I went to this place five days ago I was excited to look for a used truck I went online and found 7. I had an appointment for the phone setup but had to change the appointment numerous times because nobody bothered to want to answer. When somebody finally did answer I get down there Im at the lot none of the trucks that I found were there. Did the application online still didnt hear back did another paper application and five minutes later it was nope we can help you. I drove all the way from El Paso to come look at trucks but was not treated properly as a combat veteran I would not recommend veterans going here or First Responders or their families.

Poor customer service. The people were actually friendly, but no one called me to tell me what was going on with the truck, or when it would be done, not even an estimated time. When I picked up there was 1 lady working, multiple customers, took at least 30 minutes just to get my keys. The advisor had asked why I dont take the truck in for oil changes, etc. I replied- I dont have time to leave my truck all day for such a service, and I cant be without a vehicle for that long due to work. He claimed you are better staffed and faster, I did not get that impression at all.

I visited your service department for a Trailer Brake issue with my 2019 GMC Diesel Sierra, as i was talking to Denise my service advisor another male service advisor overheard me explaining my problems with the trailer brake control. He interrupted me to tell her that Brake control systems never brake that it was 5th wheel brake issue. I did not like the fact that he down played my brake issue with his personnel knowledge which he doesnt know what he was talking about. If it were not for customers like myself purchasing these 70K vehicles he wouldnt have a job. He needs to understand that until the technician checks for issues he should keep his mouth shut in front of customers. I thought Sisbarro Service Department was a good place to service my 2 GMC vehicles but, I am having second thoughts.

I have been a customer of Sisbarros dealership for a number of years, and they still treatme as you would a new customer. They were delightful to me, it was raining outside, which is very unusual and they drove my car around so I didnt need to get wet. They changed my oil immediately and checked my Buick Enclave out so that there were no other problems.I love working with the service staff and Sisbarros and will continue to do business there.

I took my VW Jetta 04 because the engine light was on and I talked to George and he told me that they were a lot of codes poping up he said I need a transmission so I saved my money to put in I spent $5.043.27 for the work the transmission and other components and it and George told me it was going to take a week and a half it ended up taking three weeks and the engine light is still on and it runs worst then it did and they might change me more for theyre mistake plus they put in a used transmission and I asked them if its was certificate and they dont know and know my vehicle car break are going bad and it smells like gas and I might have to pay more money for them to fix it up date I went back to Sisbarro and they messed up the probably put a used transmission in my VW Jetta and now they cant find a other one I think they sabotage my VW Jetta dont go to Sisbarro

This time around the service was below average. I have been taking my vehicle here for years now. I come from El Paso because of the excellent customer service. However, this time around the service provided to me from my service adviser was very disappointing. He was rude and non-communicative. I waited a long time and was never told my car was ready. I had to ask another service adviser who said he will let my service adviser know. I finally got tired of waiting and went looking for my car since no one told me if it was ready or not. I found my car in the front of the service center ready but still had to wait for my service adviser to charge me for the oil change. When my service adviser was going to charge me it took another long wait because he didnt know how to apply the Buick Rewards to the price. Again, he just took off for a long while to ask someone at the office. There was no communication and my service adviser seem to be ignoring me and other customers as well. Needless to say, this was by far the worst experience I have had here at Sisbarro Buick. This would probably be the last time I make the trip to Las Cruces to get my vehicle serviced here. Very disappointed! :-(

