Love the way they have the flooring on the floor like it would be at your house. You literally walk around on the samples, which are large enough for you to get a clear idea of what it will look like. They also had the same flooring that I was searching all over town for at a really good price.Friendly and wonderful service.

What an awesome spot to find flooring!Huge selection and my salesperson Tommy was a big help. The other sales team members were also very helpful when I came in and Tommy was not available... Glad I stopped by this store. Found the perfect carpet and it was in-stock! The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly. Their showroom is the largest and best Ive seen in town. Highly recommend this place. They have plenty of in-stock flooring products.

First prices are not half...same price as all the other stores in town. Second I will never return to this store after the experience I had today. Apparently some of their staff decided to get lunch together and left while they were busy. Fine I get it thats annoying and frustrating for the other employees. However I should never have known that happened. One guy was ranting so loud you could hear him on the other side of the store about it and even told us about it. He was mad and I get that but it is very unprofessional to be ranting like that to and in front of your customers. You simply apologize and explain that you are short staffed at the moment. Third once we did have a very nice young woman helping us another guy that looked like the boss came over, interrupted us and told her to go help ring some guy up....then he said sorry and walked away. She was never able to come back to help us, the other guy ignored us completely and the third guy was still ranting in front of his customers about the other employees while placing someones order. The two people sitting at his desk looked mortified and scared. After all this took well over 30 minutes I just walked out of the store and no one said anything to us. Very unprofessional behavior today. Oh and the guy that took our help away thought it was okay to lightly slap the woman helping us on her rear as she went by him. Totally inappropriate. Dont waste your time going here. You wont get helped anyway. 😕

Tommy & the team at HPF are exceptional! I called the store and Tommy and I began texting back and forth on the Sie fix tile I was trying to match. We couldn’t find an exact match because the tile I needed was an older style, but Tommy and his team found an awesome alternative! The pricing could not be beat! Everyone was super helpful & friendly - they make me want to rip all my flooring out of my house, just so I can interact with them again! Trust Tommy & the team with all your flooring needs! You won’t be disappointed!

Of the 5 flooring stores we went to over the past few weeks this is the first one that had someone actually helpful and willing to walk us through what we were looking for and help us find some good samples. Definitely the best store weve been to so far is really good prices.

Wow, what a beautiful showroom. Went here to do the floor for my 5,000 sqft home to save a ton of money and woah, it did not disappoint. This place blows those big box stores out of the water. I dont usually do reviews (most people only do reviews if they had a bad experience) but I felt like going out of my way to make sure the staff and other patrons know how awesome it is here. I wanted to share my experience with this company because it was a good one. The parking lot was packed and i had to park across the street but apart from that I got beautiful carpet for my moms house at a cheap price then what I would have paid in the bigger box stores. Am really glad I saw their posting on craigslist.

I was a Warehouse manager here for two months. When I started to let them know they had alot OSHA safety violations, I was told it go a week later. There carpet is old and outdated and has been in there warehouse for years also damaged and they try to pass off as new. Ive seen them on many occasions change out carpet on clients when they run out of good carpet. Giving there clients a cheaper product at a premium price.

I went to school down the street and saw this Genie everyday...am married now and my husband and I went to look for Flooring. Its very big inside and they had such a huge selection of vinyl planks I had to go back at least 3 times to make my final choice. We are very happy with our new flooring ;)

I used them for my upgraded floors. They did a great job. I would use them again. My only complaint is the 2 workers never took lunch breaks and I felt bad.

Had new carpet and pad installed by this business today. Paid in full in advance and provided a lock box code. Arrived a couple of hours into the installation to find that they were installing on top of the existing 12 year old dirty pad, while the plastic wrapped, paid for, pad rolls were kept in a safe place - on the installers truck. If you are considering an install with this company (not that I am recommending it), make sure to either be there or have a knowledgeable individual there to supervise. If you already installed with them and no one on your behalf was present - sorry you read this, guess you are not happy now. The outcome otherwise - the poorest quality in over 20 installs I had in the last 4 years.

