I was exhibiting at Las Vegas Market last week and my freight company totally dropped the ball on getting my shipment to me on time. I called Color Reflections hoping they could quickly make custom wall decals of my company logo. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!! Not only were they able to make all three company logos for me in a matter of a few hours, but they hand delivered them to my hotel. The decals turned out absolutely beautiful. They seriously saved the day. I am so so incredibly grateful for their service and how extremely helpful they were during a very stressful time. What an amazing company. David’s work at Color Reflections is beautiful. I tried having prints made of my watercolor paintings at several businesses in town. All were embarrassing. The colors were so overly saturated the prints looked terrible. Then I found David. His work was done in a timely and fairly priced fashion but the results are incredible. I contacted them for a quote, got no response then someone in accounting told me to contact them with the reception email and accounting email, so I was now moving.Got forwarded to TJ Dietz and sent her an email, 6 days later no response wasted 2 weeks.I am representing a New Car Dealer since I am not using company email they must assume I am not worth the hassle.So disappointed as I have previously worked with this company in another capacity with another client.Dont waste your time calling its an answering service. I have moved on do not want people wasting their time here.In these times you think companies would move faster to get business.

Weve been working with Color Reflections for the past year. The service they provide is second to none. Whenever weve had wind damage with our signage they come by within a week and fix it. For no charge. Its rare in Vegas to find stand up people. Highly recommend working with Color Reflections.

Absolutely horrible to work with. First day a promising gentleman walks in to discuss the options and possibilities, next day you get an email from a woman that doesnt care about any of it, every single thing is priced individual and looking at the quote youd think thats the price for the job, but no no! Later you get a different one with about twice as much additional billing to complete everything. Dont sign or pay for anything till you know what youre getting yourself into!
