Sebastian, Ezra, Christina and the whole team at this FedEx are always happy and helpful even when I have 20+ boxes to scan and ship at once. They are incredibly hard workers and deserve all the praise in the world. Please give them big fat raises and never let them go.

Today I needed to do return to Chewy! So I headed to FedEx. Was greeted and assisted by Lexus. She was so willing to help me, the package was huge so I didn’t see a second label and scan bar and she was so easy going to me “no problem “ I will definitely take care of that for you, you don’t need to worry about it.The store is full service, and offers more than just package drop off, the place is big and I was surprised. I am used to the closed off store with a small counter and everything cramped in.

So, my daughter left her phone at my house here in Seminole. I said Id FedEx it to her business in Colorado. I made sure I had it and my wallet when I arrived at this location 3.5 miles away. Everything was going well until they asked for the address. It was then I realized I didnt have my own phone and I asked for a lookup (it is a prominent business in Leadville, CO). They couldnt do it because of liability and that it must come from me. I asked for a Google search and I would just repeat it back to them. They would not comply and that they knew I was working around the system. So, in the end 14 miles to pay $60 for a two day. I later found out I could have rented their internet for $.67 a minute. That would have been convenient. They really need to learn customer service or when working outside the system was practical.

If I could give them a negative I would the worst packaging company I have ever shipped with and receive packages I was supposed to have gotten a package delivered and the package was never delivered it was supposed to be signed for but yet the FedEx driver sign for it himself as covid-19 the driver cannot explain where he left the package on the property I live in a trailer park with multiple mailboxes that were located near each other the driver does not know where he left the package and whether it was indeed the correct address and now Im having to fight with FedEx and a third party and trying to reorder my package or refund my money I know in fact I will never have my packages delivered by FedEx again they lost my package they lie and say it was delivered I never received it I cant get my money back and Im down $200 during this awful pandemic trying to do something nice for my husband and ordered him something for Fathers day thank you FedEx for ruining my surprise and my hope for a good service.

I had the most helpful and awesome employee!! Chris went out of his way to help us mail a bicycle to San Diego. He was just the greatest. Chris should get a raise because he went above and beyond. I can not say enough about him. Took all the drama out of my job to send a bicycle.Love him and will be back just because of him. Chris was extremely professional and patient while apparently short-staffed on New Years Eve. He courteously helped a long line of customers, some of whom were not pleasant. I have had a good experience with the staff every time I have come here. Very helpful and informative. Thanks guys.

RICHARD was a very big help with two critical boxes I needed delivered. I missed the delivery at home and was able to get the boxes re-routed to the FedEx store on Ulmerton in Largo. With Richards help and attention, we were able to quickly get these boxes to the location for pick-up. Thanks Richard...appreciate the support!

This FedEx is excellent. I have gotten a lot of help here. The staff is courteous. I have shipped from here, and I have used their copying/printing services. Just the other day one member of their staff was very helpful when I had to get some paperwork in order. She (Judy) helped me get everything ship shape, and really went above and beyond the call of duty!

Rarely does someone go out of there way to give a review of excellent service...But being that I am a repeat customer; I felt like it was important. Every time I visit I receive a friendly smile & quick service. Something that is very few & far between in the retail industry. My order is often only a few documents but the care I receive in the quality is exactly why I keep coming back!

The people that work here are so accommodating. I had a package to send, and i was late, They stayed to help me get it out. It was important paperwork. They also helped me do some copying for some photographs I needed copied.

Anthony went above & beyond for me. I had a file that was supposed to produce a color two sided document - the files for each side were different sizes and the finished product looked goofy with a big white edge on one side. Anthony worked with the image & printing,cutting and didn’t quit till I got a document that looked great for presentation to my client .

The staff at this Fedex office made my task of returning merchandise very pleasant. I was assisted as soon as I entered and was able to process my items with the patience and care that is hard to come by these days! Thank you Anthony. I will definitely use Fedex from now on!

Called and asked if I can drop off an item I sold, and if the buyer can call in and pay for shipping. Told yes by Anthony. Went in with the item, and told no by the manager. I was told he is new. If I had known this I would have went to ups across the street from me rather than drive all the way to this location . No apologies and no responsibility taken for their employees total lack of knowledge. No attempts at all to make it right or even apologize by the manager, and then they didnt email the tracking number to me which they said they would if they had emailed the tracking number they wouldnt have gotten 1 star. Employees here are not trustworthy, passive aggressive and or poorly trained.

They threw away my original copies of documents I needed copied and altered. They didn’t tell me that they were going to throw them out! When I asked why they threw them out I was told that they don’t hold onto them and that they made the alterations I needed and to just print those out. I still needed the originals... Very rude and passive aggressive. Their scanners never work and stop mid scanning. When scanning documents it stopped working, I went to go ask for help but only one person was working on a Saturday so I had to wait in line while my time was ticking and charging me on the computer. I was not reimbursed. On another occasion when the scanner was not working they did reimburse me but for a separate occasion that I was there and it was not the right amount...I knew this and they told me as well that is was reimbursement for a previous visit. Um, what? Why? I do not recommend this FedEx! I wish there were zero stars...they don’t deserve one.

