E have had Warrior Wraps do multiple jobs for us. The first one, they didnt do well right out of the gate, but after two returns, they were able to get it right. In all, our business has had seven vehicle wraps done by three different companies. Were we still in SLC, we would have had these last three done right, but we opted for Warrior Wraps as for the first job, we really liked Carlos (no longer there) and for the second/third jobs, we really felt Izzy would get the job done right. The second wrap was a very difficult motorcycle trailer that they had to re-do three times, but was still never satisfactory. See photos to understand why. The wrap began lifting the next day, and Warrior Wraps tried to fix it, but was unable to fix it. The attached photos are 30-days post wrap.Nonetheless, we believed Izzy when he told us hed do it right on this very simple cargo trailer.Having had wraps done before, we knew to remove every single piece of hardware we could remove. There was absolutely NOTHING on this trailer to impede the wrap. We explained that we wanted it wrapped vertically so that there were no seams. When they called to tell us it was done, we found it was horizontally wrapped, and with very crooked seams to boot. We were given a Bravo Sierra story that this is standard in the industry, to wrap this way. Having had this done before, we knew this wasnt accurate, and so did a little bit of research. Virtually everyone we spoke to told us what we already knew; vertical seams are not standard and usually only done if the vehicle contours require it, or customers request it. Further, the seam was seam-up, creating a dirt line (a shelf that catches dirt because it will catch water). bit.ly/2KbHaRU This will not only be unsightly, but also shorten the life of the wrap.Additionally, they inexplicably broke our tongue crank. They didnt pay to replace that, either, nor offer a discount. They couldnt locate the broken parts. The crank was new, purchased 4 days before WW received the trailer.Next, the story changed to its more expensive to wrap vertically so we agreed to pay an additional amount to have it re-wrapped vertically. When the call came that the re-wrap was done, we were even more disappointed. Instead of untying ropes placed so that the doors didnt fly open during travel (as Izzy had agreed), the wrappers wrapped around the ropes, creating unsightly seams. Remember, wed gone to a LOT of effort to ensure there were no hardware issues for the wrappers. The entire trailer was straight lines, no impediments. They merely needed to untie one bow-tie knot (like undoing shoelaces). There were several areas of patched together pieces, areas that werent covered, scores in the vinyl, and vinyl that didnt attach properly. We had to take the trailer to another place to try to finish the work, but they didnt want to touch it due to the trailer not being prepared by the wrapping company properly. We were screwed. They also showed us the difference in the quality of wrap materials used, and we realized we have a very short-life wrap, one that wont last more than a year or so due to how thin it is and how it absorbs inks.We complained to Warrior Wraps and were told theyd make it right. We called several times and received no call-backs. They refused to schedule a repair and told us were more difficult than they like their customers to be. Check out the pix; would YOU accept this kind of work?WW offer great bait n switch pricing. Beware; you get what you pay for.We recommend folks avoid this business; theyre not quality craftspeople. They dont stand behind their work, and they make threats when called out on the quality of their work.
I was in dire need of help or trying to figure out how to Prevent scratching or damaging the paint on the top mount support of my 911 Targa Porsche, so I drove to Warrior Wraps store and I asked to speak to their Technician ( Tre Levan), and I explained my concern about preventing scratches or ruining my cars paint!, Tre immediately recommended and got me the right and correct vinyl and which also matched my vehicles seal grey color....I was just WOWED...by not only the service but by his knowledge and Expert advice...this was a great place to come to and a Very good experience, Tre cared and went above n beyond, I Highly recommend this store to everyone and anyone wanting to do the Exotic and add your personal touch to just about everything you can think of, boats...high end cars, boats, motorcycles. I was very impressed and I give it a Thumbs up and or a 10 +
Lindsey was awesome to work with and the team did an awesome job. Thank You Warrior Wraps!
Best of las vegas Exellent customer service
I’ve had a couple boat decals done here. I worked with Sheets! He did a excellent job of explaining everything to me and fixed a mistake I made. He was super helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend warrior wraps!
I went to these folks in June of 2012. They gave me a fair price on wrapping a box truck. My quote was very reasonable for the size they did. The gentleman designing the wrap went out of his way to make me happy. Adjusting sizes of wording and phone numbers according to my instructions. The wrap has been on my truck for a little over a year and has not cracked, peeled or faded and this truck has sat out in the elements 24-7 since the day it was done. I dont think it ever sees any shade,...ever.In my opinion Im very satisfied with the quality and the price. Keep up the Great work.If I ever need anything else wrapped This is the place Im going. A great trusted product.
We needed our truck wrapped for our business. We had bad luck with a couple other wrap places and we found Warrior Wraps. The guy “Sheets” is absolutely horrendous to work with. I have never in my life had someone be so rude to me. I will not be using them given our history bad luck it raised a big red flag to move on elsewhere. I would never in my life speak to a customer the way I was spoken to.
My wife & I own Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling and this is the only place we trust with our vehicle wraps! Great price, great quality, flexible schedule, and most importantly-awesome staff! Id give more stars if theyd let me!!! Kudos on running a great operation!
I have worked with several sign and wrap companys in Las Vegas and Warrior Wraps has been by far the best to work with! Everything from design to installation was done professionally and of the highest quality! Keep up the great work team... looking forward to working with you on all of my future projects!
These guys were good to me. Starting from the beginning with Izzy to the design with John. My truck and business look so much better because of Warrior Wraps. Highly recommend.
After several other quotes from their competitors, I found that Warrior Wraps prices were very competitive. Their customer service staff are very professional and treated me well. I would recommend Warrior Wraps for any of my vehicle lettering needs on my future trucks. Keep up the good work and professionalism.
Great staff friendly bringing in 2 Vans for wrap. They earned my business when GECKO WRAPS wouldnt give me an estimate after 3 weeks. THEY WERE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL
We refer our clients to Sheets at Warrior Wraps and our clients are always happy. Great customer service and communication, superior work. Highly recommend!
I spoke with a man named “Sheets” and was looking to have some print work done and he was extremely rude. I have had a ton of print work done and have always had a minimum charge or square footage price and i was very confused that he came up with a random price. He went on to tell me that they originally did the work there. When I asked what the square footage price was he said “this is what I’m charging you I’m not going to argue with you”. first time there and last time there. Easy enough
I have used them twice. Great customer service and they did a great job on my truck. I would diffenitly recommend them.
They do great professional work. I do think they are more expensive than some other places, but I didnt get the run-around with this place. They always answered their phones and emails, gave a quote right away without waiting for weeks like I did with another window wrap guy from another business. This place does exactly what I need and when I need it.
Just the nicest and most professional shop Ive been to.They did all my decals and window tent. Will be back
Weve had about a dozen cars, trucks and trailers wrapped here. The wrap material they use is a high quality 3-M product and our wraps have lasted years. They back up what they sell too. We had part of the wrap near the headlight coming loose almost a year after it was installed and they fixed it for free.
After 15 trucks wrapped and plenty of banners, I would say Im pleased with Warrior Wraps. I would reccomend them. They did a great job at designing a bunch of material for us.
Adam at warriors wrap did an astounding job on my bugieshood. You cant, get any better than what he did. Thanks again!!!Butch
True professionals!
