I love this store. Id say almost every time I go I find something I like, probably 4/5 times I visit. Its one of the only places I buy bootcut jeans now that theyve been phased out in almost every other retail store.Good selection, sometimes a little cluttered and both the womens fitting rooms need to be open with how often people shop there. But otherwise, great store and the associates are amazing.

Amazing staff who are super helpful - also they have a great selection of country wear for men and women. We found the belt and shirts we wanted with the help of Cheyenne in a matter of seconds. Great experience.

Havent been here in a long time but excellent experience. Friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a new fragrance to wear. Kenneth helped me find one quickly and, though they didnt have a sample, I purchased on his recommendation and it was a hit.

LOVE Boot Barn here in Las Cruces. Staff is very professional and multiple employees make sure you are taken care of and finding everything ok throughout shopping. We had to exchange a belt and they made it so easy and quick. As always, we will be back for future orders =D

Wow! Lots of western wear. They also have nice jackets and coats. I was surprised at the choices for womens clothing. I dont wear western wear that much but found three beautiful shirts. Boyfriend likes your boots, however, we never see anything new. So we went on line and found him a couple of pairs. The employees are always available. Your prices are kind of high, but we are always willing to purchase if the quality fits.

3 girls sitting around not helping anyone. I was there for 30 minutes looking for work boots and no help. I literally couldve walked out with with some boots for free but thats not my style.

Highly recommend not doing business with Boot Barn. I bought a pair of Cody James boots from there 2 months ago for $200 and the insides started to come out and snug around my foot so making it impossible to remove the boots from my feet. I went to the store there at the Las Cruses New Mexico Mall location and they said they cant return them. I will never do business with Boot Barn again...

I recently went in to exchange an item and automatly got my head chewed off by some old lady employee. I was aware of that item not being in stock and just wanted something different. Decided just to get a refund and take my business some place else.Those two old women employed there are very, very rude.

Homer was great!😀 I think he thinks he didnt make a sale with us, but actually I came back and bought the Miss Me Jeans but he was already gone.

Been to Boot Barn twice in the past month. First time I walked in looking for jeans with several associates standing around not once was I greeted or asked if I need help. When I walked over to the boot section and after 10 min of struggling to find a size an associate walked over helped. Second time walking into Boot Barn thinking I might have a better experience.... WRONG! I walked in walking towards the counter making eye contact with the associate not once was I greeted, but felt disrespected when two other customers walked in behind me and they were greeted and assisted by the same associate. I have been looking for a good pair of boots but definitely Boot Barn will not be getting my money, and to Boot Barn just note good customer service goes a long way.

Horrible customer service, majority of the staff will either not help you, or will exasperate at anything you may ask. I highly suggest going to some other store for your boots or western wear. Ive never experienced service like this. Dirty looks, attitude. Its a miracle this store is open. Or even able to afford to keep the lights on let alone pay this horrible staff. I will not shop here again nor will I suggest anyone to go to this store. Save you time, emotion, and mental well being and go somewhere else. Other places that are much better will be worth your dollar.

Love this place but I wish they had more options for females. The guys have half a store and the womens section is 1/8th the size....I always end up ordering from a different store online because they never seem to have what Im looking for and as usual for western wear its priced way more than it should be.

Terrible customer service the staff walk around and refuse to help you find what you are looking for. I have had terrible service twice and will not be back. It’s surprising anyone goes to the store when they can’t even bother to help customers.

I wanted to say thank you. I recently wrote in with a complaint about a recent event that occurred regarding a purchase I made and a mess up that your store in Las Cruces, NM made, stretching my girlfriend’s brand new boots in the wrong direction and making them unwearable. After writing my review, I was contacted by the store manager, Evonne (?). She was very apologetic and helpful in resolving the problem, so thank you very much to Evonne. I also wanted to say thank you to Cheyanne (?). She was in the store when I came in with the old boots to conduct the exchange and she was already informed and fully up to date on what was going on. She was very helpful as well, quickly helping resolve the issue in store and also apologizing for the mess up. So again, coo-dose to your Las Cruces store for making a wrong, right.

Store associates and store itself was great! Awesome selection. Prices are a little high but that is how it goes with decent boots and clothing.

We went in for a white western shirt. We found a round rack nearly full of them. Upon further inspection, we noticed they are yellowed along the edge where the hanger rubs. We ask the female manager if she could discount the shirt. She offered 15%! Really?!? On a damaged shirt that you have loads of... and that were obviously NOT selling! I asked of she would go 20%. She refused. In the end, we found a better shirt, better service, and a better price at Cowtown Boots!! Go see Emma and Taylor at Cowtown!!

Bought some boots for my daughter I called about boots being low quality as they got scratched the first day and the paint over the boots came off and it looks like they are low grade boots its made of recycled man made materials, price was too High for the quality, I dont really buy from there as everything is so priced marked up high, it was my only option, paid $73.00 for a pair of durango kids boots that dont stand the chance, buying online from another store its the best choice.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and no one greeted me. When i asked for work boots he just pointed out right hand corner and didnt took the time to ask anything else.
