I purchased two wedding dresses from here almost two years ago and we FINALLY had our reception of our dreams. Celebrations Bridal had such a huge selection when we were purchasing a dress. I found a dress that was multiple sizes too big and I was traveling from out of town to get it altered. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule and pulled off a miracle making my dream dress fit me. Their prices were also extremely reasonable. I always thought wedding dresses had to be $2K or more because of Say Yes to the Dress (LOL). But there were multiple dresses that were just as gorgeous for less than a thousand dollars. I even had another friend find her dream dress here and also had a great experience.Definitely stop here on your wedding dress hunt! You wont be disappointed. :)

If you need a wedding dress or a bridesmaid dress this is the best place to come. The staff was very professional. The store was very well organized and they were so friendly and helpful. The selection was great and they will make you feel like part of the family. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service and a wide selection of dresses. We needed our dress hemmed and they had it altered by the next day. Everything was so beautiful in that store with lots and lots of dresses to choose from. only downside is they close a few hours earlier due to covid restrictions so you might want to call and check their hours.

Ummmm....wedding dress shopping is stressful enough without the whole used car salesman thing....If you want to put a hold on a dress, the deposit is non-refundable...but will go towards store credit. If you want one of the discontinued sale dresses, be prepared to buy it right then and there.Im glad that Ill only have to go through this once with my daughter.But, the store is quaint, the assistant was nice. A whole different vibe than Davids bridal chaos.

Since my first appointment the girls were very friendly and caring. I had my dress fitting there as well they listened to me when bust area felt to tight or to lose. Wonderful staff and beautiful dresses at a reasonable price. Thank you everyone for such great service!!

The dress were beautiful and all within a very good price point so if that’s all you care about it’s great! However I was not impressed at all with my consultant. I had schedule an appointment in advance to confirm with COVID restrictions I could have my party of 6 accompany me. They scheduled me for the last appointment of the day so that there were not too many people in the shop. When we arrived and checked in I was told to just look around and holler if I needed anything... I seated my family myself as far from other patrons in the store as there were several other families present. I never even got my consultants name, I had to send a family member to find her once I started pulling dresses I wanted to try on. The consultant asked where I had tried other dresses and very unnecessarily told me in response that “they had a feud with that shop because they were telling rumors”. It struck me as poor taste. She told me if they carried the same designer they would beat the price. I didn’t bother following up though given their attitude it didn’t feel worth the discount.

All of the staff were wonderful to work with, and Michelle was particularly helpful. No pressure, which we loved! This shop has a wide selection. We had already been to over a half dozen shops and tried on many prom dresses, but at Celebrations we found more than one we would have been very happy with - and then we found THE ONE. Selection is awesome, prices were across a broad range and alterations were fast so that we didn’t need to come back to Vegas just for pick-up.

In this store and other Bridal Stores in Las Vegas lots of people trying gowns, almost all gowns were worned out with lots of tries by lots of people. We choose 1 gown. Style everything was perfect but that was very much worned out. Gown was from out of Country. Celebration Bridals were not have exactly size. They were hustling for alterations with extra monies almost 1 more gown price. We really like to model, we like design, went to out of Country for really nice Vacation. We enjoed our Vacation very much and got same Gown brand new, never been worn by anyone and only the fitting size plus much much cheaper price than from Las Vegas store.. No alterations hustling either.. We got Nice Brand new Gown and several more other Gowns too and Best Exotic Vacation... Now I have several beautiful Gowns and in memory increadible Best Vacation I ever had before. I recommend to you same, get nice exotic Vacation and Brand new several gowns from designers original store.

If youre lucky enough to find your dress here, the alterations and customer service is over the top. My dress was lined on top and altered to fit me the way I liked. They were very accommodating.

I walked into Celebrations, the first bridal store I ever stepped foot into, and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate welcoming and size of the place. The outside doesnt appear like much, but the inside is bigger than expected and well kept. They had a large selection of dresses and everything was clean. The stylist that I had the pleasure of working with was Hailey. She was amazing, very professional, and did everything she could to help find The Dress! I went to other bridal shops just to be sure and I came back because there is an astounding difference in quality and treatment. For price, quality of product and service, I highly recommend Celebrations, and specifically Hailey for your special dress shopping experience!

