My company was an exhibitor at an Expo last week. When the owner of our company arrived at the hotel and reviewed the materials, he decided he wanted a few more items to dress up the exhibit.Gary at International Minute Press was fabulous to work with. Our team in Las Vegas didnt have the correct image type files to easily print what we wanted done. Gary had the expertise to use what we did have and delivered excellent poster-size prints and several odd-sized, foam-backed cut outs for our display.In addition to producing a great-looking product, he got it done AND delivered to us at the hotel in under 24 hours. This is a great company to work with.

When I needed materials printed for a Vegas convention, this location meet all the same criteria and had excellent customer service. It saved me the hassle of having to ship in materials. Gary and Allen at Minutemen Press saved my life with a rush print job we were producing for a convention here in Vegas. I delivered print files incorrectly the day they were due, and Allen, the nicest guy in the world, saved me by creating a custom template for me to adjust my artwork and deliver back by the next day. He told me he would be there at 7AM the following morning to go to print, or else we risked being late for delivery. I showed up with my newly laid out files, and I still didnt have my design necessarily perfect without the print having issues. Allen, being the amazing technician he is, sat with me in the shop while I made adjustments to my files from my laptop and verified and proofed my files with me so that he knew I was getting what I wanted. AMAZING. He was absolutely pleasant throughout what I would have expected most print shops to deal with in an annoyed or negative manner. Being a screenprinter for several years, I understand the problems with last minute things like this in the middle of an already busy business, and I cant tell them how much I appreciate them handling my issues so quickly and kindly. I will definitely be back to work again with Allen and Gary, and I have confidence theyd take the same care with your business. Thanks again guys, you really saved me on this job.
