Amazing customer service!!! Really Friendly relaxed environment and they even had a little play area for the smaller kids if they did not want to shoot. Great family fun!

Went in for the first time looking for beaver balls and rubber whiskers for my longbow.Wasnt expecting the shooting range in the back. Cool shop, and friendly staff.Items I purchased were priced pretty much as anywhere else, so no complaints there. Give it a try.**4/29/2016 Update: Went in to shoot. I was in a couple of rounds when kids night started. I do archery as a zen activity, to focus on one thing and space out. I wasnt able to shoot comfortably, as it was too crowded for my taste. Not to mention the chatty little girl who wouldnt stop talking about pins and what not.It is good to see youth perform this activity, but I will stick to the outdoor range to shoot.No demerits on the five star, as I think it is a cool shop with high quality product, and overall friendly staff... except for that one older gentlemen who treated me like I was part of the kids group - that was annoying. PS: Excuse me should be within your manners, if not within your customer service etiquette.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Las Vegas and decided to try archery lessons. We came in one hour before closing and found out we needed an appointment. Anyone else wouldve turned us away, but Jessica, our instructor, was very nice and gave us lessons anyways. She was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a very excellent intro into archery.The facility is excellent and the staff is very professional. They know what theyre doing.Thank you, Pacific Archery!!

Very friendly atmosphere with exceptionally experienced and knowledgable staff. Gabe is always helpful and never tries to sell you something you dont need. Great range for beginners and professionals alike. Fantastic training available at very reasonable prices. Love this family oriented shop.

Ive got nothing but great things to say about this shop. I lived in Las Vegas for 3.5 years for a military assignment and used Pacific Archery extensively for my archery shooting and hunting needs. They give a nice military discount and have great customer service. I was so happy with their shop that even though I have since moved to Ohio, I continue to order items through them periodically.

The kids had a blast learning archery here yesterday. Rowena was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great pricing, excellent customer service... What more can you ask for?

I was visiting my father here in Vegas from California and needed some new arrows. Jacob and the rest of the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly! The arrows I got were better in quality than the ones I bought from California and they were less expensive here! Great place, nice range and so many cool selections.

If I spend another penny (and I will) on archery, I will spend it at Pacific Archery. I have been there twice and have not spent much money. Regardless of how much money I spent however, Gabe treated me like I was a high-rolling big spender. I fully expected to pay for the services I came in for, but during both visits Gabe spent a significant amount of time working on my bow/arrows and did not charge me a penny. Small businesses run by good people like this deserve to be patronized and supported by the community. I dont care if BPS is a couple bucks cheaper. You get much more value for your dollar at Pacific.

I totally enjoyed my time at this range. The people were down to earth and very friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit there.

Stopped in the store today after taking NDOWs intro to archery class. I am brand new to archery and wanted some help and advice with buying a bow. I couldnt have asked for more. The store was very busy and Gabe still took the time to set and tune a bow for me. Then he took me to a shooting lane and gave me an impromptu lesson. All without any pressure to make a purchase or charge for the lesson. I would definitely recommend this store to any new or experienced archer and I will definitely be back soon to pick up my first bow.

Over priced and when I paid I had to pay extra for special occasions when I paid before hand. Do not recommend.

Went in there today to get some help with my new bow, super friendly and welcoming staff had everything i needed and was more then willing to answer any questions and give you the help you need. The only place i will be going to from here on out

Pretty upsetting, went in with my partner who was 65, im 57. He gave us both the same size bows, being a novice I asked shouldnt he get a larger bow or longer arrows considering hes wing span was twice as mine. The associate said no hell be fine. On my partners first pull back you can tell that the arrow wouldnt fit, mind you no assistance was granted at all when we were there. On his second shot, arrow slipped from the cradle and he shot himself in the hand!! No aid was provided, no assistance was offered. If such things dont exist perhaps he shouldve adviced us maybe this isnt the sport for us. Quick to take your money but quicker to deny responsibility for their ignorance.

Gabe is very very helpful for the first time archer. I got a groupon and give arrows a try. It turns out pretty fun to play! I like it a lot! For the first 20 mins Gabe chose some gears for me and taught me some basic terms using in this sport and the correct posture. Both of them are VERY important so plz pay attention. Then I started practice. Gabe was with me to fix my wrong shoulder, arm, elbow for a long time that I didnt realize the time flies so fast! Thanks for that, Im getting familiar with the right position and how the smooth process should be from placing the arrow on the string to targeting to shooting. All the thing start with the right posture. Spend tons of time to adjust myself but Gabe and the other archery players are patient and give me several suggestions. Slow down, take a breath, control your heart, adjust your muscle, you eyes can see a floating dead end target somewhere in the air; you know it is what it is, just shoot it!Definitely coming back after thx giving season. Think about to get a simple settle in my backyard since I do not live in Vegas.

Wow I think I went to a different store, no I have been there 2 times. I was getting into Archery about 6 yrs ago and went there to see what they had to offer, I was treated like was a Noob that did not want to spend any money. I went to Bass Pro and bought a $400.00 Diamond compound bow. I have used and learned a lot about since, for the last year I have been using a cheap cross bow and recently bought a better one that needed a couple of parts so I tried them again. I knew what I was looking for and the 2 ladies there did not. When you ask for teardrop bow cables or pully/cam cables and they take me to finger protectors there is a problem. Ok so they cant help me with that so how much are these unpriced crossbow bolts after waiting 4 or 5 minutes while she cluelessly typed on the computer I left explaining it was not worth it. I will not waist my time there again.

Best archery place Ive been to yet. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It is an ok place to practice archery but the staff dont ask if you need help. They just expect you to know what to do.
