I called Charleston Auto Glass to inquire about getting my regulator fixed. Eddie gave me a worst case scenario quote, so I went down the next day. His technician quickly diagnosed the issue and they got to work on my regulator. Within an hour and a half, my window was fixed at half the price of the competitors. The owner was professional, friendly, and knowledgable about window repair. I will definitely use him again in the future should the need arise!

I went to Las Vegas for EDC weekend and just to get my car broken into the very first night! Thankfully this place was able to take me in and service me the same day, with affordable prices. Highly recommend them 10/10

I came here to replace a shattered front passenger window.They replaced it in a timely fashion (about 2.5 hours).The next day, I noticed that my window regulator wasnt working properly. The window was making a creaking sound and not rising unless I manually jiggled it. I had no issues with the regulator prior to the replacement. Somehow, the wire got dislodged from the pulley system.After a couple of calls back and forth with the shop, they agreed to cover the cost of a new regulator ($90).Im not sure if the shop is responsible for the broken regulator, but I appreciate them giving me this partial refund.

I was visiting Las Vegas for my birthday weekend, & sadly my vehicle got broken into. Between calling around & trying to leave back home the same day this place was able to help me out with great pricing, time, & availability! I was in & out within 2 hours as told to me & i was even given a very affordable price given the fact that I’m a college student it was very affordable.

I have a hard time finding a place with a reasonable price for my car. They offered me a price and we’re able to take me in the same day I called. They gave me a free quote and set me up for an appointment right away . The service was fast and easy on me. They had me out sooner than I anticipated with a new front windshield

When it comes to dealing with auto repair places one great concern is the integrity of the company. Sometimes you have no way of knowing or understanding all of what they need to do. And not knowing can really stress you out. But the owner here is the kind of person that you can absolutely trust. Their kind caring spirits can put you at ease because they would never try to take advantage of you. Their care for the customer is better than any place I have ever been to. Period!

Great work. And professionally done! affordable price from the other 6 quotes I got to replace my cracked windshield. I arrived in the morning when they first opened on Saturday and they got my car in quick and was done in the time frame they said it would be done. I also didnt have to do an appointment which was nice they just told me to show up between hours of operation . Everyone there was very nice & welcoming would go back definitely for their service.

I went to charleston auto glass because ome of my friends that’s a repeated costumer recommended them because they have the cheapest prices amd quality work, I didn’t make an appointment so I expected to take about 4 hrs but end up been 2 hrs they offer me a used glass for cheaper price, that was the best thing that happened to me after a bad day, honestly they went the extra mile to get me a cheaper price they didn’t have to since I was already ready to pay for the new glass but after they listen fully about my horrible day, the girlsIn the front look for a cheaper solution . Glass all over your drivers side seat and items stolen from your car is no way to start your day, but these guys turned that around and made it so easy to get it fixed!! It feels super unfair when it happens to you, so I called my insurance company who called these guys. They came out to my car (kind of hard to drive while sitting in top of glass!) and called me 20 minutes before arriving. They had already quoted theyd be there between 12 and 5, and called me around 1:00.The technician was FAST, friendly, showed me exactly what happened and how they damaged my car. He vacuumed everything up and I even got my windows cleaned!I recommend these guys 100%. Hands down the best customer service and product imaginable!

Not only did the Charleston auto glass guy replace my windows, he cleaned all 4 of my other windows and my rear view glued it back on at no cost ....how awesome is that ..great service fast and friendly.

Best prices in town and the work has held up nicely. The 2 young ladies in the office are versed and organized. Its preferable to support local business versus National Chains (Safelite). Get there early (9 am) and bring cash as payment is Cash Only.

Shattering the windshield of my brand new nissan was not a highlight in my life. However, Charleston auto glass made up for it with their outstanding customer service, fast wifi and fair price. I was in and out in just over an hour. They even vacuumed my car, cleaned all my windows and gave me a bottle of glass clearer, none of which I asked for or even expected, excellent costumer service .

Called on the phone, gave me a quote for my car. Nice, but did not give me a time frame on how long it would take. I live on the west side of Vegas. It took me almost 30mins to get here. I got here at 3:30pm. They told me they started on my car at 3:40 and that it would take 3 hours. I was still waiting passed closing which is 7pm. Worst service ever and I will not be back. Sorry!