I’ve come to the Service Department here twice now for free safety recalls in the past couple of years, and as long as it isn’t busy there’s always someone friendly at the front counter. Delores was very friendly, and assured me that the recall wouldn’t take long, and I was welcome to wait in the climate-controlled lounge and grab some water and coffee. There’s WiFi, a television, and very comfortable chairs. My experience here (at the Service Department) has been great. They even offer free rides home (or wherever) if your vehicle won’t be ready for a long time. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from a car to an SUV. We began with a small Audi that my wife had for a couple years. We looked all over the El Paso and Las Cruces area and finally found a Cadillac XT5 that we really liked. Initially the salesman was great. He was kind, motivated, and helped us with all of our questions. He helped us get the car from Deming to Las Cruces the very next day. We test drove it and decided to buy it. The very next day, after everything was final, my wife called me worried saying that the car was driving funny and that the transmission service light came on. We contacted our salesman and he told us not to worry to just bring the car in. So we did and although we never got a consistent answer (salesman told is it was normal maintenance, service manager told us nothing was wrong, finance manager said it was unexpected but the transmission problem was fixed) we got the car back a few days later. Keep in mind we were never offered a loaner car even though we had just bought the car. Literally, less than two minutes and less than 100 yards from driving the car off the lot, my wife calls me again, the sunroof seized up and it sounds broken. So I looked at it when we got home, and ye, the sunroof was nonfunctional after going into the dealership working, and coming out broken. Of course, I called the salesman back and he again told me, Dont worry bro, Ill handle it and take care of you guys for all your troubles. Unfortunately, I believed him. We took it in on a Wednesday and he told us it should be done by Friday, but possibly not until Monday. For a Cadillac XT5, we got a base model Nissan Sentra loaner car. At this point we have owned the car about a week, and had it in our possession for only two days. On Friday when I hadnt heard from the salesman, I called him and he said it should be ready tomorrow on Saturday. After not hearing from anyone on Saturday, I called around four o clock and they said that the technicians had left for the day and it was not ready. When I called on Monday, finally I spoke to the manager, at which point he informed me that the problem had not even been diagnosed yet as they were backed up. I notified the manager Alex, that I was extremely frustrated that we were not being communicated with and being treated poorly. He told me he understood my frustrations and that although we would be unable to recuperate all of our losses, that the only thing we would not be able to get back, was the sales taxes. We went through the process of looking through the lot trying to trade the car back in and found one that we liked. Alex, the manager, then sent us the offer to help us out, which included a trade in value on the car $2,000 less than we had paid for it one week ago, no return of our down payment, and a selling price of the car that we picked, $1,000 over blue book value. When I pointed these facts out to Alex, he stated, pos, it is a business man, I have to make money. Time and time again we were told we would be taken care of because of the poor condition of the car we initially sold. Time and time again, we were mistreated, and blatantly lied to. The car had not been serviced, they had transferred the car to a completely different car dealership because Sisbarro was unable to fix the car correctly, and low-balled on the car we had just bought. I will NEVER recommend or buy from Sisbarro ever again. In fact I will actively encourage friends and family to avoid Sisbarro if they ever ask my opinion.

Took car in to service department at 9:30 am. I called at 4:30 pm because I had not heard anything. The lady I spoke to was rude and told me they should know something by 5 pm and they would call me. Pretty much made me feel like I was a nuisance for calling. I didnt hear back from anyone. The following day was Saturday. I called and got no answer. I ended up calling the dealership and was told service department was closed. I told them I needed my vehicle. I was not told they would be keeping my vehicle all weekend. I bought a used vehicle from Sisbarro early August and have had nothing but issues with customer service. I gave a high review to them too (manager and salesman) after the purchase because it had been a good experience. Since that review, it has been nothing but a hassle to get answers. My car had an immediate issue within 24 hours of purchasing it. I took it back and it took a month to get my car back for a back door panel repair. Upon receiving it from the repair, there was an issue with the back door alignment and I have been trying to get answers to how to resolve. I spoke with another salesman in September regarding the issue. He said he would get back to me and here I am 6 weeks later with no call. When I purchased my car from Sisbarro I had let them know what a horrible experience I had with previous used car dealership and here I am back again with a similar experience. Very disappointed and let down at this time.

Had some electrical issues with my vehicle just north of Silver City in the Mogollon mountains and this was the closest GMC dealership. I wanted automotive professionals working on my truck rather than some small town hack butchering my beloved Denali. They were able to diagnose my problem and get me back on the road pretty quickly without charging me an arm and leg in the process. The tech was very thorough. I bought my truck at Sisbarro truck store. They gave me a broken key fob and an ignition key that wasnt programmed. When I went to have a key made and a key fob which I should have been given when I got the truck. Sisbarro charged me over $300 for one key and a fob. What a rip off when I gave both of my working key fobs with my trade. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.
