The driver check in is right at the entrance, the docks are on the drivers side, the address is in big numbers right on the building. And there are signs that tell you what to do. A truckers dream

First time picking up a load here. Arrived about 11am for a 100pm appointment. I was allowed to check-in early. You check-in using a touch-screen computer but I believe you are still required to verify some info with the receptionist. My dispatcher provide an incorrect pick-up number to me. So, 3 pick-up numbers later I was able to check-in successfully. I am grateful for the receptionist with her patience & understanding b/c she was kind enough to help me identify the correct pick-up number among the several numbers my dispatcher threw at me. When you are checking in you will want to read the signs on the wall intended for drivers picking up loads. Actual load time was less than 30 minutes. The nearest scale is less than 3 miles away at a truck stop called MURTON’s Truck Stop. This is NOT a CAT scale but I feel it is still reliable. Pleasant experience here.

This place is quick.... in and out. Other places like Niagra bottling take 2+ hours just to load you. Ridiculous.

For the Truck Drivers the loading or unloading is from 6am to 6pm and they load fast in less than 30 minutes it will be loaded, north door is for check one and south door between the docks 9 is the check out door right there the papers are printed, very friendly and kind and very good attention
