Giving it a two stars because they were nice enough to give a discount, I found Impact Archery through a friend who actively practices and I wanted to get back into something so I picked up a compound bow, upon arriving I was told my bow was a cheap china made knock off and I should probably throw it out or purchase one from the shop, then proceeded to tell me I would have issues hitting the target and should consider a private lesson first. Ignored the comments and proceeded to go to the range (hit every shot) and then dealt with a snide and over spoken range instructor who proceeded to tell me everything I’m doing is wrong and laughing about it instead of trying to guide me to learn a technique better. Also ignored this but when this instructor decided to start mocking my mother who wanted to do something to build her chest muscle up again from going through Chemo therapy and beating cancer it really upset me and was quiet unprofessional. We finished with our hour and as we left the range instructor had to get one more snide remark in and remind me I should take a private lesson from him. I doubt anyone will read this review or care but I will not be returning to the business after this behavior towards my mother.

Rented a lane for my daughter. Arrived 20 minutes before and did the waiver then watched the video for basic instruction. Then they went to the range with the range master. She had a great time thanks guys you made her day. Great customer service and friendly staff that is knowledgeable and can make things easy for the novice. Clean and viewing area let’s you clearly see what is happening.

The facility allowed for seasoned archers to practice without placing unseasoned archers in their way which made my experience as a novice very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered assistance and advice without pressuring. Thank you very much to the staff at Impact Archer.

Made a late decision to come here while on a guys trip with my college buddies. It was awesome. We rented the place for an hour for Archery Tag with a few different game variations. The staff was extremely nice and kept it creative with our small group. Youll have a lot of fun and even a bit of a workout if you play intensely enough!

Came with my 10 year old son. He had a blast. Come 15 minutes early to watch a video. The staff took care of him and made sure he knew how to shoot

Such a fun place ! Im a vegas local and wanted to do something different than the strip stuff. I found this affordable Groupon for archery which I never done before. First getting there I was very unsure I wish the lobby was more interactive but once you go out there its so much fun and the staff is very helpful!

As beginners in archery, my partner and I found Impact Archery through tons of research of ranges/ supply chains in the area. Weve found that the staff here are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Weather youre casual or serious about the sport, Impact Archery range is the place for you. They teach classes and offer advise or feedback when you want it or give you the space to just relax and sharpen your skills. Weve learned so much and improved in a very short time with the help of employees like Matt and Brie. We first arrived to this place in search for a bit of entertainment and have gained a passion for the sport and we absolutely owe it to the positive experience at Impact Archery.

My best friend has been taking my 7 year old daughter for 2 weeks. She loves it. Bree is help her choose and fit her bow and is training her. Bree is wonderful! So they convince me to go a week ago and I had a great time. Bree helped me with my bow today and gave me a couple of pointers. I got a great deal on a second hand bow. Going for my lesson tomorrow with Bree. I am excited. Great bonding time with my daughter. Everyone at the range is really nice and welcoming. I high recommend this sport and this range.

The kids & I had a great time at this indoor archery. After signing the waiver & watching a quick video they let us to our devices of target shooting. Since it was the kids first time we didnt use the compound bows although they were available to rent if we chose to. They also had a variety of equipment to purchase along with bows for sale too for the more active archers.

The five of us had never done archery before and we had a great time. The instructor was very patient with us and the staff that helped us book our reservation was attentive. We went for the one hour range time with equipments. They gave us four arrows to shoot at a time and we can go as many times as we want, just need to follow the signals and make sure everyone is following safety protocols. Would be back there again. Highly recommended for tourists and locals.

It was a learning and fun experience. The instructor was very patient with our group of amateurs who had never held or used a bow and arrow!

Visited this place for the first time with my girl for a fun date night and we both had a blast. If youre coming here to rent the equipment and shoot for the first time, theyll have you watch a quick instructional video then take you to the range and you get to start shooting. My girlfriend whos never shot a bow before got 3 of her first 4 shots on the target block, and by the end of our hour long session she was able to consistently get 3/4 shots within the circle of the target.There were also very experienced shooters there with their high-speed gear shooting along side us. They were very friendly and were happy to give tips to people who wanted the help.Very fun date night and at only $50 for both of us it was a great value. Ive been wanting to try this for some time and Im glad we finally did. Just make sure you call ahead or make a reservation because sometimes they host special events and will rent out the whole range to a group.

So Ill start out an say it was overall good experience, price and experience was for worth it.The only major downside would be the practice arrows your provided, the condition on the arrow are piss poor. It was hard to find an arrow what wasnt dented or bent. Made me feel like it was kind of pointless after a while.

