Yes I understand you’ve decided to keep $100 application fee but was it your intention to give me an invalid refund check? So I haven’t received a refund yet!!! The check wasn’t signed which made it invalid. It wasn’t a bank error it was new start homes error. All said and done I received another check signed this time, it did clear but just know that when your putting money down minus $100.00 application by fee which they didn’t tell me about. After talking to a manager about the first check not being signed I advised should I get a lawyer but he told me they have lawyers to which made me think they were gonna rob me of my down payment. I did get an over night mailed signed refund. All the trouble of course I won’t be back but do recommend this place cause Manny was very helpful.

I would not recommend.Me and my fiancé did a land home package we received our home in august. We then failed inspection on small things the mobile home company did. We proceeded to call them everyday, send emails, and sent texts for months. There still has not been a resolution on getting things fixed to pass inspection.

They said the will work with bad credit guess what no they dont work with bad credit. My is 515 . So disappointing that they advertise something that is not true

We bought our home in las cruces from Christian Fernandez and we got a great deal. The installation crew did an excellent job and when we were done they came back in a timely manner and fixed everything that we showed them. Great buying experience and wonderful team. Had a wonderful experience with a very polite and professional courteous sales person named Raul Rivera. He was very patient with us and answered all the questions we asked. Showed us every home and explained to us every feature and option of the homes. We would highly recommend New Start Homes and Raul for a first time home buyer. We would also recommend Raul Rivera as your salesman for all your questions and concerns.

Really bad home buying experience. New Start Homes claims to put the customers needs first but the home was delivered a month and a half ago and it is still not ready to move in. New Start Homes set up did not pass inspection and not once in the past month have they attempted to call me to try and resolve the matter. The home was damaged during delivery and a lot of the inside trimmings are falling off. A response to their home set up was our guys do a good job, even tho it might not be to your liking. Their workers left trash all about the home and yard during delivery & setup. The home wasnt cleaned and I had to remove several spiders from the window seals. Also, if you are here and if the seller promises you something with your purchase, make sure you get it in writing because they will turn around and say that they dont recall ever saying that. I highly recommend to take your business somewhere else.

My family bought a home from New Start in Las Crusas in Aug 19 and its been the best investment! Everyone has been very helpful during and even after the purchase, the work order guys (Daniel and Gabe, I believe) were very nice and did great work fixing some stuff that had come loose or broken during the move to our lot. Our home is beautiful and just what we wanted. Thanks again, Christian (and Sandra)!

We bought our new home in Oct 2019. We had a couple problems which we scheduled under warranty. Gabriel and Danny came out today and in the rain were able to get our porch lights working and sink leak fixed. They were polite, and very hard workers, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you guys for getting these minor issies fixed for us!

Wanted to buy a home for our daughter put $1000.00 retainer on a home we were interested in. It was one thing after another so we decided this wasn’t the place for us to do business with. The owner was very rude to us and bottom line they refused to give our money back to us. Very crooked people

Accept money for finance company for a fee but turn around and refuse to refund it claiming it was for something else. Everytime called to gegg info about financing the answer i dont know i dont know. No idea what they are doing. If your a veteran dont go there they lie to about fees and once they collect money and give you peper work saying it for one thing they still say it for sonething else and keep it. Not sure if goes to the company or the sale persons pocket. But not veteran freindly and will take advantage of them especially if they are in their 80s. Cascade the comp they work with is just as bad. They want you sign papers with out esplaining things fully or guve you false information.
