I took my Atlas in for the first oil change/service and it was a great experience! Amber took care of everything and she was great. I received a text message with a video from the man working on my car explaining and showing me everything that he was doing to my car. That was a nice surprise! Everyone at VW was really friendly.
Polite and informative staff throughout the location. I was in and out of there with not only the oil change but also a thorough inspection. The video via text while I waited was also appreciated. Good look under my car! Service Advisor Chris is fantastic and took a few minutes to see how I was really feeling. That time meant a lot to me.

I wasn’t excited about waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change….. I didn’t make an appointment due to the website said I didn’t need one for Express Service. after checking my filters ( engine and cabin) I chose not to have the dealership replace them, due to the cost to have it done. They could have at least blown them out until I could replace them….. I noticed my air intake cover was not properly replaced and just laying there on top of the air intake. I didn’t bring it in there like that….. I’ve used Henderson VW and I was not happy and switched to this one….. so I really don’t have any other choice…. I’ll probably use a local oil change company from now on…. I paid over 100 dollars for that service and tire rotation. I got a free rotation during the last oil change…. I was charged for this one. Chris was helpful and apologetic on taking 3 hours for the service…..Not real happy…..
So I am very happy with the service I received at Findlay VW North( 10/13/21). They were able to schedule me in quickly and kept me informed about the issues my vehicle was having. Frank was very courteous and showed great pride in his ability to give awesome customer service from being to end. I also received a video detailing what was done to my vehicle and the tech Gabriel M. did a great job explaining what was fixed. Overall I’m a happy customer. I do think VW makes a good effort making sure customers are satisfied and this location did a great job with that.

Every time we come in you all step up even more. We get our Jetta services here and we had an A/C issue that took some time with warranty, the part, and timing of work.After all is said and done, Chris F was amazing and calm through it all. I really like the service I get here. And the job they do. But it takes them 5 hours to do a oil change. For 120 and some change. It’s a bit steep. I brought in a coupon book that I got in the mail. And the service writer said it was from Henderson. So they don’t honor them. I have to definitely consider finding a place where they do quality work for a more reasonable price point.

My first, and last, visit to this dealership. I came in for a simple oil change, at the time they gave me, and its taking 2 hours to get the work done. No communication from the service consultant sitting 50 feet away from me regarding delays, or to reset expectations with me on completion time. Completely unacceptable. Ive been to two other VW dealerships for the same work and been out in 30-45 minutes. Ditto for Valvoline Rapid Oil Change.My input to the dealership: Schedule appropriately (if youre understaffed as you say you are), and communicate with your client if delivery expectations push out. Neither happened in my case.Ill never return to this dealership - I can go to Valvoline or another VW dealership and get the same service, faster, and feel respected as a client.I suggest you take your business elsewhere - you can do better.

Not the best experience Ive ever had, brand new car 2021 been serviced 4 times already, every time I have to take time off work to drop it off all the way to the dealer and then they lyft you out, means you have to lyft back to pick your car up even though it is a malfunctioning of the product not me willingly dropping my car to service, advise no matter what you hear the area have multiple dealers i advise you to look around take your time before you sign your life away, and spend your money wisely
I took in my 09 jetta for a recall repair and was met with amazing customer service by an absolutely beautiful woman named Lupe. She handled all my questions and was very upfront and informative about costs that may not be covered should the diagnostic find something not part of the repair. She also provided me a complimentary Lyft back home and one back the service dept. when my car was finished being serviced. All the issues I had were solved and had an overall wonderful experience. I am now intentionally looking for ways to damage my car so I can go back and see Lupe again.

If you want it done correctly, DO NOT take it to Findlay North Volkswagen! I leased my 2018 Tiguan nearly three years ago and have had all my maintenance performed by the dealership, including oil changes. I recently had an oil change performed approximately 3,000 miles ago (the manufacturer recommends 10,000 mile intervals) and the low oil warning is already lit on the dashboard. I could have excused this as an outlier if it wasnt the third occasion its occurred in the last 10,000 miles. I advised the the service writer the second time it happened, only to be told its normal, which I find hard to believe since oil changes are recommended at 10,000 mile intervals. Most recently, they discovered an issue with the starter and ordered an replacement under warranty, telling me theyd call when the part was received. After a month of not hearing from them and many close calls with my car not starting, I contacted the dealership and was advised the part had arrived approximately 30 days prior, but no one bothered calling me to schedule an installation appointment.I initially considered purchasing my vehicle at the end of the lease, but I no longer have faith its been maintained properly by the dealership over the past three (3) years and look forward to returning it next month upon termination.The dealership appears to care by sending follow-up emails and texts inquiring about your service but never bothers returning calls or texts when you rate their service less than adequate - maybe theyll see this review.

