Purchased my truck from a dealership and was referred to Western Glass Solutions to replace a chipped windshield. I stopped by their location a couple times but couldnt time my visit right. After that they came out to me (while at work) after a couple attempts visiting their location. Appreciate the service provided.Just followed up with an issue which was taken care of right away.

The automatic window in my car stopped working. I took the car to Western Glass Solutions on Decatur on a Friday afternoon, the owner came out and knew exactly what the problem was ! ( needed new regulator)They were busy at the time so we made appointment for the next day.When I arrived, they quickly took the car in and the window was fixed in about 35 minutesThey are honest, prices are very reasonable.They know what they are doing and they do it fast.IMPRESSED!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are from out of town. Exceptional fast service. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful. All the guys were so kind while workimg on the car.

Went on a Sunday to get my windows tinted. I was told by a gentleman to come back monday so I did. When i get there i was told yet again to come back the next day. Not professional at all . Waisting my time Ill take my business elsewhere
