A family member sent my daughter a package from here and it did not have a note etc for us to figure out who sent it or why- I called them up and they were so kind in looking into it immediately- they were very personable and even asked if we liked the products! I could tell they knew the sender and the entire conversation was pleasant! And the products are awesome!

He was able to provide me with a motor for my furnance which no other company in Las Cruces carried or would not help me because I didnt have a serial #. As soon as Ruben saw the motor I brought in he knew exactly what to get me. Thank you Johnstone supply!

Bought a $20 cheap Chinese part. Turned out I didnt need it. Tried to return it less than two hours later, new in box. They said it was installed and refused return. Avoid this place, I always try to support local but will be going to Home Depot or Lowes next time.
