Extremely disappointed with Sparkletts. Unreliable delivery and inept schedule management. Scheduled delivery was missed with no explanation even after they confirmed they were delivering. Called customer service and they promised delivery the next day and again no show or notification. We have children including an infant and we rely on purified water for formula. We made this clear to customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. I wish they would do what I’m paying them to do - deliver water.

Don’t waste your time with Sparkletts. My delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, it’s now Friday and still no water. Called to figure out what was going on and was told “it’s delayed a few days”. No explanation given. We weren’t even given notice of the delayed delivery!I called Thursday and was told my water would arrive on Friday. Called Friday and confirmed with customer service that my water was on the way. Here it is, 10pm on Friday and still no water. I even emailed customer service and asked for a call back from a supervisor when I called on Thursday and I never got a response from either. Horrible customer service. Definitely taking my money elsewhere.

If I could give less stars I would. Sparkletts has the worst customer service. I have two small children and was informed on 7/21 that our regularly scheduled delivery was delayed and would be delivered that day. Then the following day still no water. Now on 7/24 we are informed that it will be 7/26 before we get a delivery. If customer service does not answer today (7/24) I will be looking for a different water company.

Tragic customer service, delivery system, phone accessibility, man....... Signed up for full service, requested time off of work to get delivered specially, guy never shows for delivery in their four hour window.Call the phone number, to see where the delivery is at, on hold for an hour before the call drops. Call next day, on hold for 45 minutes till the same thing happens. Try to set up an account, need an account number to set one up (they never gave us one).All I want to do at this point is cancel the service...maybe when the next delivery next month shows Ill be able to ask the delivery driver if he can cancel for us.SHAME!

Go with a different company.. They will take DOUBLE the deposit out of your account without telling you.. And also they will absolutely deliver water to you.. But if you wanted a water dispenser to dispense that water you are out of luck.. This company DOES NOT CARE!

Very bad customer service!! I tried to call them for 4 days HOLD OVER 1 hour and that call drops. Called local 702 number, and multiple 800 numbers. Keep delivering to my old address and billing me for that. I even skipped a delivery and still being billed and no water!! Mind you Im being billed for each bottle 7.99 and delivered to the wrong address water. Being emailing them as well now every day and did not get a reply AT ALL.

Ive been using this service for years and its so lucky better than getting gallon jugs from the store. Great service and product.

Deliveries are dependable and accurate. My delivery man Pierre is pleasant an helpful. Great not having to go to the store and lug water home. The app is easy and convenient.

Rates are a little high - but the convenience overwhelmingly compensates! I have hot water when I need it (and early in the morning when trying to wake up, thats terrific!). The delivery is easy - and deliverer always friendly and easygoing on changes. Great service!

Water delivery is convenient and less plastic waste. Dramatically reduce our water plastic bottle purchases. Our delivery associate is great! Online bill payment is easy. Only complaint is our hot/cold water dispenser is ridiculously loud/noisy. Enrolled water delivery from our Costco membership.

This is the third time they’ve delivered water and we’ve only got two bottles of water when we ordered 3 and the delivery driver is always late. They keep charging us for 3 but never can pick up their phones. Screw this place. My comment also got deleted by the people so I’m reposting it

Our family has enjoyed this water service. The water deliveries are always on time. We leave a note for our delivery man if need to. He is great. We signed up through the Costco website with our membership.

Im not one to review often, but this is something I hope no one else gets to experience. We had to move out of our apartment, therefore we no longer needed our water delivery service. We very much enjoyed the 3 years of having water delivered to us, we hardly had any issues, and it was a luxury we were going to miss.But when it came down to scheduling the pickup for canceling our service, it has been hell! We requested to cancel over a week before our lease expired, and it has been back and forth miscommunication from there. We missed the first pickup because we were both working which was our fault.....but every pickup attempt since then has been ridiculous! We clearly stated to them we are leaving on April 30th, call this specific phone number to confirm pickup, etc.......and they have failed to do so. They claim to have daily pickup attempts, you have to leave it outside due to covid, this and that explanations and excuses changing every single day as to why they havent picked up their product!!! Thank goodness our apartment is letting us leave it in their office for pickup, but now two week past our lease expiration they STILL HAVE NOT PICKED UP THEIR PRODUCT!!! I am baffled, I even offered to drop it off myself and they said its not possible.....I just hope we dont get penalized for this horrible customer service!!

