The lady working at the downstairs store was EXTREMELY rude to me right in front of customers. Theres only 1 worker and nobody greeted us. We waited forever. So I started getting our own candy. She came running out yelling at me to stop. I did. Then with her next customer she thanked them for their patience and told the customer she doesnt deal with customers with attitude. I get it, I wasnt supposed to get my own candy but her job is to communicate effectively and it should have stopped after she confronted me, not to start back up with a customer. Go to Sugar Factory!! Super sweet lady and they have a far better system set up to get your own candy, safely!

I was double charged on my debit card by an employee of this store. The employee had no clue how to complete a transaction, and also had no help. After my transaction wasn’t credited back to my card as it was supposed to be, I tried to contact this location without any luck at all.

My favorite was the 5 pound gummy bear!

Customer service was not very good when the “lady” at the counter talked to you with attitude and cursed under her breath when giving change back. What can you expect when hiring just anyone, should’ve walked out.

I Love sweets. Nice store and convient location in airport. Prices are high because your at the airport but they do have $10 neck pillows if you need one on your trip. If you gotta sweet tooth its the perfect spot to stop. Ty for helping with mine.

Popped into this store while waiting for a friend to get in... Really cute place and the selection is super abundant. I was in for quite a while (the smell of the fresh popcorn was pleasant to be around) and I feel like I still may have not caught everything. The cashier girl was funny and very friendly as well.Glad I decided to stop in and stock up on some sour goods.

I had heard of this place but i have never been in one till now. It was great bought so much candy i was bouncing of the wall on the plane Lol.

Cappuchino jelly bellys were stale (hard/crunchy). They must not sell too many at $20 per lb.

I was flying out of Las Vegas and went to I Candy in Airport. I saw they has jelly belly but was looking for buttered popcorn ones.I ask the clerk user 219368 and she she said in a very nasty tone No we dont.so I was watering around and what do I see but buttered popcorn jelly bellys. she walked by me again and I said ... you do have them she just acted like I was bothering her and said oh my bad.. she stood out side the front door and I waited for 4 minutes for her to return. she never spoke to me or the other customers in the store.I Candy you should hire people that that will at least talk to your customers without acting like we are bothering them.not a good experience and it was my first and last time I will ever go in your buisness.

I have just been here and bought two squishies for the price of $10 with a receipt. I returned to this same exact shop to buy two more squishies and different worker called Jonathon tried charging $23 dollars for the same squishies! I am disgusted by Jonathon for trying to sell me overpriced squishies that I bought for $10

Horrible stay away

What a rip off ICandy are trying. I went to buy a box of Sees candy 🍭 lollipops 🍭. At Sees candy they charge $19+. At ICandy they want $37+. What a rip off over charge.
