Kennedee is the only reason for the 5 stars. She is knowledgeable,helpful, bubbly & professional. We brought my friend here for her 2nd fitting and they had some beautiful options, however, lack of mirrors, accessories, & sizes. If you have any kind of shape these dresses more than likely won’t fit (not even get it on). My friend missed out on trying on a few dresses she really liked because of this & she’s not big at all. Overall, we had a fun time .

Hands down the best of the best in Las Vegas! They have the most gorgeous gowns, even custom made options. Sona & Kennadee are the sweetest and truly go above and beyond to assist in finding your dream gown!

The team at Perla Bridal, especially the owner Sonja, made my dress shopping experience so special! I told her I was looking for mermaid style gowns in lace. They are extremely willing to work with you and have a wide range of styles when working with a budget and size. The store is set up like a boutique which makes wedding dress stopping extra special for your bridal party to shop with you as the bride.

The ladies that helped us at this place were not professional. The first thing that they told us when we walked in is that we only had an hour. The setup is very odd, the change room is away from the sitting area. The lights are only focused on the hanging dresses and not the bride.Both ladies didn’t really listen to what we were looking for. They didn’t even watch the bride and listen to her talk about things she liked about the dresses. The dresses were dirty, wrinkly and ripped. They didn’t have any head pieces. They never even brought up the veil options.We have been at a few bridal shops and this was the worst experience!The energy was just super negative! This was a very special occasion for us, we flew in from another city to try these dresses. And this experience was just not fun!

I am sooo not a “Bride” kinda gal. I worked with Elenna and she made things sooo easy and fun. Every dress she picked for me was perfect and wonderful. The prices are fantastic. My appointment was just me and it was very safe. And again Elenna gets 10/10 stars!!!!!!

Sona made my bridal dress experience so wonderful. She was kind and welcoming as soon as walked into the door. She is educated with the dresses and collections. During the whole process she explained everything and continued to communicate with me throughout the process as the dress was made and shipped. She is excellent, the bridal boutique is beautiful and the dresses are so elegant. If you are looking for a place to purchase your bridal dress, this is the where I would suggest! I wanted to love it here so badly but this place fell short. My attendant didn’t help us pick a single dress out, and didn’t assist me or my bridal party with carrying these heavy dresses to the fitting room. She just about ignored us until it was time for me to try dresses on. As other reviewers have mentioned, the only mirror in the entire shop is in the fitting room, so you can’t see yourself when you’re showing your party or family, which makes it hard to take their feedback in, because you’re basically blind to what they’re seeing. This store also doesn’t have any accessories to try on with your dress to give you an idea of the complete look. Very limited veil collection (or at least my attendant made it seem this way), and no crowns or bouquets to hold so that you can get the full effect. Every other shop I’ve been to had these items to use when trying on dresses, which really helps you have an idea of what the dress will truly look like on your wedding day. Lastly, my attendant never once complimented a single dress I tried on, or tried to make me feel good about the dress I was wearing. I’m trying on a $3200 gown that I imagine the shop would love me to buy, and she’s completely indifferent. That’s a huge investment for such poor customer service. When I made an appointment with this shop I was so excited and couldn’t wait. I can’t believe how disappointing this entire experience was.

I had been bridal shopping all day and walked in here last minute and on a whim. The ladies were so accommodating and welcoming. All of the dresses are an absolute dream and I would have been happy in any of them. But when I tried on my 3rd dress I knew it was the one! Although I didnt fit into the sample sizes they made me feel great and at ease:) they gave me ideas with what will go with my dress. I live in Sydney and had to talk to them via email and the girls were amazing. Answering all my questions quickly. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I got my dress yesterday, and I was so nervous but its an absolute dream come true. It is so beautiful. And fits perfectly. I highly recommend this place as the dresses are incredible and the staff are absolutely wonderful!

I went to Viero Bridal about a month ago as my fiancé was looking for a second gown.Stuff was really friendly and fun!My fiancé appreciated the one on one service they offer. I believe all bride want to feel like that.She was also super please with the selection. She picked her gown and it was great to see her this happy!

