We bought our new mobile home from Valley Homes. We got an excellent deal on a very nice home. They also did the setup, skirting and are building our porches and carport awning. They have been very professional and a pleasure to work with. They have kept every promise and have worked quickly on getting everything done.

By far the most amazing staff I have ever had to deal with. Not only was the buying process smooth and easy and we knew EXACTLY what to expect and when to expect it, but Craig continued to help after the home was delivered and set up.We found out AFTER the home was delivered that the lot we purchased did not have utilities on it. Due to COVID shut downs we were forced to wait a year before finally getting people to install electric and water on the land. Craig was unbelievably patient and helpful in getting people to do those installations. He has gone above and beyond for us.I cannot say enough good things and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Our family had been looking for a new home for a while. We were in the process of purchasing a home from another local manufactured home dealer when we came across major issues with said dealer. A last minute decision changed our lives. That is when we met Craig and Frank at Valley Homes. We ended up getting more done in 1 day than in 3 months at the other dealer. HONEST, knowledgeable, kind, courteous & beyond professional, the staff at Valley Homes won our trust (and hard earned down payment lol).Financing a home is never easy. Craig worked very closely with our lender and us. We were never lost or left out of the loop. Even with the COVID situation, it was smooth sailing.Our home did have some unexpected mishaps but Craig went above and beyond to make things right. This company will take care of you no matter the size of the problem. Or the amount that it will cost out of pocket to the company. I would recommend Valley Homes to anyone, over any other company in NM. We almost went with a substandard company in Las Cruces and boy am I glad we didnt.

Craig at Valley Homes is professional and very considerate. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting the run around from a competitor for three months my son and his wife turned to Valley Homes and Craig got them an approval within a day! He connected them with the people they needed to build the pad and they are now expecting to have their home set up soon! Very highly recommended!!

Best place in las cruces to buy ur mobile home. You will not regret it. Definitely the best in town.
