This location is by far the worse service. I’ve been here multiple time. When it’s busy and slow and it’s the same exact service. I’ve waited for long periods of time due to self service printer being broken and they don’t have other staff helping at the desk. If you know that your machines are broken shouldn’t you have other employees helping when it’s busy? Cashier just look over and doesn’t bother helping. Not only when it’s busy but when it was slow today there were 2 other employees at the desk. Saw me one walked away whole the other put their elbows on the desk while watching the other employee and looking over at me. I am not the person to complain but when it’s this slow what is the excuse? Or even when it’s busy why don’t you have more staff helping. Terrible service.

This store is one of my favorite store to go to for printing and many of other things. They always greet you when you walk through the door and they are polite and always help you in anything. Its clean and well lit in the store. I especially love their printing department because of the people that works there. Charlotte has always been so kind and helpful whenever I go there. Ive brought tedious and hard projects for her to work on and never once has she refused or showed me any rude attitude in taking on any of my projects. This past month she assisted with my brothers funeral posters and it came out so beautiful. I appreciate all the hard work she does and especially the service she provides for me whenever I see her. Thank you Charlotte for always serving others and thank you Office Depot for having such an amazing employee.Sincerely,Theresa

This store STEAL MONEY from customer cards.I didnt demand check. But when I checked the account, I found a withdrawal $24,32 for 1 small bag rubber bands size 64 having price $5. All people keep attention, REQUIRE CHECK! This was December 21, 2018.

The staff went above and beyond in the way of helping me out! The copy and printer center got my documents printed in a timely manner. A member of staff helped me to find a new charger for my laptop. The manager Sarah noticed I’d left my keys at their copy center, Unfortunately I had already boarded my flight for Washington DC but she went out of her way to contact me and get my address to mail my keys back home. I can’t begin to thank them enough for what they’ve done.

Dont bother with any warranties you purchase from them. Just because you bought their warranty doesnt mean that they will, or even try to look for it. Apparently they claim that they dont hold any records of any customer for more than 2 weeks, not even for a warranty.Not only that, when you buy the warranty they dont do anything else, I was under the impression they would at least keep your information on the warranty purchase, but you need to register your product. By that time Ive already misplaced my receipt and was expecting a reprint of it at least so that I can register it and take advantage of the warranty which I already paid for.Poor Infrastructure.You have to call a data retrieval center for your receipt, which should have been readily accessible since they take your email information and phone number. I guess its only for the purpose of spamming your in box.Manager in charge at the time couldnt even sacrifice a bit of his time to help me look my information or even indulge me on doing any customer data checks in their system. 10 minutes with a regular store rep asking for manager assistance tells me that the manager doesnt care. Service rep was kind and patient, so this was by no means negative on her part. Just wish her superior had a better mind set.Buy what you need from there, as theyre probably the only place you can go to for certain items, but dont ever buy their warranties, its a lot of hassle and not worth it since it guarantees nothing after you buy it.

Long story short. I hate to order things online like ink cartridges. Im one of those that has to see the little shapes on them to know Im getting the one I need since they are all the same number. I cant do that online. With that being said I placed two orders online bc I messed up the first order and got the wrong thing. Hence why i hate online ordering. Anyway, I called the store, the girl who answered the phone (i didnt catch her name) was pleasant and when she didnt have an answer for my question, she put the Manager Anthony on to help. He wasnt one of these managers that is one sided, where it is what it is and thats that. No he was extremely helpful and I appreciate it so much. Its refreshing to know there are still people with kind professional attitudes out there, especially during these crazy times. Thank you!

The store is clean and organized but seams to be shot staffed. The best part is the will MATCH AMAZON PRICES! I dont know of other stores that will do this. So when you get a chance to go make sure you have your Amazon app.

Sometimes there just are no words for poor customer service. I don’t think I have ever been treated so poorly nor have I seen a cashier so miserable and unhappy in his job. He was literally banging on the register monitor, did not make eye contact with me even once and was openly rude at my request to make a return. I really am speechless. Sadly, we live in a world filled with individuals who no longer know how to relate with other human beings or are able show basic consideration and kindness. I don’t think I’ll visit this store again.

As the owner of a small business here in Las Vegas I find myself at this Depot a lot. For anything from paper, printers, phones, paper or office furniture.Every time I’m here I’m immediately greeted and asked for help. I really appreciate the people here. Especially Mike and Austin. Both of these guys not only will inform You where items are but they will walk you there and help you find it.Mike also helped me load a few furniture items to my vehicle. This is service that you don’t always find.Thanks guys and I’ll continue coming here.

I received AMAZING customer service today from Sam in the printing dept. She was very friendly and super helpful! She goes above and beyond with her customers. I used to be in management in customer service and she is definitely someone I would have loved to have in my team!!

Bought a color laser printer and spare toner cartridges a week or so ago. Got a great deal and staff was super friendly and amazingly helpful (ironically, his name was Steve M). Had to use their self serve color copier there and it was so slow and had difficulty accepting payment, so that was annoying. That aside, my experience there was great.

Needed 30 pages of building plans turned into a PDF file. Daysha the Print Service Supervisor quoted me 4-to 5 days to complete even though she had no current work projects or other customers at 8 30 am on Thursday. I asked if she was serious and she said yes. Thank You Daysha as I found a competitor of yours less than a mile away that charged me $3.00 a page (less than your price) and finished it in less than 2 hours and called saying ready for pick up. I am glad your lazy attitude and basically no customer service desire found me a new place in Las Vegas to get my office needs taken care of.

Dropped off a package on a Thursday, by Monday USPS havent get it, so I called this store, they tell me they will look, placed me on hold for over 10 minutes, they found it, their excuse? We over looked it so guess what? I had to go there and pick it up. Drove it to the post office myself. And they didnt even apologize for what they did. If you own a business selling on line, you know how wrong this was. Time matters a lot when shipping.

They have returned items for sale for full retail pricing but with no mention that is a returned item. Make sure you look closely at what your buying to make sure they have not patched up return goods.

Horrible Customer Service!! Waited 15 minutes for 11 pages of printing...only have 2 registers for the lunchtime crowd. When i complained, surly sour employees said they only had 2 computers for the registers - the store is full of computers; Mgr Anthony was rude, discourteous & threatening...What a joke!! How do they stay in business??
