I had a refrigerated air unit installed replacing a master cool a/c, and they had to install a new return duct in the attic and run a new duct to the master bathroom, Jeff and Jesus came out and did exactly what Alex the estimator said they would do, the work was done properly, on time, and cost was what was quoted. After Sun City completed an electrical panel upgrade (and did excellent work) for our new AC unit, there was a need for some exterior stucco repair around the new breaker and meter boxes. Todd very skillfully repaired and painted the stucco so that it matched the wall. In addition, Todd was professional, friendly, courteous, punctual, and communicative.

Professional from start to finish! Shayne Jacksons attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. They dug a four foot hole under one square of tile, repairing the pipes without damaging another!! They completed this job in a day, compared to another estimate I received which was thousands higher and lasting five days until completed. Sun City installed a water softener system at our property and it has had such a tremendous impact on the quality of life at our house. Yes, I like to compliment the professionalism and curious service that I received from the Sun City employees Raul, Gonzalo, Victor and Mike with his colleague on the replacement of my HVAC system. While everyone can improve their service these gentleman met all my expectations with a system they hadnt installed every often. Raul and Gonzalo did the bulk of the work to remove and replace my equipment with the new Mitsubishi Heat pump and air handler. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied, making certain my install was top notch. I cant thank them enough great service from all, Id recommend Sun City anytime!

Todd showed up today to patch the ceiling where they had added a new duct to the bedroom. The guys that installed the duct did a great job and Todd repaired and re textured and painted the ceiling where they had to gain access to main duct. You cant even tell it was patched. The hand texture matched perfectly. Great job!

Charlie came to tie on to the existing gas line in our kitchen to allow us to install a gas range. After opening the wall, we found the gas line had not been installed in the wall behind the stove. It was in the wall behind a cabinet next to the stove and capped off just above the slab. After cutting the back panel on the cabinet and the drywall, he gained access to the pipe. He turned off the gas and was able to cut the pipe to allow the installation of an elbow and pipe to extend the line to be behind the stove. Fortunately, Sun City had a compression tool to allow a compression elbow to be installed. There wasnt room to thread the pipe let alone install a threaded elbow. He put on another compression elbow to allow the shut off to be installed and the stove was connected to the gas line. Charlie was very thorough in sealing and leak checking each joint. He reinstalled the drywall that had been cut out and the back panel in the cabinet. His communication during this visit was excellent. The gas stove has performed perfectly.

Please forgive me I don’t remember all the names of the workmen who came. Gabe, Dell chapel and Todd plus the two men who installed the HVAC all did an amazing job! Thanks to Jason for all the help! All my interactions with sun city have been very professional and amazing! Recommend all the way!😊

Jessy and Socorro worked in my house for 3 days in a row to switch my house from swamp cooler to central air. They were respectful, on time, quiet (I was able to work from home writing and holding zoom meetings without interruptions or disruptions!), extremely professional and clear about what they were doing each day. By the time they left, my garage and area they worked around were CLEANER than I have ever had! Both are highly commended for their excellent work.About 10 days later, Todd Hensley came to patch and paint a closet and ceiling that Jessy and Socorro had had to tear apart for extra air flow. Todd worked from 9am to 6pm and his work was spotless. I could not tell that the ceiling had a whole and the closet space looked great! And again, I spent all day working at home and it was as if I were by myself.I hope that these 3 individuals represent all work quality and workers professionalism at Sun City. After Sun City installed my A/C system, they noted the entire duct system needed changing. Sun city employees Jesse and Socorro finished in two days doing the duct work, and did a fine job. The ceiling needed to be cut out for the length of the duct work. Sun City sent Todd to repair/replace the ceiling. Todd did an awesome job, looks better than new. Todd painted the area required, cleaned up, and when he left it looked like he was never here. Thanks again Sun City.

I would like to thank the technician Chris Hoyt. My garden tub did not have hot water coming out of the faucet. Chris was able to figure out the problem and explained everything he was doing and why. Sun City installed a mini-split system in my house this week and I am more than satisfied with their service! They were professional, transparent, on-time, and friendly. The cost of the system was reasonable and they finished the job quickly. Raul and Gonzalo kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way, and they were very respectful of me and my space as I worked from home. They cleaned up their work areas at the end of each day and informed me when other folks (electrician and the crane operator) needed to come to my house. The quality of their work is exceptional! Every unit was professionally installed. When the job was completed, Raul spent time explaining how to operate each unit. Gabe and Alex came by to install a mini-split unit at our little house in Deming. They did an awesome job installing the unit. They were very professional and courteous! When they completed the job, they explained how to use the unit and they shared tips on how to use it efficiently. They made sure that everything was collected and cleaned before leaving. We had a price quote for 189.00 an hour because it was after hours. Thats outrageous and 500.00 for the job and he hadnt even seen what had to be done. A rip off.