I got a new bow for Christmas and was excited to put some arrows through it. Being that I don’t have a lot of experience I decided to get some instruction. Bre was very knowledgeable and patient helping educate me on fundamentals and gave me cues to reinforce consistency. I was very happy and eager to keep practicing.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! We adored our host! She was super fun, super helpful, and super sweet. The entire facility followed all CDC and State mandated guidelines and was beyond clean. I will actually be coming back for my youngest brothers birthday very soon!

It was our first time coming here, and I brought my 11 year old. We all had such a blast! They have you watch an instructional video to educate you on safety. Than they walk you out into the large indoor room, where you are able to shoot your paper target. Theres different levels depending on your experience. We paid under $40 for 3 people (2 Adults, and 1 child), through Groupon for Impact Archery.

Been going to this range for years now. The staff is awesome. The range is always getting updated and is clean. The shop for maintenance issues is great and manned by people who know what they are doing. Even customers /members are always willing to help with improving your skills. I do have one minor criticism. I wish the store portion was bigger or had more variety of items. But its probably a matter of workable space.

First time trying archery and had so much fun! The instructors were very helpful and made sure to check in with us often. Will definitely try again and hopefully with different types of bows. Make sure you wear flat sturdy shoes, posture and comfort makes a huge difference in your shots.

We were 5 minutes late. The gentleman that helped us when we came in wasnt the most pleasant. He stated we were supposed to be there 20 minutes early and that it was in the fine print on groupon. I double checked groupon it was nowhere to be found. We paid 18 a person for an hour of archery and we only got 25 minutes. We had to watch a 10 minute video before we could start (which is fine, but it needs to be in the groupon).They also made us finish up 5 minutes early. I am sure its a great experience, but ours wasnt the greatest. The archery part was fun.

Don’t go there if you actually need to perch something i don’t think that lady behind the counter even got up when i came in, didn’t ask if i need any help didn’t recommend anything didn’t even tell to ask for help if i needed it. i had much much better service at bass pro shop or sportsman’s warehouse. i think most of there good reviews are because they have a small range in the building but they didn’t ask me in i would like to try it out or anything and when i left no one got up asked me if i found what i was looking for nothing.

My husband & I bought a Groupon for Archery class for my birthday. We were a bit early so my husband went in to get everything ready. He stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged him and they were not bust & no one else was in there being serviced. When someone finally addressed him & he said he had a Groupon the customer service decreased from there. He had trouble bringing up the Groupon and the person seemed to not have any patience nor were they helpful in any way. We canceled the appointment and received a refund from Groupon. What was supposed to be a fun birthday experience was ruined by very poor customer service. Unsure if this was because we were using Groupon instead of full price or because of our race. Either way DO BETTER!!! How disappointing.

I went because of Groupon. They had a great deal and I had been wanting to go for years since I was a kid at camp. I just knew I was going to be the best. LoL No LoL. My arrow hit the target by the end of the session. Some went over the target, some went under, and some even went between the targets. It was fun just being there learning by doing. Make sure you have on good closed toe shoes and pay attention to the video where they give instructions makes a difference in performance.What I really liked to see were the pro kids that came in and practiced while I was there. They were so focused and Good. Im sure I saw a future Olympian in the making. Very cool place, so much to learn. I cant wait to go again.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful! We came in with a bow that wouldn’t fit me and they worked to try to get it right and when it wasn’t possible did what they could to get me a great used bow at a price I could afford and would work for me. Very bad business model. I wanted to use compound bow and they bs me that I need to come back second time so I can use. I did archery since I was 15 years old.Very disappointing.

I took my twins up to impact hoping I could get them active and stay out of the summer heat. The boys loved it and caught on pretty quickly with the employees excellent guidance. What was most shocking to me was how much I loved it. I simply can’t wait to go back to impact with the twins as well as for some Mom (sans kids) time! I will recommend this place every chance I get. I’ve been to Impact archery a few times for target practice, however this past Saturday, 11/3/18, I booked an hour of archery tag for my birthday. The experience was amazing from the beginning! Charlie helped to make sure I had everything set to book our hour and was quick in answering all of my questions. They called the day before and confirmed my reservation and made sure I understood what time we needed to be there and how to dress. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We had a couple of kids in our party and they made sure that they were assisted with safety equipment and had help in shooting. Everyone left saying that they had a blast and are already making plans to come back and play again.

For being my first time at archary i do have to say it was a whole lot of fun! I will be going back to this place!

Took my bow in to have new strings made. I waited a week and a half for them to call and say my bow was ready and when I finally called them they said it had been done for a couple days. Then when I looked over the bow it came incredibly out of time and sync and it had serving seperation on brand new strings. When I asked about the timing he threw it on the draw board, pulled it back and rudely said its perfect. Got a second opinion and they timed it correctly. Will NEVER go here again.

