I had a great experience with Miss Lynn/Sean! They took their time and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Even without testers the public can try I was still color matched (perfectly if I do say so myself) by them and ended up loving it even though it wasnt the kind I came in looking for. I would definitely recommend going and seeing them. I was also happy to hear that you can use the discount at the register for an animal organization if you can think of a lesser known youtubers name to get the discount.

I really liked how clean and concealed things were. Its safe and sanitary and that made me feel comfortable being there shopping. A lot of sales were going on and it was national lipstick day so lipsticks, lipglosses and lipliners were only 5 dollars. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is everytime I had a question about stuff I felt like I was bugging the staff. There were so many people working and hardly any customers in the store. Other than that the greeter was very informative and since theyre parting ways with Jeffree Star all of his products are 30 to 50% off.

We had a bad experience with their sales rep Pep. On Saturday 3/6/2021 we visited the store and mentioned to Pep we had a wedding the next day Sunday 3/7/2021. She offered to do our make up for the wedding and she never showed. Not only did she not show but she ignored our calls and messages. It was very disappointing to be treated like that by a Morphe employee. Below is the text she sent us offering her services.Hello Cynthia, its Pep I met you at Morphe today . I am able to come at 9am to provide makeup services for you guys. It will be 60 dollar a piece.. please let me know if you are still interested.Thank you

Honestly, this was my first time shopping at a Morphe store and it was the best makeup shopping Ive ever experienced. The staff was extremely helpful and I want to give a special shout out to Eve. Eve was incredible and went above and beyond when doing my makeup. It was a very busy Saturday night and she just took her time and did an amazing job. I went In tonight And ended up wanting to have some make up artist to do my eyes . The experience was wonderful Sheyna && Eve both worked on me and they truly made me fill beautiful they did great on my make up and they made me fill very comfortable. Both of them are phenomenal make up artist . They are the reason I will definitely be going back.

So much fun! The eyeshadow palettes have wonderful pigment, and the staff is really helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed spending way too much at this store (prices are great, I just found too much that I loved).

I went in with my fiance and got somethings. The store is nice the staff was great as well. Just wouldve been better if the store mirrored the one in Burbank a little in my opinion from being to both stores. This location just didnt have as much. Awesome staff! Today Jeffree Star Cosmetics launched its concealer and setting powder. Even with a lineup outside before they opened, I was able to get there around 11:30 and walk in have an awesome sales woman with blue makeup help me match shades with a personal touch even though the store was incredibly busy! I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name! The entire staff was awesome and the store was busy but not crazy chaos. Well Done!!

Very friendly and helpful staff with a huge range of Instagram and YouTube favourite makeup brands. Their own brand items are well stocked and they have a huge range of other brands as well.

I loved this store! The staff was great, very helpful and kind. My only qualm is that The Jeffree Star section was pretty cleared out, but that’s to be expected by how good his products are. I would definitely recommend!

Great service. Very friendly staff. I think the only true issue this location has is that they need to keep on top of having all the Jeffree Star cosmetics stocked properly. They didnt have any setting powder or concealer products or the 24 Karat palette. I settled for some LEO Velour Liquid Lipstick and Im the Boss gloss.

Love morphe bit this particular location has some of the rudest staff members. My sister and I visited and were thrilled since there isnt a morphe location near us. The staff stood there just talking and blocking pathways to certain products. We left shortly after not being helped and ignored.

I was visiting Vegas and was so thrilled that they had a Morphe store. They were having trouble with their system so they held my items while I shopped around the mall. When I went back there was a huge line so I walked up to the male employee and asked if I could have my items behind the counter and he put his hands up and shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know and continued to be very hateful so I left the store empty handed):

The cashier sucked. They need to be trained better. Did not say “I can help you here” or “Hello” completely brushed me and my boyfriend off to the side while she gossiped with her coworker about the other employee there.

Although the staff was nice they made me feel really uncomfortable. I couldn’t walk around without being starred at simply because me and my boyfriend had backpacks. I had my boyfriend hold my things while I reached for phone inside my backpack and automatically an associate reached for his microphone, now I work retail and I know what they were doing. I ended up buying everything I had in my hand and that was that. I was so excited to go into this store because we don’t have one where I’m from but never again. They got to the point where they were annoying asking me every 5 seconds “ are you finding everything okay”. They ask you so many times because they think you’re stealing and all they can is customer service you. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Only giving them 2 stars because I actually got what I wanted.

Came into the store to buy some items, I was greeted nor helped by no one. It was an all around extremely underwhelming experience, plus they were out of almost everything of Jeffree Star’s. And they also don’t sell any of the Jaclyn Hill brushes with the white handle separately. Will always shop online from now on. What a shame. I came all the way here from the East, I expected better.

I went to this store while I was on vacation last week and IT WAS DISGUSTING. This was my first morphe store experience as well.The workers were rude and didn’t greet you.Half of the tester make up was missing, or all over the counters, and nothing was stocked. When I asked for a make up wipe to remove some off my hands and they handed me a wet paper towel. IT WAS SO GROSS. You can clearly see the make up on display wasn’t taken care of and the staff didn’t care. I’m so disappointed.

Store was a mess. Products out of place and a very hard location to get to if you are parking with your own car. Not worth it.

I love this store im so happy we have on in Vegas. The only thing I would say is there isnt enough people working to assist you if you need help find shades. I waited for a few minutes till i was able to track one of the workers down to help me with the new foundation and concealer collection. She was very helpful though! Amd I appriciate the time she took helping me. There just needs to be more people of staff
