Didnt find the sketches I was looking for so asked attendant if any other style wood be close to the one I wanted and she showed me one and they fit so well and when I walk in them I feel as close to being on clouds as a human can on earth...NO KIDDING!!!

Great floor selection in both sizes and styles but could stand to carry a few more wide/ex-wide of several models. If they dont have your size in store they can likely order it and ship it right to your home in less than a week. Returns and exchanges to the store are quick and easy. Some helpful and knowledgeable store associates can help you find your proper size/fit and whittle down good shoe choices for given activities (Id love to see all the associates able to do this, it really makes the shoe shopping/buying experience much nicer). Will likely be my go-to shoe place for a while.

Good customer service. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very quickly as well. I think I was in and out in 15 minutes. With the perfect shoes.

Only store i know that bumps up their prices compared to the suggested retail. For example Nike shoes/Sandals $39.00 at store, $44.99 here. They bump up their prices $5, $10 so theire BOGO offers are not that great. Other than that, clean neat store with friendly staff.

Cant go wrong with buy one get one half off.

Wide variety of shoes but not as wide of a variety of sizes! Its been a few times I go in and cant find the size im looking for... Whether it be sandals, slippers, boots, etc. the sizes I need are never available

I had a horrible experience at this store I ordered shoes at the store about a month ago, never received a confirmation email . I went to the store 2 weeks after and the people there told me my order was cancelled but didn’t know why or who cancelled I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have my receipt . They messed up my order but no one could do anything not even the manager that was there helped me out all I was told to do was call customer service.

I love rack room shoes. Only reason they lost a star today is because the staff at this location not only didnt know anything about shoes. They didnt even know their own store.

Its a good shoe store, but not if your looking to buy $200 shoes. Great almost budget shoe store. And yes, Rack Room has adapted to the ongoing pandemic.

If I could give zero stars I would. My parents live in Las Cruces, so naturally when I shop at rack room, and they don’t have my size I ship it to my house in Utah. The first time I did this the shoes never made it to my house, so I had to order them again. Keep in mind that they were not apologetic at all! My thought process the second time I ordered shoes was that they couldn’t possible mess it up again, but they love to prove me wrong. Just got my shoes that I ordered and she ordered the wrong size. I ordered the shoes for a trip, which is tomorrow, and now I will not have time to get a new size. I called to get the issue fixed seeing if they could do anything for me, and again, she was not apologetic AT ALL. It was almost like I was an inconvenience to her. Rack room sucks and I will not be shopping there again. The workers are incompetent, and do not care about their customers.

Could do without it. Over priced shoes and indifferent staff. One staff member kept shutting the light off and on every 5 minutes with customers in the store and without making an announcement as to why. Just weird and uninviting. Comparable prices and selection makes nothing stick out about this place

Terrible customer service

The employees there are so nice and they ask if you need help but they don’t push sales at you. It’s a nice clean store and everything is always so organized. I’ll be back many times over.

Purchased slip resistant shoes for work ( 2 pairs) love one not so much in the other just over 100 for both pairs

We were here to get two pair of shoes. When we finally got to front of line to pay, I wanted to make sure I had gotten the right size, so the cashier made me get the shoes and go to the back of the line. I was waiting with my elderly parent and it out her at a higher risk having to be there 15 more minutes in line. That was the rudest cashier I had ever dealt with, ever. Her name was Elizabeth.

Could use more room to sit but it’s packed because they are great to shop at. Just my opinion.

Way too many employees, was asked every two minutes if I needed help, back off. Hardly anywhere to sit to try shoes on. Maybe fire a couple staff and use the savings to buy some benches.
