The staff at the showroom are nice & helpful but the contractor that did our floors wasn’t very great. He was late every day he came, and he didn’t show up one day without calling or texting us to let us know he wasn’t going to make it. He wasted too much of our time waiting on him to arrive that we requested to have someone else finish caulking our baseboards. Our floors were supposed to only take 3-4 days to complete. The unreliable contractor caused our floor installation to take over a week to complete!!! EIGHT DAYS!!! It was very inconvenient for us especially that we were planning to move the rest of our belongings into our new home on the Sunday when it was supposed to be completed by. We had to cancel our moving truck and were forced to wait longer to finish moving into our home.Thank you to Steph & Andy for trying to make things right. The floors look great, just wish that we didn’t have issues with the installation.

I love everything in the store it’s really nice and the owners are really nice so are the workers the jobs are done to perfection the Andy and Stephanie (owners) are finding solutions to help you pay less then the original price the nice and expensive cabinets are really cheap

We made an appointment with them 1 week in advance and have an appt with them today at 2 pm. We called them around 1:40pm to check up when they will arrive. They told us the worker forgot he has appt with us, he will send someone to our place.After 2 mins, he called us and informed us they didnt finish their work at another site yet, so he can not make it on time, he said he PROBABLY can send someone here around 3 or 4pm, but he is not sure the time, when we told him that we can not stay at home whole day until you make sure what time you will be here, eventually he refused to send anyone to make up this issue! Very IRRESPONSIBLE and very POOR customer service!!!! Dont bother to waste money and time on this company if you cant even for fill your service and trust.We made an appointment with this company a week in advance and made an appointment at two oclock today. We called him around 1:40 and asked if they would be there on time. He said that he had forgotten to make an appointment with us, and he would send someone there immediately. How long did he call to say that they cannot send someone to the project that they have not completed yet, and then said that maybe someone can be sent around three or four oclock, but not sure about the time, when we told him that we cant wait at home for a while. Waiting all day for you to confirm the time, he just said Oh, there is no way! A very irresponsible company, customer service attitude is also very bad! No need to waste time or money on this company that cant even fulfill its promises!
