need to pay for. Super happy with the whole experience and would recommend them for your project.

After visiting 5-6 stone places around town, we hired Braza Stone to install our new kitchen counters. Are we happy with the product, workmanship, and prices? A definite yes!The entire process, at least for us, was pretty straightforward. We knew what kind of stone we were looking for and had rough measurements when we arrived at their warehouse. We dropped in to see what they offered and met with David, the sales rep, who showed us around the warehouse. He talked to us about the differences in their stones, prices, and the install process. We saw a nice looking slab at the right price point and decided to go with Braza.Once we signed the contract, things moved pretty quickly. First up was the demo. The two-man crew came in on-time and ripped out the tile countertop in less than 2 hours. Before they started, they told me what they were going to do and explained that the walls might have some holes in it depending on how the old stuff was installed. I was fully prepared to see holes in my walls, especially behind the backsplash, but to my surprise, I didn’t have any major problems. They cleaned up the area before leaving and hauled the old tile counters away.After tile removal, another person came by to take accurate measurements and create a template of the counter space.A few weeks later, a different two-man crew came to install the slab, which took about 4 ½ hours. They were professional, meticulous, and easy to work with. We didn’t have any major problems with our install as our walls are pretty even. The only glitch we had was a misunderstanding regarding the attachment of the dishwasher. After reviewing our contract, we realized that we had purchased a dishwasher bracket, which installers were not aware of. We called the office and the owner came out to the site with the needed part.Every person (owner, salesperson, office staff, the demo & install guys) that we worked with did a great job for us. They were upfront about what they could and could not do, their prices were very fair, the contract was thorough, and they were very responsive to the many questions and concerns we had.Overall, we had a great experience with this company and we are very pleased with the final results. We would definitely use their services again!

Called to find out price for installation, the gentleman who answered the phone had the worst customer service and put me off doing business with Braza Stone. He told me it would cost over $100 just to come out and measure my kitchen countertop. When I asked him how much does installation cost per square feet he said he doesnt give prices over the phone. Not my kind of people to do business with.

There was never any pressure or steering to select one product over another. (which was ideal for us!) Once we chose our product, from start to finish, the communication was excellent! Carina (at the office) so kind, helpful arranged for install, payment and addressed any questions or concerns that may have risen. We chose Braza Stone for our Master bathroom to return again for our kitchen remodel and plan to have them redo our guest bathroom in the future! We give them 5 stars out of 5 starts! We chose Braza Stone to handle our kitchen remodel. Right from the get-go they were very professional. David encouraged me when it came to knocking down our breakfast bar to island level, telling me that theyd done it for many clients and that it always turned out great. I was nervous about doing it. All workers were very highly qualified, communication was usually very good and we are extremely pleased with the finished product! I have my dream, open-concept kitchen!

This is one of those places where you CAN get great quality at an AFFORDABLE price. Why, because they are direct importers of a large portion of their stones (Marble, Granite etc.)The first time I used them they sold me a marble top with installation for my barbecue pit, followed by the marble counter top for my master bath and they just installed an amazing looking marble top with rainforest design for my guest bath.I highly recommend them, will keep using them as needed as you cannot find better in Las Vegas.

This company is amazing!! This was my first time working with granit fabrication and Braza Stone really held my hand thru the whole process. The sales/office staff were so helpful and considerate, communication was outstanding. The installers were curtious, efficient and careful. I had Braza Stone replace my kitchen countertops. They had a huge selection and were very professional. I selected a red quartz and it is beautiful. I dealt with Tony and found him to be honest and concerned about his business. I was so impressed with their business, I had them do my outdoor BBQ in granite. Beautiful.

