Rotech is my second oxygen supplier and I could not ask for better! Veronica at the front desk is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The delivery person is also very helpful and kind. The availability of equipment is amazing. Yes, I wish there was a showroom, but the knowledge and willingness of the team makes up for it.
They are great at providing oxygen. But they dont know the Medicare rules for portable concentrators. Medicare ONLY covers rental of Inogen One G3. Spent months ordering a G5 to no avai
I went into the office to change oxygen concentrators for my grandfather. The person who “helped” me was one of the most rude and abrasive individuals with whom I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting. I found out today that he is the regional manager. And his name is Michael. I am not joking, a terrible regional manager named Michael. But unlike his TV counterpart, Rotech’s regional manager is not funny. Although, his customer service skills are a joke.If you have to do business with Rotech and want to be treated like a human being, do not get help from the regional manager. I repeat, talk to anyone there except the regional manager. He will talk down to you from the moment you arrive until the moment you cancel your account. Then he just stands there with a stupid look on his face. Which, I have to admit, was pretty funny. As long as I live I’ll never forget that look. Thanks for the memories, you tool.