I called Sun City to help with a very noisy, (I mean it was literally driving me crazy and you could hear it from the neighbors) 2 yr old master cool that was installed by another company who refused to deal with the problem. Fernando came out to assess the issue and truly showed care and concern. Fernando and Angel came back and took it apart to find out it was installed incorrectly with missing screws etc. and reinstalled it correctly to solve the noise problem. GREAT customer service! Best in town!

I called Sun City Plumbing & Heating to fix the 5 inch gap between my wall and stove. I was put on the schedule with no issue. Shayne was my technician. He did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. He also made a recommendation to get a longer flex line so I can easily access the valve behind the stove without any hassle. I will definitely be using them again. There is no longer a gap and I am one happy customer.

I did not write down the names of the two techs who replaced our standard height toilet with a new ADA height, but management will be able to identify them for proper credit. They arrived ahead of schedule and quickly and professionally did the job.I have been using Sun City for some years now, since first having the old heating / cooling system installed and have been very pleased with all aspects of the sales and service provided. Years ago my home HVAC system was having problems. I called 3 or 4 companies to have them fix my HVAC, but the problems continued. I finally called Sun City in July, 2011, and they made my HVAC system run like new. Since then, I trust and depend on Sun City for all my maintenance needs, without question. So, when it was time to replace my old HVAC (R22 unit) with an updated system, I trusted Sun City to do the installation. The lead HVAC Technician was Michael Estrada. He was very professional in dealing with me and keeping me informed on every step of the process. Of course, it seems no home maintenance project is ever as clean and easy as it is supposed to be, so of course my house provided a few unforeseen bumps in the road. But Michael handled each one, and when necessary, brought in other professionals from Sun City staff for assistance. The bottom line is the HVAC is running perfectly, I am completely satisfied, and I highly recommend Sun City without question.

She (although I have spoken with her a number of times over the years, I unfortunately do not remember her name) is always professional, responsive, helpful and friendly never making you feel like its a bother. For the actual service of my HVAC system, Matt was my service technician. He did an excellent job, he was on time professional and knowledgeable . He explained the services he performed, findings and then asked if I had any questions. I wouldnt dream of using any other company.

Hard working HVAC crew. Excellent work but needs to communicate a bit more about being on time but I guess thats a New Mexico thing. I highly recommend Sun City.

One of my AC units had an intermittent problem with the blower. These can be a techs nightmare to fix but Manny troubleshot the issue and made an informed opinion on how to proceed and installed a new control board. Unit has been working fine since the new board was installed. Manny was great and I will be asking for him by name if possible for future issues I may have.

We raised the ceiling in our kitchen so needed to have the duct moved up to the new ceiling level. I was amazed that we were put on their schedule 2 days after having the work estimated. But, I was told we would be put on the schedule at 8 am. Todd didn’t arrive until 1:15pm. That was annoying. However, the job turned out to be more than anticipated andTodd stuck with it. He did great work and I’m very satisfied with that.

Our refrigerated air went out this week, and we could not get the temp below 80 in the house. Emanuel visited us after hours, got right on the job, diagnosed the problem, and solved it! Matt Parra performed our annual split AC maintenance. He was pleasant & courteous & did a thorough job. We have used Sun City for over 13 years & highly recommend their HVAC services. We appreciate the 30-day warranty on their work.

Alex came this morning to service my 2 AC-heat units located on the roof. Even though it was raining he completed a thorough inspection and servicing. I am always grateful to Sun City for their plumbing and heating-cooling expertise.

Sun City installed a Samsung Mini Split System in my master bedroom. Raul and Jessy answered all my question and made sure I knew how to operate the unit. I have used Sun City several time and highly recommend using them for your plumbing and heating needs.

I had a very positive experience with Matt Parra. He was responsive, courteous, pleasant, informative and very helpful. He was doing a maintenance run on my AC. His explanation of the workings of the thermostat was clear and most helpful. I dont hesitate to recommend him and I appreciated his prompt, courteous service.

We had many services completed by Sun City and all our experiences were great. Recently, we had to install a new hot water heater and the technicians (Rich and Stevie) did a great job educating us on our options and also checking for any gas leaks, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Sun City has installed a new HVAC system for us, re-routed some of our plumbing, installed a hot water heater, and checked for gas leaks, and all our experiences went well. We recommend them.

Chris repaired my water heater in a very short time. He was very professional and courteous. I will call this company in the future for sure. Thanks to Chris I now have hot water!

Shayne was amazing! Very professional, courteous and definitely knew what he was doing! I couldnt get my fireplace pilot lit for the life of me. He expertly traced the problem all the way back to its source and once issue was identified, resolved in less than a minute. ALSO, ice maker had quit producing ice. Again, traced problem, identified issue and provided solution! Talk about value! All within his hour visit. Worth every penny!

Fernando and Angel were back today to look at a noise I noticed in the HVAC system once the weather got hot (and humid). Once again, they were great! These professionals identified the problem and outlined a solution. I highly recommend them.

The technician (Dell) is extremely knowledgeable and will carefully explain to any level of detail you want to help you understand your situation. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Hes smart and very customer centered. If the other SCP&B folks are as good as him, Id give them all 5/5 stars (and I dont usually give 5s to anyone)