Made appointment two days prior to get my crossbow restrung. Person doing the repair had not showed up 5 hours later when i arrived to pick up my bow. Had to wait longer after staff called to have him on site. Repair done and it was completed free of charge.

My son and I came down to the shop today to get fitted for bows. We are just getting into archery and had lots of questions. The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Overall enjoyable experience. As a novice, was expecting more instruction and assistance. There was an instructional video played in lobby that was hard to hear at times over noise of grinder from shop right next to the TV. A person led us into the range and showed us equipment. Disappeared after 15 min. Was on own to figure things out and had to ask questions of other people in group who were also novices. Disappointed with that.

Went in with some friends with a groupon. Took a round to warm up, after that it was a breeze as it was my first time .Very organized and clean. They show you a video to show you the basics . Pretty dope .

Good for a one time experience, for beginners. Not a whole lot of in-depth detail about archery. If you want a pro shop especially for hunters I would look at Aces and Arrows in Henderson

First time archery experience and the friendly staff was knowledgeable and put us at ease. First you watch a 10 minute instructional video and then an hour of archery. Great way to distress and also a lot of fun. We definitely will be back.

This was my first ever archery experience, so I wasnt exactly sure what I was getting into. Since its a shooting range, I was hoping to try different bows / arrows and maybe even see how accurate I can be at various distances. Unfortunately it wasnt like that (more below), but if youre looking to kill an hour of your time, and just shoot some arrows, arcade-style, this can be fun.I did like that the place was clean and bright and I got to fire quite a few rounds during the 1-hour session, even with the intro video (~10 mins). I went at 5 PM in the evening, and the place was quite packed with other, more advanced archers. There was a pro shop and an equipment service desk, but these were lost on me.I would have liked more attention from the staff during that hour, so it would be more like a lesson, and I could work on things that would improve my accuracy. Instead, after getting me set up with basic equipment, and staying for the first round, the attendant disappeared. For the rest of the hour it was just me against the target, sometimes hitting - sometimes missing. Seems no matter what methods I tried to implement from the intro video, I could never get the bullseye. Wouldve loved some mentoring during my visit. Also wouldve been nice to try out more advanced equipment to truly see if archery is something I want to pursue further.

They dont train you or help. Fun experience for cheap. You wait tell everyone shoots their arrows and then everyone retrieves their arrows at the same time. Staff is polite but does not interface with guest. It would be nice if they could make this place more lively.

I have been to a few archery shops and this by far is the best. The Impact crew treats you like family. If you want to learn to shoot this is your new home... The owner is a Pro shooter and is a great teacher. Not like other shops.

A fun place to learn archery. The staff is friendly and more than willing to teach you how to use a bow. You can also bring your own equipment if you are so inclined. Range time is based on hour long increments and you can reserve time slots online and over the phone.

SOME ARROWS WERE DULL AND SLIGHTLY BENT. IT WAS SUMMER TIME WITH 108 DEGREES OUTSIDE. THE SHOOTING RANGE WAS HOT. ONLY A SWAMP COOLER ON THE ROOF. AROUND 90 DEGREES IN SHOOTING RANGE. THEY HAVE A/C IN THE OFFICE. WE DID GET OVER AN HOUR OF PRACTICE. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. WOULD GO BACK THE NEXT VACATION IN LAS VEGAS. WE HAD FIVE PERSONS. I DO KNOW ABOUT THE SWAMP COOLER. I’ve been coming to Impact Archery just over a year I have gotten all my archery equipment from Charlie. He’s very knowledgeable and he has helped me a lot. Just ordered a Mathews TRX 8 got here very fast and easy. I recommend Impact Archery to beginners and advanced shooters.

Walked in having no idea what I wanted or needed and by the time I left Chuck gave me a full education in each accessory I needed and the pros and cons of different styles and models. Got everything installed while I waited and was super friendly and very knowledgable. Even gave me a quick lesson on the range before I left to make sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. Later the same day I made it out to my local range and was shooting 8 groups at 70 yards my first time on a modern bow! Very excited with my new addiction and am positive Chuck helped me make the right decisions on the equipment I purchased. Impact has earned a customer for life!

My wife and I used the Groupon as a couples activity during our recent trip to LV. The online reservation process was simple and when we arrived, the staff accepted the Groupon with no issues. Although I do not remember her name, the nice lady with blond hair showed us the safety and how-to video and then she took us into the range to show us the protocols with regards to safely shooting, especially with others on the range. The other patrons were friendly and willing to accommodate our beginner status. We both enjoyed shooting both the traditional bow and later the basic compound bow the lady provided us with. My wife and I had a few bulls-eyes each and as the hour progressed, our skill in grouping the arrows increased as well. The Groupon package was well worth the money and I recommend this range for its user-friendly nature and its safety and professionalism.
