United Nissan service Gives Nissan a bad name. I have a 2014 Nissan Versa with a bunch of recalls pretaining to emissions. The recalls have cost me hundreds on exhaust repairs, and thats a problem aside. I was told specifically by an illiterate receptionist that I should schedule as far ahead of time as possible, as it is really busy currently. I was also on a short time frame this day so I scheduled for early morning a week in advance. She told me that Andy Atkins would be there to greet me. Sounded good, I proceeded to follow up to the day I scheduled. When I walked in there was a line already out the door with cars and people. I spoke to a man at the service desk and he was also a fellow illiterate. He explained to me that they were busy and swamped with cars from yesterday.Frustrating. Also your car has a check engine light. Your car could be here from a couple hours, to a few days. I knew my car had a few recalls so in an effort to expedite the process I asked specifically for a recall to be fixed over the phone.He talked to me as if Ive never driven a car in my life. Terrible service. A nuisance in Vegas.I didnt have time for this.
I was there to take my car in because it was a recall on my 2021 Nissan. I was later informed that they couldnt work on my car that day this was my second time bringing it in because they have to wait for the part so that wasnt too good for me. So I end up getting my oil changed and my car return to me. Everyone that I deal with United Nissan have been very helpful to me. But I figured Im driving the 2021 and I have lights on my dashboard and now Ihave to wait 2 months for the parts after bringing it in for a second time that gets you the thinking did I purchase the wrong car.
Does great work on my Nissan. If its going to take awhile they offer me a ride home and back. Great people

Someone close to me had their transmission on a Nissan Rogue fail to respond at accelations of over 50 mph. It is a well documented defect recognized by Nissan. United Nissan said that Nissan Corp would pay in good faith 60% of the replacement cost. When my friend was waiting for approval the service department - they countered with a 50% offer for the replacement. These guys are scam artists trying to take advantage of a female in distress. They also fail to recognize lemon laws in the state of Nevada. I hope NO ONE evers does business with this shady dealership! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

Took my 2019 Sentra in for general maintenance (oil change) and ECU reprogram on 6/27/20. Actually I had my wife bring it in because I had to work that day and due to this covid thing going on I didnt want to lose out on an appointment. I usually do my own oil change because I dont trust dirty mechanics doing anything to my cars unless it was something I cant handle alone like an engine swap. Why did I take it in then if I do my own oil change? Lets just say Im giving Nissan service the benefit of the doubt and that Im trying to build a trust letting other people work on my brand new car I purchased from them in February and trying to keep all my service OEM. Wifey told my they did my oil change as complementary. I thought cool. So nice of them. At that point I was almost sure the trust was starting to develop and thought to myself they are trustworthy of doing the right thing. Until I checked the dip stick and the oil was black as the last time I checked it. I know fresh oil when I see it. So the trust thing is out the window. And another thing is that they use 5w-20 syn blend compared to the 0w-20 full synthetic the factory recommend that is noted under every car hood they sell(why is that?). Makes me wonder if they even did the ECU reprogram. Whatever! I got it all on paper if anything goes wrong. So today I changed my oil according to factory recommendation type. Point of this is check the work they perform, people. This may not matter to them so Im just here to warn other people to double check the work. I wouldve gladly paid for the oil change. They even emailed me a discount for $25 off any service. I just didnt know their complementary means not doing whatever the complementary service is. If Im wrong then I suggest the service manager have a heart to heart with tech#11423I am customer #288584