Frankie helped me so much! I was in the process of trying to get my car fixed ( safety recall ) it was such a big ordeal because I was also in the process of relocating back to Vegas from Omaha. Out in Omaha they had my car for a week, just for a job that was “a few hours”. Long story short I made a appointment and literally everything from that point on was easy! I thank Frankie for his amazing customer service! He made everything really simple. Love it !!
Great service on my car but they sent way too many messages to my phone and email for two weeks afterwards. It really became annoying.

I paid in advance for my services when I purchased my car making the experience even smoother. It did seem odd however that they charged extra to rotate my tires. Would have thought that might be something that would be included. Not a big deal, just odd.

Everytime i call in or go in theres a new employee giving me the wrong information. This most recent time i called to check on my cars warranty for my battery. I was told one thing and then asked for the employee to look into my policy specifically when he sounded irritated like he didnt want to do such a thing. He repeated what he told me the first time. So when i get in to have my car serviced it ended up being the wrong information just like i thought. Yall need to put your employees through proper training and get quality employees.

Great communication and service. Visited their auto service due to failing smog test, and some recalls. The technician was great at letting me know what repairs could wait, and which needed immediate attention. Their rep Amber was really great at following up, and explaining the costs.

I brought my car in to get a tire fixed. I had just damaged the tire driving through road construction and needed to get a new tire fast. I recently went to Centennial VW because my battery went out and Chris in the service department was right on it ! I told him what had happened with my car he checked my car in and offered me a Uber/Lyft to work because I was scheduled to go to work and didn’t know if I was going to have to call off ! While my car was being serviced he offered to take care of a recall update and I opted to have a service done while they had my car for the day ! To top off the excellent service I was provided by Chris he also offered for to scheduled a Uber/Lyft ride for me after I got off work to return to pickup car before they closed for the day ! If you need service on your car I highly recommend Centinnial VW and make sure you ask for Chris
They didnt have the car I wanted and inventories were low due to the chip crisis. They were not pushy overbearing about buying what was available good visit. If you go to buy a car ask for Julio Lopez great salesman.

On our way to Vegas for a quick business trip we had some car trouble so we contacted Findlay Volkswagen on our way into town Thursday night. We spoke with Amber and she said they were booked through the weekend, but to bring the car in for service and they would try and fit us in. We took the car in first thing Friday morning and they were able to immediately inspect the car and diagnosis the problem. They did not have the part on site, but had it overnighted to their shop, repaired the car Saturday and we were back on the road home Sunday. Our experience with Amber and this dealership were top notch. If it wasn’t for their great service our trip would have been horrible. We had such great service we joke that we will be driving to Vegas for all our car service needs in the future. Thank again!!!!

Our new Atlas broke down while visiting from out of town, but while there were no loaners available due to the chip shortage, the staff at Findlay, especially Vito, went up and beyond to move our car up the service so that it could be fixed within two days. Have 2019 Jetta below 30000 miles have to bring car 4 times because check engine light came on in few weeks, poor communication of dealership ( we will call you when part will arrive, and NEVER did, so have to call many times to check status ( good luck with finding advisor, you will have to keep calling because he will not call back )

Frankie was a great service advisor. I brought my car in for a check engine light and they found a crack in my intake manifold. The car runs great, no dashboard lights, and they saved me money on the services.
We always take our VWs to the dealer for anything they need. Where we used to live, in western Washington state, the dealer gave us five star, red carpet treatment. The people here are nice, service is decent, and they’ve done good work.I gave them four stars though, because they just don’t coke close to the service staff at our dealership in Washington, Roger Jobs!They COULD get the extra star if they put monogrammed mints in the cup holder of your car after servicing it, had a drive up service area whose door opens when you arrive, etc. it’s the little touches that make people feel really valued!
Chris was terrific. He was swamped but still took the time to help me get my car done and back to me.
I Dropped off my car and they looked at it first thing in the morning. As soon as it was diagnosed they let me know what the issue was and began checking with the parts department to try and fix it. As soon as it was fixed they called me and got me a ride back to the dealer to pick up my car.