This is a morally bankrupt, incompetent, disorganized, poorly managed granite contractor lacking any attention to detail and completely devoid of any business or professional integrity.ProsInstallers had a good attitude. Unfortunately, with there low level skill set, they failed to overcome incompetent job management and grossly inaccurately fabricated prefab granite slabs.NegativesThe Fabricator cut all Prefab granite pieces either too long or too wide at their fabrication shop and ignored the dimensions from the drawing from the Templater. All overhangs were specified to be 11/2, except the left and right edge of the stove, (cut flush for stove placement). Overhangs, after install ranged from 11/4 to 21/4.The left side of stove granite top overhang is flush (from wall) with the stove, the right side of the stove granite top sticks out 3/4 (from wall).The seam on two adjoining L pieces, is not flush (level), the epoxy is rough, and the color does not match well with the granite.The Installers did not center the Island piece, all overhangs are different (not 11/2 as specified). The Installers did a sloppy job caulking top edge of granite back splash and the caulking was the wrong color. The Installers spent a significant amount of time trying to modify (re-fabricate) the tops on site creating a mess of granite dust throughout the garage. The original sink brought out by Installers had a dent and a scratch and was rejected by the Owner. The Installers dropped the sink into the sink cabinet on angle stops causing the plumbing to leak.The granite counter top edge of the under mount sink was specified to be flush with the edge of the sink. The fabricator cut the granite sink top opening smaller and the granite now extends over the edge of the sink.The Manager David, being completely unaware and uninformed about details of the install, took two hours to return the Owners call to address issues on install day. The Manager was very angry and defensive and offered excuses, all pieces are cut correctly, this is not a custom job and there is little money in prefabs when the owner asked why the pieces were cut wrong and other issues with the sloppy, sub standard install. Three hours into the install, the Installers had to take the largest granite top piece back to their shop for major modifications (re-fabrication).The Contractors truck leaked oil on the asphalt (street) in front of the driveway and the Owner had to clean up mess (due to strict hoa rules) in order for Owner to not to receive a fine from HOA. The Owner and Manager of Braza Stone LLC. should not be proud of their unprofessional and sub-standard prefab granite countertop install at my home as they made many, many rookie mistakes and behaved very unprofessionally when presented with problems to resolve. When Braza Stone LLC. has called the Owner, they never leave a message, terribly unprofessional and not helpful.A Certified mail, 4 page letter detailing all the mistakes, was sent a few days after the awful sub standard counter top install, to Braza Stone LLC., requesting they fix all issues. As of the date of this review the Owner has not received a response from the Owner or Manager of Braza Stone LLC..In conclusion, Braza Stone LLC. is terribly unskilled and unprofessional in all aspects of prefab slab granite countertop installation. Braza Stone LLC is poorly managed and when problems arise that are of their creation they get very angry and defensive and blame the owner of the project. The only mistake this owner made was hiring Braza Stone LLC. . Their Initials start with BS, and everyone knows what BS stands for, thats ironic but those initials fit them perfectly. 1 out of 5 stars is being generous. Disclaimer: This Owner had a nightmarish experience with Braza Stone LLC., and obviously would not recommend hiring them. Youre experience with them may not be the same as mine, but buyer beware.

Price, selection and customer service were all excellent. I used Braza Stone for granite kitchen counters three years ago and was very satisfied so when a bathroom remodel was underway I knew where to turn for countertops. I am thrilled with the result. Installation was fast, efficient and highly professional.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! DISHONEST plus POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. Messed up a whole quartz kitchen install, Draws and doors DO NOT close, veining does NOT match, and installed the 8 bar ON AN ANGLE and just jammed caulk in their mistakes as if it wouldnt be noticed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE also and REFUSED TO FIX IT!!! Would give ZERO stars if I could. Go to a real PRO stone company that cares about doing a good job for you.

I would not recommend this company! I called to get an estimate of some repair work and he told me I needed to send pics before he would send someone out to give me an estimate. I explained the problem and that pics would be difficult to see and he said just use your cell phone. Im not sure he understands english!

Went there to get a prefabbed island countertop, didnt have 24, needed 36, told me I could buy it anywhere and the would pick it up, take it to my house and install it. Bought it at chinese place, went back to get a quote and make an appointment to pick it up and install, they gave me the run-around, making me wait half an hour for the boss to come in, still no quote, told me they would ask the driver how much it would be (as if the driver had a say in it🙄), told me they would call me back within 3 hours with a quote and to make an appointment, and of course they never called me back. They should at least have the balls to tell me they wont pick up and install if not buying from them, forget that place.

Braza Stone was a complete disaster. We were referred by a family member and there were many problems. They promised us a discount at the end of the job, since we opted to do a tile backsplash instead of grante and they claimed they never said it. The granite was installed with different thicknesses and it took them close to 3 weeks to fix the mistakes. The job was not done well and the salesperson was unprofessional. There were problems every step of the way.Update (1 month later): After posting this review I was contacted by the owner. He seemed surprised that I was upset, which was weird to me since I ended our last conversation by saying I am still unhappy, but I need to move on from this situation. He said after looking over my job he realized that they did mess up the measurements and were willing to refund the money they overcharged us and give us a store credit for future purchases. All I ever wanted was for them to check the measurements, issue a refund, and apologize. I wish they would have checked the job after it was completed and not send me a refund months later.
