Las Cruces NM Sams Club sells liquor where the El Paso TX store does not. Shopped using the new scan n go on their app, fastest shopping trip ever! Skip the cashier completely, no loading on the conveyor belt, no waiting in line! This is the way to shop especially during the holidays!

We got some nice items and also fuel from Sams Club.

Love the place. Love the prices but I xan over hear how they do negligent retention (dishonest) with employees. Sadness

Not crowded and a go to place for us to pick up grain free dog food and kitty foid. Also to buy our water, toliet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoos, and Gatorade zero. It wasnt crowded and had a lot of stocked items. We didnt use it, but the pizza,hot dog, and pretzel deli was very busy.

Good place to get food and cleaning supplies in bulk as well as other things for the home, such as clothes and some chairs. Its a warehouse.

Sams Club seems the go to place for gas this morning standing at under .10 cents a gallon less than most gas stations in Las Cruces. Considering the lines this writer experienced these last few weeks one would think that by now that one service pump would long have been repaired.. However with that said; it is nice to shop inside. No empty shelves and highly recommend the roasted chicken, delicious and great for a quick dinner..This writer highly recommends the new phone app for a quick in and out, unless one has a desire to stand and chat with other patrons of Sams! A good thing in this time of social distancing.

Good prices if you dont mind buying large packages. Almost all lines are self checkout. But boy I miss the samples!

Meats are always opened or have holes in them. the bathrooms are always dirty and stink horrible and the soda machines in the food court are always dirty and have trash everywhere.

Food court very dirty asked for them to clean all tables cause they were dirty got ignored and call Sam’s manager and asked to have them clean the tables. They did nothing within the 45min I was there Not right when COVID out not good cleaning practices very disappointed

The two rating (instead of one) is for the pickup (in car) option, and because you don’t have to spend $30-$35 on an order to pick up. And the gas is less expensive than elsewhere (although too many people don’t wear masks while filling up).For a family of two, I doubt a membership is worthwhile. We’re mainly using it to buy bottled water (which is heavy and it’s nice to have it brought to the car). The food? Umm ...I wish there was another option of this type of store in this city.

We joined Sams Club 2 years ago when we moved to Las Cruces. It has a good pharmacy, but the lines can be long for drop off and pick up. Love to grab a hot dog when we can and do a bit of people watching when we wrap up our weekly visit.

This place is so fun to come check out. Sometimes the crazy stuff they sell is so interesting to see haha. They have everything you need, including that delicious $4.99 rotisserie chicken and AWESOME pizza slices! Generally the lines are average but you can usually get in and out without too much issue during the week.

Always an easy, covid19 safe place to shop. We always enjoy going to Sams!

Well trying to get fuel at this particular Sams Club is like the Los Angeles freeway only at a standstill everybody jockeying for their Lane always.... other than that shopping was a breeze in and out no problems

I love Sams but they never have water in stock. I asked for help because I saw 5 pallets of water in the coke isle and nobody ever came to help. Everyone was shopping for water and only the gallons were available.

Sams club for gas. Line was only 3 cars long at about 7 PM. Price was about 50 cents cheaper. They now let you use the phone ap to scan and go

I enjoy going to the Sams Club gas station. My little Jeep really likes the 91 octane, and I usually find that cheaper here than anywhere else in Las Cruces

My shopping experience just before another Caronavirus shut down went quickly in line to get in & they still had all the products that I needed. As an essential employee I understand and appreciate what the employees are going through in quickly restocking the store and having great customer service while being concerned about staying as safe as possible on a daily basis. Everyone was efficient and friendly and I will continue to shop there as much as I am able. I thank them all. God Bless everyone.

Tire and battery depot still catching up. Should offer same battery service as Walmart.

I am extremely disgusted in the service my mom received from their tire and battery department. We will never go back there and I advise that you do the same, save yourself the trouble and go to an actual tire shop like Big-O that actually has professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly.

I would have gave you five stars, because I love their prices on bulk items. Also the cheapest gas in town, at least thats what I thought until today when I purchased gas and they put a hold on my card for $100, when I only purchased $20 worth of gas so that is a mark against them in my opinion. Maybe they have always done that before and I didnt realize it. But today I really needed that for other expenses.

Absolutely terrible. Someone who is Brain dead has completed messed up the scan and go app. Wont let you check out. Now Im told I have to uninstall the app and reinstall then re enter all my information again.

Good place to shop, especially if you want large quantities. Nice product selection, reasonable prices.

Even with only allowing a small amount of people in at one time the line moved very quickly and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Just make sure you dont bring more than one person per membership unless you have a child or need help lifting things. They will not let you in otherwise.

Great store and great people. It can be busy at times especially the gas station, but the deals are really good. Gas is consistently 20-30 cents cheaper then other places. The membership is really worth it for the about of items they have. I recommend a membership even if you are a small family. Oh and the pizza and hot dogs sold at the front, for nice prices, are great!

Never had a bad experience at any Sams locations until now. I go to three other ones in El Paso due to my work commute and never have problems. I am very disappointed by the staff.

A year ago got my first Sam Club Member card,got full membership,it cost twice as much as regular,but you get to let a friend in free, order on line free shipping, and have all benefits,its worth going full membership try it once,you will see.

I had never picked up didnt know had to use the app to do so staff explained what I needed to do then got my groceries. Thanks to them for their thoughtfulness. Ill appreciate any help they give

The gas prices are priced to the consumer, and Sams Club members receive benefits with savings with a member card. 20$ membership will quickly pay for the investment!

I have the Advantage Plus membership, so I get to shop an hour before the store opens to the public. Sams club has everything you possibly need for your home, and the online shopping app makes it even easier to avoid the long checkout lines. This place is a godsend, especially if you have children. Every staff member is always so eager to help in any way possible. Love this place, just wish there was a location close to NMSU.

Pharmacy needs to improve customer service. I was sent a text asking me if I wanted a prescription refill. I said yes and was told it would be ready at 3pm the next day. I went at 430 and it was not ready yet. Dont schedule a pickup time if you cant make it. This has happened more than once.

Employees refuse to enforce mask mandate....people walking around maskless durring busy hours, when brought to the attention of employees they refused to do anything or even offer the maskless shoppers masks...will not return until they get with the program and at least act like they care about customers and employees safety durring a pandemic...employees were rude and unhelpful...fix it or close!!!

I bought a membership from Groupon, and it was not easy to redeem, had several people that helped me, Thank you to those three gentlemen that helped. Originally the first manager a female with long eyelashes pretty much told me not our problem to get online and figure it out.

I was told over the phone I could enter with a picture of my membership card only to be told no at the door and turned around. Very unhappy!

I am a local first responder. EMT / Firefighter. Me my wife and my daughter recently came to your store. We were met with security at the entrance along with some employees. Security said only 2 per household. That is fine. I don’t disagree. I was in uniform. I am licensed in Dona Ana County. I provide essential services whether on or off duty. This was embarrassing one as a public servant and the other because of the people behind me seeing this happening. This is so unfortunate this occurred here. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with your club.