After visiting few boutiques in Las Vegas and California, and not being able to find even close to what I like, I was LUCKY to find Viero Bridal in Las Vegas. They have AMAZING dress selection, unique designs, exclusive brands and the average price is $2,500!!!!!! Each appointment is private and I had the whole boutique to myself.I would honestly recommend this boutique to anyone! Great experience!!

I was helped... but not in the way I thought.Soña was the one who was very attentive through the phone. And I thought she was a great help UNTIL I GOT there. I was asked if I wanted water or something to drink and I said yes. Literally... the moment I was given my cup of water... she SAID to sit down... BUT I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TIME TO SIT DOWN before she started asking what kind of dress I was looking for! So she had me at the rack while I didn’t even take ONE sip out of my water!I FELT rushed already... because even as I was just looking at a dress. She quickly grabbed it and said... “well, you CANT be guessing!! You NEED to try it on!!”STILL I didn’t EVEN take a sip of water. And I quickly Grabbed my cup and drank some real quick. And even my friend told me that I need to calm down because I looked anxious.Sadly enough... this was ALL a result of someone who ONLY wants to SELL a dress and CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPERIENCE!DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RUSHED!!ALSO... What kind of WEDDING DRESS SALES LADY TELLS A BRIDE-TO-BE THAT SHE’S OVERTHINKING ON A DRESS!?!? 😒SHE’S NOT THE ONE GETTING MARRIED OR PAYING FOR IT!Soña WAS JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Great experience with all the women at Viero. The boutique is open one year and it is on the smaller side. Dresses were amazing! The Mila Nova line is great. Couture, young, fresh. I worked with Marielle and Sonya. Highly recommend for the bride to be that wants a modern fresh gown and personable service.

Okay service. Although I was the only one there I was never clipped in to any dresses she just put them on and then said go out and show (even when most of them were much too big). Only one mirror in the whole store which was in the dressing room so when you were showing the dress to your guests you could not see yourself. I had a specific dress in mind and she told me she did not have it, only for myself to find it after trying on 5 or 6 dresses that were not the style I wanted. Ive had better experiences at other wedding shops, but they have some pretty dresses if youre willing to work for it.

Don’t buy your wedding dress here!! They say they’ll do anything you want, but don’t deliver!! We had to spend $800 on alterations after we received the dress. They just tell what you want to hear!!

Absolutely love Viero Bridal. I flew all the way from the Bay Area to try on dresses here. From the moment I stepped in their store I just fell in love with their dresses. Sona and her team were very accommodating, I had a huge party that consisted of 10 people. I love how they only schedule one appointment at a time. Sona is the best, she gave me her undivided attention and always answered any concerns I had!! I did go to two other dress appointments after Viero, but nothing compared to Viero dresses. Their dresses are all very beautiful and look very couture without breaking the bank. I highly recommend going here!!

Five stars and if I could give 10 I would! After a long weekend of appointments at every bridal shop in Vegas I could think of, as soon as I walked into Viero I need this was it! Soña was my dress consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She asked me what I was looking for and helped me pull a lot of dresses my desired style. Once I saw it I knew! It was such a magical and amazing experience. I LOVE my dress & honestly every dress in that store. Highly recommended it and all of my younger sisters already said they’re going straight here when they’re ready lol

My fiancé and I came across this beautiful boutique in town Square while shopping for a Christmas gifts. We walked in without an appointment and the girls in Viero were so welcoming and immediately took care of us. My fiancé had such a great time working with These girls and she found the gown of her dreams. Just seeing the look on her face was so magical.We can’t brag enough about this place!Thank you again for being so accommodating and so carrying.

I had an amazing experience at viero Bridal this week! I flew in from Alaska and I was not disappointed at all! Anna the consultant made my experience the best i’ve Had with dress shopping so far! I had the place to myself, a real one on one experience, never felt rushed. She interacted with my friend and mother, let them pick dresses out for me and had the best personality. Now the gowns were show stoppers ! Absolutely Gorgous! So much wow factor and uniqueness to each gown. Come here, you will NOT be disappointed I promise.