Water was never delivered, can never speak to anyone. My first call I was on hold for 40 minutes, my 2nd call finally talk to someone to cancel my service n they can’t help me cause the system is down n will call me back within 45 minutes and nothing. Horrible customer service

Frustrating. Water is fine, but were only on our second delivery and it never showed up. So now, were out of water and have to go buy some for the dogs -- which is the whole reason we got the service in the first place. The website says its on its way, at 11pm. Obviously not a dependable service.

My delivery service is dependable and my delivery man is GREAT! My only concern is understanding when my bill is due because it was is online.

Never had any issues with these guys. We had crystal springs in TN but now have Sparkletts in NV and it’s been fine. We set our bottles outside, the pick them up and bring new ones monthly. I manage everything online and I think I’ve only had to call once. I wish they could deliver Clearly Canadian water that’s about it.

Normally this company is very professional and good with delivering my water on time, but for some reason, my water was supposed to be delivered on January 8th and here we are basically a week later and NOBODY has helped me get my water. Ive been calling customer service everyday and they just keep telling me its delayed and that they will escalate it, but nothing happens. Ive been out of water a week now!! This is ridiculous.

They skipped edelivery to us two sessions in a row. We signed up for delivery every 2 weeks, so now it has been 1 month since delivery. All the empty bottles are a hindrance to the staff and a fire hazard. Employees are now bringing costco water bottles in. Defeat the whole purpose of this unreliable water service.

I spent over 3 hours waiting on the phone for service to a bad water cooler. Igave up and called 6 more times, with still no human answering. That cooler makes a racket and you cant see the bottle to know how much water is left. No one answers the phone !! Im cancelling my account and the only way to do that is to put all the equipment out into the street with a note on it.

As a customer for almost 10 years, I would recommend this service. Aside from the obvious challenges during the pandemic, the service has always been great and I like the value and convenience.

I have always had service that is top notch from our delivery man. He is very polite and always gives us the best advice. Its worth it for us to have good water with all the kidney issues in our family.

We have been doing business with Sparkletts for about a year now and havent had any major issues. I do think their prices are a little on the high side, but I will tell you that when COVID-19 hit and there was no water to be found in the Las Vegas valley, my Sparkletts water was delivered every other week as scheduled without delay! We never had to worry about not having water and that is priceless to me. My delivery driver has been fabulous. He is very personable and trustworthy, as I ask him to bring our bottles up the stairs for us, which he always does. Their online portal is fabulous to manage my account, set up auto payments and even schedule to skip a delivery!

Waiting for someone to pick up my call. Been on hold for 2 hrs. If you want to sign up, the call is answered immediately. To cancel, is another story. Not happy!!!!

Upper management for DS Services/Sparkletts Water really needs to shut the doors and everybody goes and does something else.When a company shows such lack of concern for both customer and the front line employees then close up shop.My first delivery was scheduled for today 8-10 am. The driver was supposed to call early and then bring my cooler and water. He is NO CALL NO SHOW.Over 2 hours on hold trying to reach customer service this morning to get the scoop on the missing delivery. NO RESPONSECalled Sales and again they answered immediately. I was transferred to Customer Service and again no answer.Called Sales and asked to speak to Cancelation. They also were Johnny on the Spot to answer and all full of false scripted empathy. My information will be forwarded to......I read the glowing reviews for this company and had a good feeling that they would take good care of my yummy water supply.Instead I’ll draw another glass of Las Vegas tap water and GOOGLE search to decide on who else can maybe get me something to drink that does not reek of bleach and gasoline.I’m very disappointed in Sparkletts.

