I went over to the Lexus dealership on a Sunday to come to find that they were closed. When I was there, I noticed a gentleman in the parking lot so I went over to ask them when they opened. He, very kindly, gave me his business card and told me to come back tomorrow so that they could take care of me. His name was Lee Butler, who happened to be the general manager. The next day I went back and met with Jay Gentry. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed genuine care and patience with me as I was trying to get my things in order since I just moved here from California. While we took a car for a drive, he heled me become comfortable with all of the fancy gadgets that the car had to offer. When I decide to purchase the car, the financing department was also so quick and helpful. The entire staff that I worked with were very personable and kind. They even went out and grabbed my Postmates order for me (I was starving by the time I got to the financing department due to lack of planning on my part lol). The next day, I even went back to the dealership to ask how to use other functions on the car and Jay was there happy to help me out. I am so happy with the ES 350 that I got and would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. The was the first time that I have been at a dealership were everything ran smoothly and I felt comfortable. If you are in the market to purchase a Lexus, this is the place to go!

I visited Lexus of Las Vegas to view a pre-owned vehicle, and was met by sales associate Bryce. Ultimately the vehicle was not the right fit for my family and me, but Bryce was great to work with. He was professional, polite, and not pushy in any way. Lexus also allows a 24 hour hold for a fully refundable deposit -- while others offer this, many are not 100% refundable. That process was smooth, although I did have to go back in person to get the refund versus just doing it over the phone. I cant speak for the entire car buying process at Lexus, but if you work with Bryce I think you will be impressed.

This is my first Lexus and it’s used so I wanted to do the inspection recommended when you buy a better car. So I went to the dealership on Sahara- Lexus of Las Vegas, they were very through. I new there was work to be done and they itemized and priced it all out. They gave me a ride home while it was being looked at and picked me up to bring me back when they were finished. Very nice people. I found the parts department and they had a 2007 brand new car manual! I bought it. :) The gentleman told me that was the only one. It was waiting for me! Ha! The inspection wasn’t expensive. I highly recommend it. Lexus of Las Vegas is also a beautiful dealership - you’ll fall in love with the showroom.

We purchased our very first Lexus in the 1990s, a Lexus S500 in St. Louis, Mo. kept it for 20 years with no problem at all and after 31 years, still driving a Lexus, but in Las Vegas. This is my 5th Lexus, a 2021 RX. Just cant say enough about Lexus excellent Sale and Service Dept., not limited to one location, but all over. Lexus Las Vegas is no exception. Very helpful sales and service departments staff, and I am glad to stick with Lexus in the future.

Further, she was incredibly kind and patient with my 8-year-old daughter, who accompanied me to the dealership. This is long. Sorry. I have a GX470 that I love and wanted the Lexus people to take care of it. I took it to Lexus of Las Vegas for the last 2 oil changes. I did not have the time to go to LOLV this last time so I went to the local Jiffy Lube. This is the oil filter that I watched them pull out. Has not been changed for a LONG time. Twice at LOLV and the previous owner used a Lexus dealer in CA. The white piece of paper is for contrast. All of the 5-star reviews I see here have to do with friendly service, and I agree. But I would rather deal with a surly service manager and know that my service is actually being done. I wanted my car properly maintained. I would not have gone back but I have a Lexus battery that went bad and was still under warranty, so I had to deal with them. So, I brought the air filter with me to show to Dan. I told him I expected nothing. I mean, what is he going to give me, more service? He didnt seem to really care. But he was very friendly! This is one of the first things you check for the health of a vehicle. At least thats what they tell you. At the very least you would think they would want to sell you another filter. So, for at least two oil changes and maybe more they never even checked it. So, next time you want your oil changed here be sure and check all of the boxes and then take the time to look at the brake fluid, water level, windshield washer fluid, tire air pressure and maybe even look at the oil to make sure they really did change it. Oh wait, thats why I take it there. But not anymore. At Jiffy Lube and others it takes 20 minutes and you can watch them through the window.

The Service area was very clean, plenty of seats but didnt see a vending machine for snacks. My Service Advisor was very nice and friendly.
