The operator never answers the phone and they keep giving you options that waste your time waste your time they need to update their phone numbers and answer the phone when we call Im not gonna drive all the way over there and waste my time

Be advised if picking up a trailer load, they say no oil will leak, but my trailer was a mess when i delivered.Its still stained and smells of ouls 2 months later. I wont haul again for this shipper.