Very reliable service at a great price, love the fact about never having to worry about water, especially in times like this with the COVID-19. Our delivery person always makes sure we get the correct amount of bottles and is very easy to make changes online to add or remove amount of bottles. Also the water taste great.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!Denied payment, even though it shows it went through! We even set up auto pay, to no avail they don’t want to except payment till you call, for they can charge you a late fee of $10.00Their free water dispenser is not free either! Although they say it’s free. Because they charge you for energy fee of $5.95 although it’s your power bill that is the energy running the dispenser!Their water and water dispenser is very good.To bad their customer is in the Stone Age!Yes it’s a one star review, because you have to select a star to leave a review.We’ll be searching for another water delivery service!Unless you like aggravation and no water service when you sign up then this is the only recommendation I can give Sparkletts!

Sparkletts fills a need for our family when we can no longer fill our bottles ourselves at the stores or kiosks. We are a retired couple and my husband cant safely lift the bottles. This product and service fills the bill! Timely, convenient and healthy for us!

When the Sparkletts Territory & Sales Rep. first visited my business in December 2019, I was told that it would cost about $12 to $15 a month with a special deal on the water cooler of only $3.99 per month. I did pay my first bill a little late, but there were so many extra charges! Granted, there was a late fee, but an energy surcharge fee, a paper invoice fee, the bottle deposit fees, etc. I paid what I thought was fair, but they would not waive any of the fees. I do not recommend that anyone use Sparkletts, especially if they are a small business. It is just too costly and deceptive.

If you get water from Sparkletts let me share with you my experience. I ordered two bottles of water and received seven bottles of water. I called the company and told them I only ordered two and they said they would pick up the other five bottles which they did. However this happened in July 2019 it is now October 2019 and they still have not corrected that problem even after I have made multiple calls to the customer service representatives and to a service manager. This company definitely is only interested in making money and not interested in customer service.

I buy only distilled water & Sparkletts is the best in my opinion. Water delivery is always timely, & ordering is easy and convenient with app. Great options to purchase coffee, creamer, tea, flavored water, etc. along with my 5 gal water delivery.

Ive had an account with Sparkletts in Henderson for over 2 years. A regular driver, Kyle, regular delivery days, at a regular time. I had 2 5 gal bottles, every other week. Great service. Ive moved to a Las Vegas address, with an increased amount of bottles. 6- 5 gal bottles every 2 weeks. Its gone from 1st class service in henderson, to 2nd class service to the Vegas address.The office doesnt help when you call in. They say the driver will call to let me know when hell be here. No calls. She says delivery hours are 8a-5p. Which means theyre not willing to give a window of delivery other than that. The office is incompetent. They miss scheduled days, leaving me to wait all day the next. Last delivery came after 5. No call all day from the driver, as promised by the office. Yesterday no delivery, today no calls from driver. Waiting again. Ive found 2 water companies, with great deals and customer service that are ready to take my business. This kind of service is incompetent and unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend Sparkletts/Alhambra, at all.

Had a great driver for 5 years, wonderful service. Delivered early morning every other week. He got promoted. Went through a rotation of other drivers who delivered whenever, finally got assigned a new driver who was once again reliable, he got promoted. Waited more than half a day, no show, no call back or text even after calling customer service. Not willing to go through another rotation of unreliable delivery. Not at the cost they charge. VERY EXPENSIVE. Done. Left machine outside and told them to come get it.

I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. The delivery department needs to be taught what professionalism is. My first order was scheduled today so I took unpaid time off from work. The crew was a no call and a no show. I Iost my income for half a day just waiting for sparkletts delivery to show up. They are not the only game in town. I hope readers can spread this ugly news.

I manage our Sparkletts business account and have had nothing but great service. We just use the water and one water cooler from them after switching from another company for better pricing and its been great!