I purchased a dress back in September for a December wedding I was attending in Japan. I was looking for a very specific dress type which I could not seem to find anywhere else that would be ready in time. The store was very clean with beautiful dresses and a wide selection! Roberta was extremely pleasant and helpful at finding me the dress I needed. She also took my measurements to make sure I would be ordering the correct size. The dress fit perfectly and was also steamed for me before I left! :)

I went to three bridal shops to look for my wedding gown and this one was by far the nicest dress and best customer service. Michelle helped me find my perfect dress for my wedding, she wasn’t too pushy on which dresses I should try on and was quick to help me with anything I needed. she picked out a dress for me and I wasn’t too sure at first but I ended up saying yes to it!! The manger as well was very helpful and stayed open after closing to help me order my dress in the right size. Thank you so much!!

My sister lives in Vegas and booked us an appointment here when my mom and I came to visit. This was the first bridal shop I had been to and Jessica made it an incredible experience for us. I got to try on as many dresses as I wanted and she never made us feel rushed or pressured. After visiting a second shop, we decided to call Celebrations and see if we could come in a second time. Jessica was immediately accommodating and helped us find the perfect dress based on some other styles I had liked. I could not have asked for a better experience or consultant.

The dresses here are beyond gorgeous! I felt incredibly fancy just looking at them! Im giving them 4/5 stars for not that big of a variety on sizes. They have a couple clearance racks, but those dresses are alright. The best were up front by the window, though they were more expensive than I expected. If you have a little extra money for a formal dress, I would definitely suggest Celebrations Bridal.

They are very kind theyre knowledgeable And the prices werent bad at all they just did not have quite with my daughter was looking for....

Feeling defeated, I went to Celebration with my mum, and instantly felt better. They have a massive selection to pick from! I had shopped at a couple dress stores for a wedding dress and had decided that I probably would not have a this is the one moment. I had become frustrated, but decided at the last minute to go to one more store. I wish I had gone to Celebrations from the beginning! I called to see if I could get in that same day and was told I could just come in and someone would help me. They werent lying! I walked in with my family and someone helped us right away. They had a great selection and when I gave them my price range of $2,000 they said I could afford almost anything in the store, which is great to hear after watching all the pricey gowns on Say Yes to the Dress! Everything was very clean, affordable, and there was a great selection of bridal gowns. I finally found the one, a dress not even a child dreaming up her perfect fairytale wedding could dream up, and it was well within my price range.Besides just finding the perfect dress, Celebrations has also been very helpful with my situation. I ordered the dress way in advance and I live with my fiance, so they are holding it for me until time to get fitted so that my snoopy fiance doesnt steal a peek. They are also going to help me ship it to MO where I will be having my wedding so I dont have to worry about fitting it on a plane. I was very impressed with the courteous staff, dress selection and prices at Celebrations and would highly recommend them to any bride looking for her perfect gown!

Celebrations Bridal was amazing! I would definitely recommend shopping for a dress here. I went in to find a dress for homecoming, and the staff was very helpful and the service was great. I told them what I had in mind and they were patient and gave me their opinion throughout the whole process. Celebrations has a large selection, so I was able to find what I wanted, and if I tried on something that wasnt my size, the staff found out if I could order it online. 10/10 would shop at Celebrations again.

I needed a dress to replace the short dress of my two-piece dress that I purchased from a different shop. I chose to explore this location first because of the vast selections they had. I didnt book an appointment, but figured I would just walk in and look around. Upon walking in, I wasnt greeted. All the ladies were busy with someone else, which I didnt mind at all. After looking around the entire shop, I found the dress I wanted. I went to the front desk and a young lady was kind enough to assist me even though I didnt have an appointment. She got me a fitting room right away and even helped me put on my dress. It was perfect and the price wasnt bad at all. My two-piece dress was already $1k so I didnt want to spend another $500 just for a dress replacement. The dress I got could be a stand-alone bride dress and it was only $200. Thanks for making my shopping experience quick and easy!I do advise against shoppers who expect return and exchange policies. This location does not have any policies so it helps to know what you want before making a purchase.

Wonderful experience. Debbie helped us. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. My daughter tried on several dresses, there was no pressure only helpful suggestions. We went to two other stores, tried on dresses, and went back to Celebrations Bridal today and bought her wedding dress. In addition, the needed alterations were done in a day at a very reasonable charge, and we pick the dress up on Friday. We highly recommend Celebrations Bridal.

Keep the store the way it is! It’s the perfect place for a bride to shop! We had the best experience. All the dresses out NOT IN A BAG and you can actually see the dresses. YOU walk around and shop yourself and they assist you pulling them into the room and help you get dressed. No one is rushing you or pressuring you to buy anything or to leave after an hour like other bridal shops. Thank you and your team!

