The only review I can give is based on the business functioning, not the quality. We dropped a rocking chair off to be refurbished on May 21 2021. The cost was $400 and we paid $200 upfront as a security deposit. We were told the work would only take 3 weeks, and pictures would be sent of the progress. Today is August 4 2021 and the only contact that has been successful was about a month after drop off. (On that call we were told about another week and the work would be done.) Store hours posted show 0900 opening and we arrived at 1000 and waited about 20 minutes. While waiting an employee we recognized from the first visit came up to the door from his car. While talking with him we found out he has been waiting three weeks for his final check. He said she’s a nice lady but inconsistent and hard to work for. He no longer works for her. At this point we’re cutting our losses, thankfully the chair did not hold to much sentimental value.

I’ve called many times, leaving a voicemail every time. She hasn’t called me back in over two months. I have not had any contact about my chair that I dropped off, she promised emails with detailed pictures of the progress of the work being done. I haven’t received anything from her. At this point I want my chair and money back!

Had a great experience! Victor came to my house and looked at a fireplace I had in storage for 20 years. He took it to his shop and stained and repaired it and came back to my house and demolished the existing fireplace and installed my sentimental fireplace and it is stunning! Victor is very artistic and creative and did the work himself on the entire job. The only company I will work with here in Las Vegas!Very trustworthy!
