Some of the employees here need to train in customer service. This Family Dollar is one of the closer one’s to my home; which is why I visit often. I won’t be visiting it anymore because other employees are always rude. Some employees are good at their job in this location. Although,It’s sad that some corporations don’t think about who they hire also affects business. There is so many Family Dollars, and other stores with better service.

My most recent visit actually was a surprise. This store received a (much) welcome upgrade. Gone were the claustrophobic multi laned checkout aisles. This upgrade featured Team Checkers and Team Customers; two cashiers in a large area, each cashier operating a register but close enough to each other as to be able to hear a procedural query from the other employee.And in the shopping aisles, organization and cleanliness were vast improvements compared to the cluttered chaos of my visit.

Very clean & well organized. One of the best looking stores around!

Friendly, helpful, convenient. What can you say? Cheap stuff at cheap prices. Be cautious when comparing the pricing to other stores, they will often sell smaller sized containers of the same products to keep their costs low. What seems like a good deal may not be when you take the size into account.

LOVE shopping these stores, this store has a lot of stuff I never knew I needed. However, always, Always, ALWAYS check expiration dates on food because most food products are close. This location in particular has a terrible habit of keeping and selling goods that had expired a week or more prior to purchase date. 🤢 sadly the tasty kake donuts I purchased today (6/11/19) expired on 5/30/19, I discovered after I ate one... 😭

Im only giving them one star because thats as low as I can go. Ive been calling them to enquire about a product and they either dont answer or they pick up the receiver and then hang up without saying anything. No way to get business.

The wonderful manager and staff make shopping enjoyable. Well stocked merchandise in a clean store keeps me a regular shopper!

This is the closest place to my house to pick up last minute items. Just make sure that you dont have to go after dark. There are two light poles in the parking lot, yet for over a year there has been no lights on after dark. Auto Zone next door has working lights. However, for some reason, Family Dollar does not. This is dangerous and I am fearful to go after dark.

Super handy for a quick grab of needed odds & ends, inexpensive helps as well

This branch is getting a bit old, but you still get everything important especially for small children or for the family. The staff is happy to advise its customers. The prices could be a little cheaper. The air conditioner is very functional.