After breaking down in UT I was forced to tow my 2014 TDI Passat to St. George. They attempted to sell me a new Dual Mass Flywheel saying thats the issue. I knew it was not. I was able to get my car home and took it to Findlay North Volkswagen which is I had been to once before. Vito took care of everything. He kept me up to date and was always polite and professional. As the codes my vehicle indicated injector number 4 had failed and was replaced under warranty. I was able to pick up my car a couple days after dropping it off (part was on order) and it had been washed and runs fantastic again! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road and NOT trying to sell me on a non warranty $1600 repair. My review for the other dealership will NOT be kind as they did scam me saying my Adblue was watery...it was dealership added VW brand Adblue LOL. I will be taking my vehicle back to them should the need arise. Thanks again Vito and the technicians behind the scenes that took care of me and put in the time and work! ---Curt

I has a musky smell in my car from the hummid place I lived before. I didnt know that it would fall under the warranty but it did. They fixed it up in a swift manor. Completely satisfied.
I was looking for a quality car at a reasonable price so I sent an Email to Findlay Volkswagen because I loved what I learned about the Jettas fuel economy and price point. I was contacted by a representative named Sevag. Fantastic guy. By phone we were able to communicate and he understood that a drawn out process would not work for me due to my being severely disabled. We came to terms over the phone before I went to the dealership as to save time. Friendly people all of them. I was in and out in an hour. They even give you a full tank of gas. Afterwords Sevag even delivered the car to my home. Just a great experience all around. Thank you again Sevag. I highly recommend that you ask for him if you desire a Volkswagen.

Unfortunately we were not able to buy our new (used) Atlas from this dealer because there wasnt anything available that met our search criteria. However, from the little experience I had with them - I wish I couldve purchased from them. I dealt with Chris, the service manager regarding a Used atlas we planned to purchase that he was overseeing the inspection on. Chris was extremely helpful, seemed very knowledgeable of the product, and couldnt have been better to work with. This dealership knows their stuff and it shows. If you dont purchase from them, at least give them the opportunity to earn your business in their service department, such a great experience.To the owners / management, you guys should be extremely grateful to have someone like Chris on your staff. The way he treats your customers gives a great impression on your dealer ship - keep him around.
Price was a little high, but the work was good and my car runs much better,
Their car detailer absolutely slathered the interior with Armor-All and then let it bake in direct sunlight for hours. The result was a bunch of sticky junk(the Armor-All) between many buttons including the window buttons which were the worst. My fingers got covered in sticky greasy stuff from the window buttons. Then I look in the engine bay and there are literally pools of Armor-All in there. Tons on the air box and there was so much on the plastic engine cover that I cant even get it off. It is between two layers of plastic now which cannot be separated without breaking them so not much I can do.It took me several hours to clean up what they did there. Hours I didnt need to waste. Im including pictures of the air box below to show just how much Armor-All they left on it. Some black painted surfaces also have what seems to be a permanent rainbow effect in the engine bay now. Armor-All is not for painted surfaces for a reason.Then the person who put my temporary plate on made their own hole on the cars plate holder. There was a perfectly good one right there to use but they went the extra mile and screwed it in crooked and sideways and made their own. They ruined the hole next to it as well because its halfway in the hole but Ill just buy my own parts to replace that. I shouldnt have to though.I decided to double check the engine air filter next. It was listed on the Certified Pre-Owned checklist as clean. It is pretty dirty and definitely needed to be changed. Maybe I have a different idea of clean than they do. I uploaded pictures of all of this. I dont believe they actually follow the checklist and they just marked the boxes off without looking over anything.When you have the dealership telling you how they go through almost every single thing on the car and make sure it is right and good to go that brings with it certain expectations. Things like them actually following through and checking that stuff. You are paying more for it to be Certified Pre-Owned because they are supposed to bring the car back to a well maintained vehicle if there are any issues detected. The air filter I talk about above is one of the easiest things to do but they simply marked it as clean and moved on. If they did that to the air filter then there could be other more important parts that need attention that they also ignored. Ill have to take it to a private mechanic. The CPO checklist for my car had every single thing listed as clean. There wasnt anything they thought it needed.The salesperson I dealt with was Tarrah. She did a good job and was great to work with and is the reason for getting 2 stars otherwise this would be less to me. I also had to work with Larry and would definitely choose not to work with him if given the choice. He seemed really sketchy and not trustworthy. This should make it easy to identify me from the review and thats fine but there isnt really any resolution they could offer me.If this gets a reply saying they will offer to fix things at this point Im not letting them touch the car. There are other Volkswagon dealers in the Vegas area.To see the pictures you might have to click and look at all my reviews and pictures posted. Some got posted twice.

Dealing with the Service Department is like visiting the set of “The Walking Dead”.The Service Advisors are oblivious about their surroundings. Expect to wait hours for simple services (oil change, smog check).
