I went in and purchased a gift bag and tissue for a present for my granddaughter s Birthday

It wasnt as clean as Im used to, and the isles were quite narrow. The merchandise wasnt presented in good order, but the markers were accurate. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

My Lady and I frequent this particular location quite often and usually dont have too much to say about the store on the negative tip. Today, however, is a different story. It was a comfortable 70 degrees Fahrenheit outside, but somebody decided to turn on the heat in the store and it hit us with the velocity of a blast furnace; making our shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable. Not only that, they were out of stock on pretty much everything I needed from there. Well be back there someday Im sure; since theres precious little variety in choices for discount sundries. But I hope it wont be too soon.

This store was super dirrty very unorganised things are not in their place floors dirrty place look filthy doesnt even look like a place of business at all Employees at this store dont even acknowledg to say Hi or good afternoon your just a number,, Someone needs to go teach the employees how to keep a nice looking store stores elsewhere look 100% better this windows terrible

Store was very messy and there are NO shopping carts. Nothing in the ad that I was there for was in stock. Impossible to shop for groceries. This was my first time to the store and probably my last. Employees were nice.

It was closer to home, the air conditioning worked great but they didnt have a couple of the items I needed.

The place is a MESS, always a MESS! When stock is in you have a hard time getting around the store, boxes usually piled every where. Expired or soon to be expire items on the self ( mayo dated Jan 2020 and Feb 18th 2020). Staff are great very friendly, new faces there. Thinking about from now on going to a different Family Dollar store and stop going to this one, be a nice store if they would just get it organized, have more staff working to help stock shelves.

Worth every penny

They never answer the phone. Been calling for several days. I know its the Christmas season but how can they expect anyone to shop there if they cant be bothered with answering their phone. If they wont answer the phone then they most likely wont help you out when you go to the store.

The place was easy to find. The store was a mess, the floor was not clean, the bathroom had no light bulbs, the shelves near the store room were very close together. The clerk was nice enough but acted like he didnt want to be there.

I typically shop here for small items that I need like medicines and such. Today it was crowded and stock boxes with items still in them where everywhere, the store was messy and it looked like the employees where very nice but they look short handed and could have used a lot more help or maybe it was due to the holiday.

Horrible customer service. Older lady working today in the morning never smiled. couldnt even try to help me use my coupon all she said was the coupon didnt come out I showed her the coupon on my phone and just said nope. Ive used other coupons here and they always work.

Hardly nothing on the shelves asked a worker for assistance. She was very rude and told me there rearranging the store room so I dont know what to tell you... I wont go back there and I spend a good deal of money there. I used to drive out of my way to go clear over there cause they were just so nice I guess I was wrong

Great prices, all the dollar stores are for the most part the same in one! You can find other products at this dollar store location then others here in Las Cruces. Clean establishment and nice help! I and my wife enjoy Doing last-minute quick shopping at our local dollar stores in Las Cruces

We will not be going there go anymore.

Everyone is always so nice & pleasant. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is due to there always being boxes in the isles, it is difficult to get buy.

Its my local store, Im in there almost every day, the entire staff are always friendly and always willing and ready to help!

Most of the staff are rude. When asked for something they give attitude. Then proceed to walk away and conversate with another employee. One employee in particular has a big chip on her shoulder.

This store is generally a hot mess. From curt check out staff, to the chaotically stocked merchandise, if you enjoy a journey into retail free fall, you have arrived.