Your company has delivered 3 gallons of water bottles for many years. Always on time with friendly personnel. The only thing I am not too fond of is that our route has a constant turnover of delivery persons. Just when I get to know someone, he or she has been transferred or left the company. Is their water tasty? Yes. Is it worth their lousy customer service, lies, and broken promises? Absolutely not! If you notice, there is only 2.2 stars on Google reviews and that speaks for itself. I signed up with a $50 off first bill coupon, and i called a week after signing up to ensure the coupon was there and they said it was. I get the first bill and low and behold, NO coupon applied. I called for the 3rd time now and they claim when I signed up it was only a $30 off, not $50. That was a blatant lie! How would I know there WAS a $50 off coupon if it showed $30? Impossible! So he gave me the $30 off, and cancelled my service. They lost a $50 a month paying customer over a $20 difference. Ridiculous! So if youre thinking about getting water service and youre in the Vegas area, call Tahoe Springs. Locally owned and operated with impeccable customer service.

Horrible customer service.. Three weeks later, still waiting on water. When I called to get answers (Lisa Enright) who claims there is no management and she was the only one that could help.. well my second delivery was set for today 10am-12am. The driver calls and asks if my delivery is 4pm.. I explained I had somewhere to be that my scheduled delivery is 10-12pm. So Julio says he is going to contact his manager. Which was funny because Lisa said there was no management available.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE... WOWEDNeedless to say. Still waterless from this company..

Ive been getting there service going on ten years and when I signed up the cost for the 5 gallons was 5.99 plus they charged a rental for the dispenser . When they raised a price to 7.99 I just dealt with it . Well once again they raised the price to now 9.99 and theyve added an energy surcharge .....I will be cancelling my account. PS. When you call the call center ...expect to wait over 15 minutes . I feel they may be under staffed ....its inevitably the quality of the product may suffer.

We have had sparklers for 6 years no problems, in Aug and sep we have found pollywoggs in dogs water bowl. We only use sparklers for our dogs and was shocked. Called sparkletts and they really didnt care so I cancelled the service.

Horrible service water had green sludge build up all the time. When I brought it to their attention they said there was nothing they could do after several visits we had to switch over to another company.

I setup service with them and they gave me a drop off date. No one contacted me about the delivery date so I assumed they would just make good and the date they chose to deliver. On the delivery day there were no times established so I just cleared my whole day. About 1pm I called customer service just to see what time they’d be coming and the representative said that as soon as they were in area they’d give me a call. Nothing the whole day. I called the next morning to cancel service and they apologized and just said “well your service was rescheduled to today last night at 7pm”. I asked why I didn’t at least get a call to be informed of the schedule change and there was no answer. Never using them again

It would be great if the delivery driver was reliable and took five seconds to wait for someone to answer the door. Dont get involved with this company, they are nothing but problems. You will be no hold for 30+ minutes every time you have to call to correct a delivery problem.

Sparkletts has the worst customer service weve ever experienced. First they failed to deliver our water. Then they delivered 8 bottles on one week! We were fed up and cancelled service. They never showed up when they said they would to pick up the dispenser and empties. They rescheduled our pick up 2 weeks later! They never showed up again. We spoke to supervisors and the rescheduled the 3rd time 4 days later. They still never showed up! Now weve called again and they cant give us any estimate for when time of day theyll come, but have rescheduled us for the 4th time. NEVER NEVER SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! Sparkletts sucks!

After we moved back here to Las Vegas, the service has sucked!!! I give it 1 Star because of the Delivery Driver. He does an awesome job and hopefully he will wise up and find a new company to work for.My complaint is their customer service. They could give a crap about our business. Are not helpful and when I told them I was cancelling they could care-a-less. I spend a lot of money for water through my company and would rather spend it with a company the cares. I never right Yelp reviews, but felt I had to on this one. STAY AWAY FROM FROM WATERS!!!!

Absolutely terrible company and I have not subscribed to their water. They came to our door - standing in front of a NO SOLICITING sign and brow beat my team into telling them the water we have before I stepped in and ended it. THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. PERIOD.