We just did our whole house for a great price installed, my wife loves this place, we bought carpet and vinyl planks at wholesale cost. staff was great. highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Let me begin by saying the gentleman (Marty) who installed our carpet was wonderful and respectful, and worked very hard. He arrived in the alotted time window. The prices were ok, not cheap, but not too expensive. We were quoted an install time of 3-5 hours, the job took a little over 9 hours. We called the office at the 5th hour hoping to get Marty another person to help, and ask why their time estimate was so far off. After asking the question of how long they have been in business (thinking maybe they are new at time estimates), it quickly went downhill from there. We were cussed out, threatened, and then cussed out via text after the phone call ended. We were never offered even an apology, and I waited a week until posting a review (for the inconvenience, threats or rude and uncalled for language). This has to be the most unprofessional and disturbing interaction I have ever experienced from a business in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

This is only the 2nd review I’ve ever left -I don’t like that I have to give them even one star, because they certainly don’t deserve it. I usually just don’t bother with reviews, but this is so bad and I’m being screwed so badly that I have to. There is a new salesman there named Tyler (or he seemed to be, since he gave me a business card to a different store and said he was new). Being new myself to how laminate flooring works, I didn’t know some very basic info - like that your stair bullnoses may overlap the stair by a significant margin. Tyler also didn’t take notes, explain anything to me or communicate with the installers, resulting in way too much material being ordered (better for his commission, no doubt), stairs I would never have ordered if I’d known that particular flooring didn’t have a “flush” nose option, and material being installed in places it wasn’t supposed to be. I had to chase Tyler about everything from the moment the loan was approved (including a time he left me sit there for 3 hours waiting for a crew that wasn’t coming after all). I was going to deal with the overlap despite hating it, until I realized there was no possible way to complete the project before my move-in date (which was no problem at all when selling the job - also good for his commission) - at which point he offered me no solutions. When I reached out to the owner, Russ, he refused to meet with me in person, where I could’ve shown him all of the texts between myself and Tyler showing how badly the whole process had gone from the loan approval onward. On a 3 way call they both tried to hold me over a barrel for flat stairs. It’s true that they’re more expensive, but not “considerably more expensive” as they tried to explain it - I’ve talked to other places about it. Both of them acted like the expectation of my stair treads being at least mostly flat was just crazy of me. So we all agreed to terminate the contract and the owner would cut me a check back on this big loan I took out for this project, so I would only pay for the completed work and materials....and he left it in Tyler’s hands, and now he’s ignoring me completely, true to form. I have no idea how much I’m supposed to get back or when, how a half finished/partly wrong job is being calculated or if I even have all of the materials they’re presumably going to charge me for - meanwhile I’m living in a hazardous construction zone. I have no choice but to leave bad reviews, try and file a complaint with BBB if they continue to ignore me and file a dispute on my loan thru Shaw/synchrony - they owe back thousands$$$$ in work they’re not completing and materials I’m not using. I have no idea what else I can do. I just want flat stairs and to move on with my life. Do not deal with these people, and in hindsight, if the salesman at any store just nods and says “uh ha” and doesn’t ask you any questions or offer any suggestions or explain even basics about the process to you, go to a different salesman or a different store. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in my entire life.

Needed a dining area done and chose some vinyl for 3.80 a Sq ft and was quoted 800 to 900 bucks to do a 12x12 area,well after doing more research I changed my mind and wanted some laminateWell to my suprise the laminate was much cheaper 1.80 a Sq ft so I choose my color and they come out and measure, its 132 Sq ft but somehow the estimate comes in at 986,let me get this right I choose laminate thats half the cost of the vinyl but the final price skyrockets.Be careful or youll be ripped off

We visited this store a couple of times to check out both the luxury laminate flooring and the porcelain tile selections. The last time we visited the store, the usual salesperson, Margaret, didnt bother to answer our questions without us having to walk over and prod her for answers. Her attitude seemed to be...Well, it doesnt look like you are serious, so I wont pay attention to you... Plain rude and the poorest expression of salesmanship I have seen in a long time. Her attitude was so lackluster and poor, that we agreed to never visit this store again. God knows how much business you turned away, Margaret with that rotten service you give, Margaret. A real turn- off.

After the estimated time ran over by 5 hours, I requested they get someone over to speed things up and I was cussed out by the owner. The owner is a jerk and karma will get him.

Russ Dillingham is a Fraud. Russ Dillilingham is the general manager and a liar. Our school district ordered several hundred yards of carpet and 2 rooms of laminate for a preschool in Las vegas and our school play venue in Henderson Nevada at Flooring Center USA located on 4221 W Charleston blvd Las Vegas Nevada 89102. After not getting carpet delivery in a month then not getting it in 7 weeks and paying 8200.00 cash directly to the manager Russ Dillingham as he requested. Flooring USA never shipped the last remnants we bought and we discovered later from a fired employee and Steve Leger who is the boyfriend of Russ and manager that they sold it. When we asked for a refund in the store Russ Dillingham told our principal he was a metro cop and could have me arrested for harrasing him and trespassing in his store.

Always Fast with exactly what we expected & always many diverse samples to choose from.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up. It was perfect.
