I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have purchased and had serviced 2 pairs of hearing aids. They always provide professional, skilled and helpful service. They’re exceptionally kind and courteous, qualities not always found from service providers today. I feel like they are genuinely concerned about me and my well-being and are looking out for me. I highly recommend them.

Thank you so much! My father and I had a conversation today with the hearing aids on and I didn’t have to repeat myself 3 times. The service was wonderful “Top Notch.” Everyone in the office were kind and patient to my father.

Appointment was both informative and pleasant. Neal conducted an annual hearing test and cleaned my devices. He also explained the latest technology available but was not pushy.

This company has continued to send mailers in my mothers name since her death in 2014. Despite being contacted by mail, phone, and Facebook messenger Always (for FOUR YEARS) promising they would stop. 3 months ago they promised AGAIN. Yesterday, on the anniversary of her death they send another mailing. Maybe posting publicly will help. If not, Ill keep you posted with the lawsuit. I wouldnt EVER do business with a company that cares SO little about the consumer!!! Shame on you!After another promise, I got ANOTHER mailing today! Time to get the state involved.