Celebrations is absolutely the best! I was a very picky bride but celebrations had such a great selection that I ended up picking out my bridal dress, bridesmaids dresses, garter, grooms lady dress, and rehearsal dinner dress there. The mother of the bride also ended up getting her dress (among other dresses and accessories) there. The staff was always so helpful and friendly, especially Debbie who helped me pick out my dress initially. The owner was always very friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Many of my bridesmaids were out of town but there were no issues with ordering or delivery. The dresses fit perfectly and everyone at the wedding commented on how gorgeous they all were. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back if I find myself in need of something cute for a dressy event!

Customer service here is non existent.There’s not a phone call or a status update on your order. When you inquire minor details regarding your purchase no one is able to answer the questions.In fact the original woman I spoke to wasn’t happy that I informed her the dress the was no longer needed and I’d moved on; she placed me on hold and told her manager I yelled her. Which never occurred.He too couldn’t provide his full name and stated they couldn’t email the receipt. Robert gave few details about the purchase and not only is the wedding date incorrect but the size as well!!!! Later, I discovered he sent only a portion of the receipt. And this is after I persisted that emailing a receipt is a modern day business service and he should be able to adhere to the request.If he is truly the only manager there,be aware there is an extreme lack of professionalism, follow up, and lack of customer service. When I return to Nevada I plan to follow up with the BBB. It’s my wedding date and my moment. Not sure why both business representatives took it personally their services were no longer needed. They aren’t getting married and it isn’t their money spent.If a paying client wants to discuss refunds and review their experience; is not my money upfront worth the value of the customer service paid for in advance?Again, this is not a place to attend to support the efforts of your special day. No follow up, no status updates, customer service and business knowledge is as dry as the desert it’s located in.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Found a dress for my vowel renewal and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great dress selection! Everything is clean and pretty. Sample dresses look brand new and unused. I purchased one off the rack. I have been searching for dresses since February.

Michelle was super helpful. I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase anything. They didn’t bat an eye when I asked them if I could try on dresses that were on display. They had dresses in a wide variety of price ranges, something for every budget. The style selection was huge!

From the second I walked in the door to the final fitting of my dress I received top of the line customer service from every employee in the store. What professionalism! Celebrations has a wide variety of dresses (more so than any other store in Vegas that I went to) and a strong, closely knit team that knows what they are doing. Walking into the store I was always greeted with a smile and they were very accommodating with my requests. I will always refer customers to this location and have nothing negative to say. Worst customer service ever! My Fiance called them to discuss a few issues and about chest size. The lady was so rude and said well based on what youre telling me, we have no dresses that will fit you and nothing we can do for you. I called the manager and he listened to what I had to say, but honestly the way he reacted to the phone call and saying my girls would have never said that. We are here to make money. Then while the phone call went on he started reacting on the making money and saying they have people all hours working on wedding dresses to fit everyone. Honestly I would avoid this place and get a nicer and better wedding dress elsewhere.This manager only cares about money and nothing else.

Cannot say enough good things about this charming, family-owned shop. My then-fiancee and I spontaneously decided to elope while in Vegas and we planned a ceremony and photo shoot in a days time. Had the staff at Celebrations not been so accommodating and easy to work with, and had they not had such a variety of dresses, we simply could not have pulled it off. Robert and all of the staff dealt patiently with our indecisiveness, did alterations in under an hour, made us feel completely special even though they knew we werent in the market for the fanciest of dresses, and even drove us to the rental car shop when we were in a pinch. We highly recommend this shop!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. After finding a dress and being told that the alterations were going to be under a hundred dollars I decided to go with that dress. Michelle then told me to get my dresses altered a week before my wedding to made sure it fit right. After all the alterations had been done on my dress they decided to charge me more than the dress costed. After over charging me for my dress and then returning a few days before my wedding to pick it up. It did not even fit right. They made the dress too small and added a string that looked like a shoe lace. I went back 4 times and the dress still looks and feels unfinished. The dresses looked so horrible that It felt as if Michelle and the alteration lady was making fun of me. They ruined the dress. I am now running around trying to find a dress Last minute for my wedding which is 3 days. A dress I picked out 3 months ago. A horrible place with horrible customer service. Michelle Is a lier on pricing and is no help at all. Don’t waste your money you’ll regret it.

