I just have had the most amazing transformation done to my walk in closet. All thanks to Alfredo and Custom Closet Systems. As I have read in other reviews, my closet rack failed, and fell off the wall. After reading reviews about different closet companies and receiving two bids for the job. I decided to go with Custom Closets, mainly because they would tear out the old racks, patch and paint, and install the new hanging system, drawers and shelves. The other company I got a bid from did not offer the removal or patch and paint. All they did was the design and install and it was going to be about 4 to 5 hundred dollars more. And that was with the current sale and discounts they offered - if it wasnt for the sale and discounts the other company would have been double the cost and with a lot less extras. Custom Closet Systems, helped design the odd long narrow closet I have. Alfredo was very accommodating with my design changes, we had 3 re-designs. Once I fell in love with the final design, the date was set, one fellow did the install in one day. I am very happy with the end results. I recommend Custom Closet Systems. They are local, family owned, and just do good work for a fair price.

I got about four bids for a small master walk in closet. The closet just decided to collapse one day - we let the house tell us what needs to be remodeled. One of the local closet companies came by and told me I wouldn’t be able to fine anything for under 3500 and my project just wasn’t worth it - referred me to Lowe’s for a self install. Ouch and no thanks.Enter Alfredo - he’s just a likable guy. Super honest and had a design for me within hours. Pricing was less than a third of what one of the other local companies quoted me. Once he found out I was having surgery and wouldn’t be on my feet for a bit, he made sure to schedule the closet install for a day prior to my surgery.The installation was one day and they were professional, kind, and showed us how to use all of the new features of our closet.As someone who got many bids from local closet companies, this far exceeded the others in class, price, design, and response time. Oh, and I absolutely LOVE my new closet!

Absolutely AMAZING! They were faster than anticipated, and SO CLEAN! They really watched out for my floors, and when they left, it was like theyd never been there, except I had a beautiful built in library and two new closets. They were on time to every meeting and called to confirm our appointments. They were flexible with our schedules and install times and got the work done very quickly. What a great family owned company! The two brothers Alfredo and Alesandro came to our home that weve recently purchased and gave us an estimate. They designed our closets in a 3D layout in their showroom and within a few weeks Alesandro came in to install the closet. I couldnt have been happier with the closets and with the service. I could only wish that my other contractors were as efficient as these gentlemen are. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have their closets refinished.