They gave me a price that was very good. I showed up and they said things additionally were broke that didnt make sense. But thats ok we can pass on that and stick with only window replace. They were going purposely leave the window DOWN since I wouldnt pay additional $30 fee, not previously agreed to. #BaitAndSwitchThis is not how business should be done... even at the cheap places like this.

Replaced my shattered front passenger window. Quoted 2-3 hours. Took about 3.5 hours. But, hey, other places quoted much higher, and wouldnt have been able to fit me in today, anyway. Given the alternatives, Im completely satisfied. Cash, only, though, so hit an ATM before you go!

This is my 3rd time here in like 4 years. Always great work and great prices. I got my windshield replaced this time. They did leave kind of a mess in my car on the dash and the front seats, floors and center console too. Alot of glass shavings and pieces. This would bother maybe alot of people but I wasnt phased by it that much. I got a BRAND NEW window in less than 2 hours at an amazing price. If there was no mess, Id give five stars. There was no mess at all the other 2 times so it was hopefully just a mistake. Im still going to come back though!

Replacement windshield was only $198.71 for parts and installation.They were quick and efficient. While it took 90 minutes, theyre waiting room was well appointed, flat screen. They also vacuumed the front of my car. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Cheap glass and they dont honor their warranty!! I bought the windshield in the end of February. The car has been parked in my driveway since the whole city went on quarantine lockdown for Covid 19 on March 17. The windshield cracked as soon as we had a few days over 105 and despite their LIFETIME warranty they refuse to cover it. They say something must have hit the windshield, but there is clearly no impact area from anything hitting it. Its just cracked in multiple areas across the window. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been here twice in the last 30 days because my Chevy Cruze has a lot of window problems from Drive Time dealer. The regulator failed on passenger now the driver side. Each visit to Charleston Auto Glass has been an easy in and out experience with great pricing. They take cash only currently but there is an ATM across the street at Rebel of you dont bring enough cash. Everyone working here is very nice and fast service. I will definitely be sending people here for their excellent work they do. Both trips were same day intake and repair.

They did the job on my window for far too much... they demanded cash only... the window is harder than ever to roll up/down now... I had to wait in a very cramped office for 5 hours for a very simple window replacement on my car door... they used over half of the gas in my 20 gallon tank for no apparent reason... they offered no amenities, I HATED IT! I will never venture to that hell house again!

While in LV had my car window smashed in and my GPS stolen.Hotel security recommended CHARLESTON Auto Glass.Called them at 11:30 am and asked about their Mobile service, but they couldnt come to the hotel until 5:00 pm.Asked if I could drive the car over and get an earlier appointment. They gave me a 1:00 pm appointment!They quoted me a price over the phone which was very reasonable.I was in and out of there in only 30 minutes! They vacuum all the broken glass fragments, clean all the windows, and even give you a free can of glass cleaner!! They also offered free drinks (non-alcoholic) too! Amazing place.I was extremely impressed with their service!!

A rock flew into my car and cracked my windshield. I went with this place because they had good prices, great reviews on Google, and were recommended by my boyfriend. Hed been there, he said theyre good. Nothing about the place steered me away. I verified twice over the phone that they take credit cards because Im broke and didnt have enough cash in my bank account until payday. So I show up and see a giant CASH ONLY sign. So I ask, once again, if they take credit cards. I even pointed at the sign and said thats why I asked. They reassured me once again that they do take credit cards. So I drop off the key and we proceed to play at the park and go to lunch for the next approximate 3 hours. Fast forward to going in to the place and them saying Im sorry but our credit card machine went down. Im like what?!? When!?! About 3 hours ago, they said. So literally the minute I walk out the door after dropping my car with you?!? And you KNOWING I need to pay with a card, and you NOT calling me?? It only goes downhill from there. They offered no discount, no arrangement, not even a sincere apology. They did, however, come up with some ridiculous ideas like get a cash advance on my credit card or they can just put my old windshield back on. In the end, I managed to get the cash, get my car, and survive the ordeal. Charleston Auto Glass will never get my business again.

They did a great job on my windshield. Only tip is Id say if you call and ask for a quote make sure they send you a text or give you some kind of proof of the total. I called in October and got a quote but couldnt change the windshield until Dec and the price went up a couple dollars. I didnt have proof of the previous quote just a record that I called in October. All in all good service.
