I had made an appointment almost two months ago with the owner Felicia and without any communication from them showed up to find my appt was changed to another therapist. The owner was there and had no explanation nor much apology for the problem! I was super disappointed! The place is soothing and beautiful but my experience thus far was not acceptable yet the owner seemed to think it was not a problem-for her anyway! Very upsetting and unprofessional!

Everyone at Ruby Sun is kind, welcoming, and very talented. The environment is very clean and soothing, and all the services are delivered professionally and with a personal touch. I have been receiving monthly massages here for the last 2 years and its been the best experience I have ever had at a spa. I would highly recommend a massage here any day!

The Ruby Sun is excellent. I got an amazing deep tissue massage from Phillip one week and a fabulous Thai massage from Rachelle the next week. Im officially hooked and will be a regular, rotating between them while Im here. I have already recommended them to my coworker who also had a fantastic massage with Joseph, I think she said his name was. We would definitely go again and recommend them. Its a clean, beautiful, uncluttered, relaxing and tranquil space.

I have been to Ruby Sun twice now. I found them on Groupon and their customer service is excellent, and my massage therapist was amazing! I highly recommend trying them out if you are looking for a great place to go for a massage. I have used Massage Envy for years but I like Ruby Sun more.

I saw Rachelle throughout my entire pregnancy every two weeks and she was amazing! I highly recommend seeing her for your prenatal massages. She was very knowledgeable, very kind and work on whatever was bothering me throughout the entire pregnancy. I cant express how much she helped me with my changing body. Best money Ive ever spent!

All I can say is AMAZING!!! From the atmosphere to the massage!

I bought 1 Groupon for a deep tissue massage, and another Groupon for a table top Yoga massage. I went to my appointment for the Yoga massage as directed on Ruby Suns website, and no one was there. The door was locked! Regarding the second Groupon for the deep tissue massage, I had not been notified that the only practitioner offering this service is male. I attempted and failed to cancel this. My review therefore is not about the quality of work offered here, but what in my view is a flaky way of doing business. Yes, only those with integrity earn my business.

Janet is amazing for acupuncture. My partner goes to Felicia for monthly massages. Grateful that we have a place like this in Mesilla. They just moved into a larger space, excited to see what they will do with it!