I absolutely love this shop. Not only did I purchase my wedding gown here, I recently purchased a Sherri Hill dress for my work Christmas party. I received many compliments on the dress from co-workers to total strangers. I had the pleasure to deal with Kim who has worked there for 23 years. Kim is wonderful! She made me feel special with her honesty and undivided attention to choosing a dress for my special event, as well as any alterations my dress needed. I will definately shop at Celebrations in Las Vegas again any time I am in need for a dress for any event in the future. They have a large selection of gowns and cocktail/prom dresses to choose from. From the moment you walk into the doors at Celebrations Bridal it is obvious from the decor and the placement of the dressed mannequins that you have arrived at a store that is well managed and put-together. Amazingly beautiful. A locally family owned store that is the premier destination for the hometown bride, the out of town bride, or for anyone looking for special occasion attire.

I bought a beautiful dress, but paid 150 dollars for alterations that were not good at all. Did not do what I wanted (round the pointy fabric in the chest). And then they wanted to charge extra 20 for more alterations since I did not like it! Buy it there, fix it else where!!!

They have some of the nicest most kind and caring people I have ever met.I went to a lot of bridal shops and no one cared as much as these guys.When I told the girl what I wanted she directed me and let me look for what I wanted and didnt just follow me around picking out horrible dresses.. instead she waited for me to look I picked a few and then she said well if you like those you may like these and it was great... I wouldnt go anywhere else... Plus all the alterations of way less than 1/2 the price of anyone and the quality of their dresses is amazing with built in corsets and bustiers and slips who wouldnt want to talk to them !!! What is the point of setting up an appointment when youre asked to find your own dresses without a fitting room ready? Horrible service and too chaotic without any sense of common courtesy when it comes to service. This is by far the worst customer service experience ever.

I was looking for a prom dress at the last minute. I had muiltple choices to choose from. All the employees were very helpful and even let me stay after shop hours to finish picking the dress I wanted. Highly recommend this dress!

Horrible! I took my wedding dress there to be altered and steamed. The seamstress was recommended to me by my wedding planner, and she was amazing. The management however, I would not recommend anyone to trust them with their wedding dress. I was supposed to pick up my dress the day before the big day, but with all the craziness I called to ask if I could pick it up the morning of. I spoke with the male manager, and he said sure, no problem. When I got there, the girl had trouble finding my dress, but that wasnt a big deal because I was way ahead of schedule, and didnt have to be at my venue for hair and makeup for another hour. Then she takes the dress to the dressing room for my final fitting. I tell her Im just here to pick it up, and that Im getting married in a few hours. Then I noticed the dress is super wrinkly and told her it was supposed to be steamed. At this point Im starting to freak out and she responds with Its policy that you have to pick up your dress 24 hours in advance in case something like this happens. As if its my fault?? The manager himself told me it was no problem, and didnt even mention that policy. They take it to the back to steam and 30 minutes later she comes back and says they worked on it for hours before, and the wrinkles wont come out because of some starch in the dress. Okay, I understand if there was a problem they couldnt fix, but I dont get why they failed to mention that when I called the day I was supposed to pick up the dress. I was in a rush so I just took the dress and left. When I called back after my honeymoon to ask for the refund for the steaming, the same manager told me they worked hours trying to steam that dress and that they dont work for free. He continued to get really offended that I wanted my money back, and was very rude, saying they have a good reputation and that they did their job. Then he continued to blame me for bringing in a faulty dress. Were talking about a $50 steaming, its not enough to pay off his staffs payroll.Obviously I didnt receive the steaming service results they had promised, and basically screwed me on the day of my wedding. The way they handled a complaint and the whole situation was really what drove me to be very unhappy with their service.

AWFUL!!! Do not waste your time! I hate to write bad reviews but really had a bad experience from start to end. Paid $120 in alterarions that were not what I wanted and I had been told from the beginning they were able to do alterations in which they then went back on and I had to go else where and pay another $150 to fix the mess they had made! Staff are very sweet and seem helpful however they just kept telling me my dress looked great when I kept telling them i wasnt sure and its not how I wanted it to look! So felt like I had no other choice but to take the dress that I had already paid for. I then called after I had the dress fixed and Robert was yet again misunderstanding and unhelpful, In cases like this when they are wrong with alterarions they should take responsibility and refund the customer however Robert disagrees because he felt like they had done a lot of work, which if they had done what I asked from the beginning, they wouldnt of had to do all the work.Overall summary, dont go here unless youre okay with what they want and not what you want in your dress.