I used to work here. I dont where to begin. The management staff is pretty pathetic. They fail to properly train staff. They dont have necessary equipment and ask you to lie to customers to keep them calm. They have no business ethics or professionalism. To get really deep theres a ton of bigots and racist guys but what do you expect from a bunch of white males that have mental and psychological issues. However the people of color in management really coons as well. The equipment is beyond no good. They operate trucks which are barely legal. If DOT came through there theyd put em out of service. They dont even care about the customers. Stay away from this place if you a CDL. I worked here for about 2 and 1/2 years. I had to find something else but Im soooooo glad they were overly bigoted and fired me. It was the best thing to happen to me. I really wanted to thank them for doing it. 😂😂😄😄👍👍💯💯

Horrible customer service. The worst I have ever dealt with. We moved recently and all of our payments were applied to another account. Then we received a bill for $300. All of our payments were not applied for months. Upon many phone calls, literally hours on hold and call backs from supervisors my account is in collections and I have no water. I called to have them pick up the cooler and they cant even do that. Stay away from this huge company. They run business as if they are a small private business. The worst experience with a company ever. :(

What a joke. I updated my home address which removed a delivery hold I had (unbeknownst to me at the time). So they delivered the 3 bottles on the next scheduled delivery as per the Costco plan without my knowledge. I called them to pick up the bottles and Id put 4 empties I had along with the 3 fulls. They pick up the bottles 10 days later (on Aug 1st) but they still havent issued the credit. Ive been told 3 times now they have to email the local manager to verify the bottles were picked up. What???And they wont give me the phone number to the local office. They if you find it online thats fine but we wont give it out. What the hell???In the meantime, the next bill shows a $3.17 fuel surcharge for picking up the bottles. They screwed up and they want to pass the surcharge on to me? Ridiculous.This is one of the few times Costco has fallen way short with a vendor providing horrible service.If you want to avoid the headache and the heartache stay away from Sparkletts and just refill a couple bottles at Albertsons or Smiths.

Billing is always wrong. Customer service is unhappy to help. They put the call on hold for atleast 30minutes. Always have to call every after delivery for discrepancies and they are unwilling to give credits for their mistakes. They dont give credits for returned bottles.. and do not issue any delivery receipts. Bad company to deal with.

I paid my bill in full after i shut down my service with them to move out of state, they kept sending me bills 6 months after for no reason and put me in collections. Made an order for new service 3 days ago. The driver called yesterday at 5 pm to say he was about 20 minutes away. An hour later, he calls to reschedule because he said his truck over heated which was fine with me. So we re-schedule for between 7 and 8 AM the next day. Surpise...no show. So after multiple missed calls again he finally calls back to say he could be there in 20-30 minutes (this was at 1130am). Low and behold still no show after waiting at my house until 1pm, I call and cancel my service. Not 10 minutes later he shows up. Sorry but if you cant handle simple delivery to a new customer, how can I count on you to deliver on time in the future?

Wish I had read these reviews before I signed up!Received a phonecall at 8am on the morning of planned delivery of the cooler, and initial supply of water - they would be by between noon and 4pm. (Sigh) Okay.NEVER SHOWED AT ALL, after I waited around all day. When I called to find out about the situation today, I was told that they were OUT OF DISPENSERS, and that they would contact me when they were back in stock.I instructed them to forget my number, and cancel my order.

Have been use their service for 6 years. Have always been over charged either for extra bottle or different hidden fees. Now i received a bill with paper fee for $2.00 paper invoice fee, besides the energy surcharge which they kept it after the gas price been low for the past two years. Delivery person left 4 bottles of water outside of the business and my monthly bill went up twice for too many bottle been delivered.....Thats not a right way to run business!!!

Worst possible service from a service company, put us in collection without even sending us bills or calling to notify us they didn’t receive a payment. Returning the unit was next to impossible.

Tried canceling service and have equipment picked up for almost a month. Every time supposedly they are too busy to cancel your service but will answer the call in less than two minutes if you pretend you are a new customer. Its a game!!
