Horrible experience with this company. I dont even leave reviews but this time...whew. OJ showed late to give an estimate. Tardiness I can forgive but the lack of tact I cannot. I begin telling him the repairs I needed and OJ cuts me off to tell me they no longer do small jobs. I informed him I was not done telling him all the work I needed performed and OJ becomes upset stating that the kind lady I made my quote appointment with did not inform him this was a larger job and he did not allot enough time for the appointment. How that was my fault I still cannot understand. Which is it? First the job was too small & now the job is too big? OJ uses my bathroom within the first 5 minutes of being in my home and leaves urine all over my toilet, so freaking gross-- especially at the height of COVID. He spends 1.5 hours performing my quote. YES 1.5 hours. He then tells me it could take up to a week to provide a quote. When I question why the lengthy time to provide a estimate OJ tells me and I quote I wont be rushed. THEN to add insult OJ calls me the next day and crassly tells me his crews are too busy to take on my job. I am LIVID. Negative stars if I could.

I was looking online and seen a post from Eco Pro Planet on Craigslist about a few specials they were having. I was a little weary because it was Craigslist so I called and got the address and decided to come check out their selection of Luxury vinyl. I walked in a was greeted and helped right away from Dolores. She asked what I was looking for and showed me different colors, she even went into her warehouse and pulled about another 15 colors that she didnt have on display. I found the color I loved and set up an appointment that day to have her installer come and give me an estimate. Dario arrived quickly and was very informative. I ended up going with Eco Pro Planet for my floors as well as the install. They were very comparable in prices compared to other quotes I have Received. They finished the job quickly and efficiently and did such an amazing job, that I have recommended them to a few friends and would use them again. Me and my husband just bought a condo, and we dont have much budget to work with so we chose carpet. These guys are professional and they are patient with me. Before we chose them, we went to Home depot, the price we got quoted there was cheaper, the reason we chose them is because we wanted to work with a small company. We chose a medium grade carpet for our 2 bedrooms, we got the service we wanted and we love our new carpet.

My husband and I have been looking everywhere for flooring for our house that we just bought. We came across Eco Pro Planet from yelp and seen they had great reviews so we decided to come and check them out. Walked in and was greeted right away by Wei. We were looking for a particular color to match our new counter tops and color of our walls. They have such a variety of colors and styles within affordable price ranges. Within about 15 mins of looking at colors and specs they found us 2 colors we really liked, scheduled a free estimate to come out the next day to measure. They came and brought 2 colors we liked in actual flooring planks so we could see what it looked like with our counter top and wall color. We ended up choosing the Cedar Oak which was a longer 5 foot plank that makes our house look much bigger and way more open. We got a great quote they did a special for us $3.99a square foot material and labor included. We are so happy with our choice of flooring. She was very helpful with listening to what I need for my house.She suggested a few colors and even went as far as putting together each floor that I was interested in on the showroom floor. Had an estimator come and was very pleased with the price for install. I ended up buying the Golden Oak luxury vinyl and was so pleased it looks amazing in my kitchen. After doing some research online, we decided to try Eco-Pro Planet  for vinyl plank flooring in our bedroom. They were a pleasure to work with and paid attention to our concerns; professional from start to finish.  We did have a small issue with the quality of the baseboard  installation in a few areas. They handled it quickly and pleasantly with a reasonable charge for coming back and redoing it to our satisfaction. Dolores, the office manager and our main contact, was especially nice; very helpful and always available for questions. We like the eco-friendly product and the finished floor looks great.

I have been searching everywhere for Eco-friendly flooring options that would fit my design and budget. I was recommended to Eco Pro Planet by a friend who is a contractor who uses their products religiously for his clients. I decided to look online at their website and loved reading about how they started the company and why they are passionate about reducing their green footprint. I found a few colors that caught my eye online so I went in the store to see them in person and was greeted by Dolores right away. I told her what color I seen online and she showed me a few different colors that matched, I told her my budget and she was really great about working within my budget and still giving me the floors I wanted. I ended up going with the Powder Oak which looks so great in my condo, depending on the ligthing it either looks really white/gray or a tan. I love it and its so easy to clean. I had Eco Pro Planet sell me the materials, and they also installed them for a very resonable price. I found Eco Pro Planet from a facebook marketplace ad, they were advertising a $4.99 special that included material and installation, so I decided to come check them out. I walked in and was very happy with the selection and service. I was helped by Wei, who helped me find 2 flooring options that I loved, she set up an estimate for me for the following day, the estimator Omer came and brought the 2 colors I liked, placed them around the kitchen so I could see what it looked like with my lighting. I ended up choosing the Brescia, which looked amazing. I was so happy with the price and quality of work. I would use them again as well as recommend them to all my friends.
