I bought a new desk top from them at a GREAT price and they loaded it for me and showed me some new stuff to save me money, and future friendship on questions. Sorry this is a little long. This is my first time ever writing a google review and I feel I should have done it sooner but my experience yesterday made me really want to get on here and write this. Ive only used them for their shipping services and have been going there for a few years now. Usually its just a drop off with a prepaid label as their location is more convenient than the post office or UPS and FedEx. I had an item that was slightly too big for a large USPS flat rate box that would have only cost $21 to ship. Took it to the post office on Russell and Buffalo in my own box. The guy I dealt with was rude to me because I couldnt find any priority shipping labels to write out the address. Usually I give them the address and theyll print one out. No, he made me get out of line and write the address on the box when I could have done it in 30 seconds at the window. So anyways I get back to the window and almost $60 for priority shipping. My jaw about hit the floor. It was the box size not the weight that drove the price up. I decided to take it to @Tech-Mail which I should have done in the first place. The owner Chuck helped me and I briefly told him I just came from the post office. Chuck said he can save me some money if we can reduce the box size because the item is so light. He asked if he can open it and cut the box down. Of course I said yes. He cut the box down and taped it back up neatly right in front of me. Shipping ended up costing $27 instead of $60. He could of easily tried to sell me a smaller box and made me repack it myself or charge extra for them to pack it but he went above and beyond to save me money. Chuck and his business deserve a huge shout out. Ive only had positive experiences here with all his employees.

I am typing this review on the computer that Chuck just fixed. He is an amazing person. He had it fixed in less than a day and I wasted about 2 weeks trying to reboot it on my own. Not only did the put in a NEW hard drive (which had crashed) but he replaced it with an ever BETTER SSD Drive And replaced all the programs and operating software for less than a thrid of the cost of replacing the same computer brand new. I cannot express how happy I am. Thank you Chuck. Even though I moved, I will make the drive to come back anytime I have a computer issue in the future.

I don’t know why I’ve taken so long to write this review. My family and I have been using their services for years! I’ve had desktops and laptops completely restored to brand new and at a reasonable price! I’ve also had great experience shipping packages here, they always make sure everything is correct before sending things off. To top it off they are the kindest, most patient and highly knowledgeable group of workers. I have lots of respect for them and will always continue to support!

The team is always welcoming, friendly, helpful and they are so accommodating (will make sure they get supplies in and call you when it arrives). They do quality repairs and are just all around awesome! I know who I can count on at a decent price!

They gave me issues trying to notarize documents and cost me am entire contract and a LOT of money. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS store. They laughed and said it would have been no issue at all. What a colossal waste of time, money and will never go there again

Tech Mail is the place to go for all things computer & printing related!! They were so patient & calming to me during my total panic meltdown!! They totally fixed everything and made it easier to understand and use!! Everyone is so helpful and nice!! I would and will recommend them to everyone!!!!

This is a one stop shop for everything you may need. I came to take passport photos (of two different sizes for different countries), notarized documents, and printed out PDFs as well.They do it all! And on top of everything, the customer service is attentive, theyre knowledgeable of passport photo sizes, and are efficient.

The guys there are great I am a novice when it comes to putting computers together so I went to see if they would install my SSD and not only were they able to for a reasonable price but also got it back to me within 2 hours! Great service and group of people definitely will go back for any computer related issues.

My lcd screen in my laptop completely cracked and started leaking. I brought it in to tech-mail, and they were able to replace the screen quickly and Inexpensively. Dell wanted to charge me $300! Tech-mail was only around $120.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We rented a box here for a couple of years now. There wasnt a close post office with a P.O. Box available at the time we wanted to rent one. It works out for us though. Here its cheaper than the P.O. Box and you wont have to wait in the long line to pick up larger package than your box. With all the package thefts these days, we dont want to risk it. Also, if you need a signature... theyll sign it and it will be here for you to pick up. Everyone here is super helpful and nice. We never have any issue here. I always recommend them to our friends.

This place is amazing! Edwin from the tech portion of the shop helped me. I had called various tech stores and they couldn’t help me with my special dvd burning request. Edwin saved the day and gave me a super fair price. They are quick and have amazing customer service. I am so happy I found this place and highly recommend it!

Pictures and explain in advance what was wrong was greatExpected it not to be within the 2 hour window 42 minutes and I heard back.Then when I brought it in with out the power cord they were so pleasant that I did not feel stupid.Within a day I had text it was ready.They took the time to walk me through what they did and how to prevent the virus I downloaded from happening again.Never accept java update...how to java direct.My newish desktop operated faster than when I bought it and I felt I received excellent service and paid a much lower price than I thought I would.I give them the highest recommendation that can be given.They are masters at their profession and very friendly.Prices are great.

Wow what great customer service and affordable! I was looking for a place to copy a DVD of old 8mm film and everyone was quoting super high prices. Great service! The way it used to be. I am not one to write reviews but this one is warranted. I had a very unusual problem with my computer. They really took the time to find a solution and fixed it. Fixing the computer is not the reason why I am writing a review. it is the way I was handled as a customer. They bring you back to the bench and explain what they are doing and what you are paying for. They remember you by name when you walk in even if it is your second time there. Chuck, Mitch, and the rest of the staff should be teaching classes at business school. If you want to learn how to run a successful business just stand in their lobby. Ladies and gentlemen this is how it is done.

So nice and helpful!! Ive had my laptop fixed here, and ship all of my packages and certified mail here. Only place in town Ive found that doesnt charge you to drop off mail that already has postage. Its one of the reasons I continue to go here when I do need to pay for shipping or certified mail, because of that courtesy I wouldnt go anywhere else in town for mail or computer issues. Keep up the good work guys!!

If you need anything to be shipped, or if you need help in printing or any type of computer work, THIS IS IT ! Bought an ink refill here. They told me to call of my printer didnt recognize the refill and they would help me over the phone. I had to call because the cartridge wouldnt work and they told me to bring in my printer AND my computer. This is ridiculous because I wasnt told this at the store. Who wants to bring their computer and printer EVERYTIME they get an ink refill? The refill was a waste of money. My printer completely shut down and jammed paper because of the refill. I found out that ink cartridges have a chip on them and wont allow refills. BUYER BEWARE. The refill is not worth possibly destroying your printer!

If I could give it a 10, I would give it a 20. HONEST, HONEST, HONEST. They tell the truth about your equipment and refuse to over-charge for something they pay much less for. Example: there is another company who charges $24 for an ink cartridge refill and @Tech charges $8. When I told the other company about the difference the smart-aleck response was Then go there. I will tell you, it is WORTH the trip to know that you really ARE being taken care of by a staff who isnt out to gouge you. I love these people! You will never hear a rude remark out of any of them, and the world of cartridges the other place sells can all go fly a kite.Victoria-Joy Godwin

I love this place! They are very honest. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They will tell you if your computer is worth fixing or not because they dont want you to spend more money to fix your computer/laptop. Ive been going to this place for years bringing my laptops and desktop. They will take out all the pop ups and install some apps that can help clean your computer/laptop especilly if you just bought (they did that to mine). That is why even though i live far away from them now, i still drive all the way to their store because i trust them. They have good price too!
