I visited Cheese boy comics this weekend 9/29-30/2018. Picked up a few comics and also got to commission a comic artist B Breed. He has done illustrations for us before and will be doing more again. Check out Cheese boy comics. Great store wonderful selection of comics and collectibles. They also have card gaming events at the shop. Get in and give them a visit every Wed is new comic book day. I go here every Saturday for modern. The staff is some of the friendliest people I have met in Las Vegas. They will help you with deck tech, play with you, etc. All in all, this is like a home away from home for all kinds of players. There are always people willing to play at all times of day (every day). Their comic selection is outstanding, and they carry hard to find board games and collectibles to boot.

This is perhaps one of the best stores Ive ever been in, the best of any variety.The staff is absolutely amazing. Their knowledge on the subjects of comic books, board games, role-playing games and Magic the Gathering is astounding. They never make you feel stupid however for not knowing something, and are infinitely patient and helpful.The owner is in the store himself 5 days out of the week, and all of the staff are friends with each other, as well as friends with all of the customers that walk in. They are all constantly smiling and give the shop a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.Best prices and best trade in/sale value anywhere, PERIOD. They even carry things from comic conventions like San Diego Comic-Con, sometimes very hard to find exclusives.We lived down the street for a while and then moved up to North Las Vegas. Even with a current 40-minute drive this store is so worth it. I wouldnt take my business anywhere else.They have days of the week for Magic the Gathering drafts, comic book days, D&D/Pathfinder and other RPG games in store, board game nights... the shop is a bit small but they do so much with it and it never feels cramped.As you can probably tell by now I highly recommend this store!

This place is amazing with a very welcoming staff. The manager there is always willing to help and carries a smile with her all day. the manager is no exception. they are both very knowledgeable and willing to help. Although my only purpose is to play mtg, they have a wide arrange of everything. I was literally driving from the northwest to Henderson to play mtg. but, my friend told me there was a cool place to go right around from where he lived and Ive been going there since. again, I cant express how great this place is.

Cheese Boy Comics is honestly my favorite game/comic shop in all of Las Vegas. They have a great mixture of product spanning from comics (current and old), magic tcg, board games, and even cool trinkets and local artists work. The staff even hosts cool events like movie viewing parties, local artist appreciation days, and other events.On top of that the owner is one of the most friendly people that you will ever meet! Whether youre looking to pick up a new book, or just hang for a few hours and meet some cool people, Cheese Boy Comics is the place you wanna be.

Ive seen this shop several times but didnt collect comics. Fast forward to today and Ive started to read a couple of seriess so I decided so by. Its great! They havent been open for very long but the staff and customers are super friendly!The shop is kind of small but they are able to make it work.Colby, owner, informed us that Sundays are going to be game board day. Wife and I now have plans for our Sunday!

Cheese Boy is a lovely surprise for my on my pull box runs every month. Every month, the owner puts unique variants covers of my favorite Marvel character which other comic stores typically miss/dont include in my box. So I rely on Cheese Boy to get me the books I would otherwise miss out on. Their rewards program is really great too! I get reminder texts once in a while that I have a discount available and other perks. Its nice to forget about it and then get like $20 off my pullbox haul for the month!

I ordered some books here a couple weeks ago and never got a call from anyone regarding its arrival well after the first issues release. Take care of everyone whose still willing to throw down hard earned money on your counter top, not just your regulars who just throw down Magic cards on your folding tables.. In the words of the WWE Good luck on your future endeavors. This is another reason why youre going out of business as Ive heard the same problem from many other non-regulars. Google Books will be getting my money from here on in, thanks ✌

Cheeseboy is my favorite comic, game and collectible shop in Las Vegas. Colby(owner) and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just down right amazing. One thing that sets it apart from everyone else is are the customers themselves. Everyone gets along and Ive made several good friends there over the years. Temper tantrums and personal hygiene issues arent tolerated or accepted. If you want to have fun, and potentially meet some life long friends definitely stop by. Ill see you there!

Every time I come in its warm and inviting. The staff are all knowledgeable and love their job, and even the customers are all welcoming and excited to be there. Its a wonderful small community that serves the Magic, and Comic Book communities justice! :)

I am visiting Vegas and I have been to multiple comic shops. Some have more stuff and some are a cluster of this and that in no orderly fashion. This shop is not big but the space is efficient. Nice people and a friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend stopping by if you are visiting and if you live here make this your local LCS.

Cheeseboy Comics is and was one of the best stores in Las Vegas. It allowed for fun and community. Was special to hundreds of people and if the owner ever decides to reopen I will gladly be there to purchase as much as I can afford. Be it comics, figure, D&D Books, drinks and snacks, or Magic the Gathering. Thank you Cheeseboy family for introducing me to Magic the Gathering it came into my life at a low point and helped me a lot.

The absolute best card and game shop Ive been to as far as smiles, competition, and gaming knowledge goes. Cheese boy has a lot going for it: a colorful atmosphere, vibrant and extraordinarily friendly staff, intelligent owners and regulars alike, and a wide array of cards, games, and comics at very good prices! Wow! Amazing customer service. Im new to magic the gathering and the man waited patiently while I looked thru about 1000 cards answering all of my questions. Great prices and more than fair trade in prices. I live on the northwest part of town and its well worth the drive. Wow!

The owner of this shop is one of the most helpful and caring people Ive ever met. Its worth the drive even if there is another comic shop closer.

A vast number of comics and collectibles to browse from. Their collection is so large that it is pretty much impossible for someone new to the store not to ask for help, but the staff is blatantly caring and willing to help anyone in the store.

If youre looking for a friendly place for games, comics, cards or cloths, this is your place.Definitely the most helpful, patient and organized place in town.They host many game/card nights and are incredibly nice to every customer.The have a good selection of current comics and although their back issue area isnt huge, its very well priced an better organized then any other place in town.They update everything in the store regularly and their pull service is digital now, so they can make all kinds of accommodations.All in all, if Im looking for anything comic/game related, I go here first. Then depending if I need something they dont happen to have, I go to other locations.In my opinion...For new comics:All new comics I buy from here. Period.For back issues:They seem to have the best prices and hardest to find popular back issues.I usually look for issues in the following shop order -Here>MaximuM(back issue location only)>Velvet Underground>Cosmic.For games:They have the best knowledge around the ones they carry and update their catalog of product often. So I start here.I look for games in the following shop order -Here>Battle Zone> Cosmic>MaximuM.Battlezone has a decent selection, but not the friendliest staff.MaximuM is my last choice due to selection and high price.For cards:This place should be your only go to for cards. They have a good selection, great deals and insanely patient and friends staff that has a huge knowledge base on cards. I dont recommend any other places.Hope this all helps!