This store was amazing! I had 3 different appointments scheduled for the day after Christmas and I ended up loving and buying a dress from Celebrations Bridal. I am the oldest of 6 girls in my family so wedding shopping was a whole new experience for us. Michelle was so sweet and helped so much. After I gave her some information on my budget and taste in styles she pulled some that perfectly fit my descriptions and also pulled one that was differrent just to try. I ended up falling in love with a dress that was completly different from what I thought I wanted. Michelle made us feel so comfortable and perfectly accommodated my big crowd of sisters. I would recommend this store to anyone and we will definitly be back to shop for my sisters when the time comes. :)

If your in the market for a wedding dress, prom/homecoming dress or any fancy event, you MUST go to Celebrations! I recently bought my wedding dress and bridal party dresses at Celebrations Bridal and had the most amazing experience! I will not shop anywhere else for my special events, other than Celebrations!!!!!!!!When my wedding dress came in I no longer thought it looked falttering on me and had 3 melt downs. When I started my dress alterations I seriously considered buying a different dress in the store. While talking with Aubree Cummings, the bridal consultant that helped me, I expressed my concerns. Aubree assured me that I bought the right dress. At one point Aubree even told me, I will not let you leave this store with your dress until its exactly how you want it and its perfect for you! I went once a week for about a month for alterations. Margot originally helped me then Cindy finished the alterations. Everyone that worked in the store were sooo sweet and helpful each time I went in. I was able to customize my dress to make it my own and the alternations were amazing! My dress came out perfect and ended up being my dream dress!! It fit me so great and I received soooo many compliments on it! Special thank you to Aubree and the Celebrations Bridal team!!Aubree was BEYOND amazing! You must ask for Aubree. Aubree was so incredibly sweet and helpful during this whole process. We gout our bridesmaid dresses here for my borthers wedding,when went there to get them customer service was good st that time but I cant say the same thing when we where supposed to get them. We paid $20 for the rush so that the dresses would get here on time for the wedding. We called 2 days later and they gave us the run around and finally they arrived and we went to get the. As soon as we got there they gave us a mean look, they gave us the dresses for me and my sister and they didnt help us at all. They where looking at us as if we where gonna steal something, not because we are Hispanics they have to treat us and make us feel like robbers. We work hard for our money!!! I will definitely never be back a this place, they have the worst customer service. No wonder they where on Channel 13 News!!!!

Dont give them any business. Customer service is awful. I am 4 month pregnant and needed to either change my dress or get fit. The lady that was helping me was so rude from the start, she even said she didnt care that I was pregnant and when I ask for the manager she yelled at me saying that she was the owner. She make cry so much and I ended up buying the dress because we had paid the deposit already. It was awful, I will never go back to that place. They are lucky the paid the deposit in the first visit if not I will never spend a dime on the place.

My Fiancée had an appointment but they were double booked. My fiancée was super polite and said she thought it was going to be a private showing but it was like a Macys. The woman helping her was really nice but when my fiancée spoke to the manager all he said was ok and didnt even apologize.

Their customers service they are sooo friendly if my friends ever get married i prefer my friends to deal with them beautiful dresses i went to david bridal to go look at my dress and the staff there are rude so i decided to call celebration bridal made an appointment the same day to go in and soon as i walked in i showed the lady what type of dress i want OMG my eyes got huge when she picked out the dress i want thank you guys sooo much

I would describe it in just one word AMAZINGId been to other bridal stores before i found celebrations online, I got my wedding dress, veil, hairpiece and bridesmaids dresses here and its always been over the top service and beautiful fabrics, designs, gowns, the store is just a wonderland for brides.Im so so happy i found celebrations, i love my dress and everything else i got from them. Also, I dont believe some negative comments Ive read here, Im latina and I was treated like a bridal queen, everyone around is helpful and nice everytime i go.They also have the most beautiful gowns and bridal merchandise Ive seen in las vegas and they have every price range. I would highly recommend this store!!!!Thank you celebrations for making me a very happy bride, this is just my way to say thank you!

It would be best to ignore the negative comment below about racism. I am a latina customer and had the best experience with them! I had regretfully wasted my money on a dress at davids bridal which was a horrid experience! The sales woman had 2 brides and 4 bridesmaids including me that she was helping, rushed me to pick a dress and when it was time to pick up the dress and try it on it fit big I looked at the tag and it was a couple sizes too big and not the size I ordered. They made a huge deal that I was the one who mustve told them to order that dress in case I got bigger. Yea needless to say I told them where they could go and well I decided to come to Celebrations because they were my first pick but because I was limited on time to order couldnt buy one there. I returned with the dress from davids bridal told them what happened and I was taken care of no problems, no issues, no questions!!! They took care of me as though I bought my dress there!! I wish I could be getting married sooner so I can go back!! There is not another place in Vegas like celebrations!!!