Ive used this office on numerous occasions; work and personal. Copies, photo enlargements, FedEx shipments, printing postcards, my childrens school projects and more. Each time, the staff has been professional, courteous and accomplished the job perfectly in the time promised. Cant say enough good things about this company, the location and their staff. Convenient hours too.

I went to get my books spine cut and 3 hole punched. Later i decided to do the 3 hole punching myself and decided to just get the book cut. The books were cut in such a way that you have to put hole through text to have them punched now. Too much was cut and now it is ruined. Extremely upset.I did use the center a few times before where i got excellent service. But this one instance left a very bad impression. They could have at least told where they were planning to cut. I assumed since they have been doing it for a long time they would know what they were doing. In the end i felt as if the cut was messed up as i did not want to get it 3 hole punched with them.

I am a big fan of FedEx office. I just discovered this one today when i was in desperate need of a quick copy . I was once again impressed with the store, the clerk Richard and the quick and accurate service. I was running late for an important meeting after wasting a lot of time at another copy center across the street when Richard helped me and had me out the door in under two minutes. I spent more money and time across the street and left with nothing after being told I would have to wait over 30 minutes for one copy I had already paid for. Thank You Richard for saving the day, next time I will forget going to S*&^%es and just go straight to FedEx office In the same place as Home depot and Publix alone the front by Ulmerton Rd.

Ive shipped out of here a lot when I used to sell on eBay. They were always really friendly and professional.The only reason why Im writing a review is because I went to another place thats three letters long around here that wasnt very nice and I thought I should put a review for this place, because in comparison this location is amazing.

DISHONEST, or at minimum unprofessionally evasive.Would not answer a simple, direct question @ 9:00a on 12/13/18 as to whether or not she would honor a rate quoted on FedEx corporate website. Said I dont know repeatedly; she said I could use the computer in the store to get the corporate rate.. I asked if I see that the corporate rate is $50, and you quote it in your computer and your rate is $60, will you honor the corporate rate? She said I can not alter the price in my system, OK THEN, YOU DO APPLY A SURCHARGE.. I said: Ok, so you DO apply a surcharge, she said shes not going to do this and HUNG UP ON ME. You deserve a raise! ;) ... Or maybe unemployment..All you had to do was be honest from the get-go, say YES we do apply a surcharge, and not have wasted my 4 minutes.

Supposedly now you have to have an American Drivers License to mail a package even though you are in the states with your Canadian License....how do people who are not American mail anything from here? How well thought out was this new rule? Give me a break! What a hassle!

The last 2 times I have come to this location the customer service has been lackadaisical. Either the workers are too busy to help you at 9 oclock at night, 3 workers helping 1 person at 5 oclock in the afternoon, or the workers know the address you want to ship to better than you. This is my last time using this location.

Everytime I need help with something, I am number one priority. The staff is always on top of everything and extremely helpful. Richard has helped me numerous times and always gets me what I need. Fedex is lucky to have him. Zach has helped me recently and he is also very attentive to my needs. I am a regular customer because of them. These guys are great!

Id give this place no stars if I could... Went with the simple goal of shipping two extremely old phones to two different places in identical boxes of good condition. The manager asked what I was shipping, I said old phones and she immediately told me that she would not ship them without repackaging. I told her I didnt need them repackaged and she said it didnt matter she wouldnt ship them. Then informed me that I would need to pay the repackaging fee for each package. She refused to ship them no matter what I told her (even though the phones arent even worth the repackaging fee AND she had no idea what type of packaging materials I had inside the boxes!). I left, went to UPS, and without any hassle shipped my packages...I will definitely NEVER RETURN to this store and quite frankly I will never ship via FedEx again either.

From subline to ridiculous. In December 14 I received outstanding service. I even wrote to corporate to compliment them on one particular employee. In December 15, with the exact same job, the service had greatly slipped. And, the card I had them made did NOT come with an envelope. I had to go to Staples (!) to buy envelopes. Now it is December 16... with the exact same job. Was there on Saturday. Was told to return on Monday for the job. I did not go to the store until 4 PM. The didnt know what I was talking about! Said they would get it down immediately. They did not. Said I would be back tomorrow. I saw the full color print job on a sample & commented how bad it looked. I was told they had gotten a new machine this year. I responded, Too bad. Wont go there in Decmeber 17.

Absolute horrible service.. I had 3 large memorial photos mounted on foam core in November 2015 three days in advance. Fast forward to the day of my brothers funeral where the boards were delivered..and Im trimming the 3 extra white margins on the top and bottom of the poster boards in the back room of the funeral parlor with my pocket knife as guests are arriving! BECAUSE KINKOS OF LARGO DID NOT FINISH THE JOB! Seriously, who delivers a product like that?? Absolutely infuriating on this of any day. Please, do yourself a favor and go to Staples or Office Depot, anywhere else but here.. Negative 10 stars.

I watched the woman associate be rude and short with an old woman in front of me who couldnt figure something out. Its clear she hates her job. I should have waited for the male associate. When she asked the manager if she could ship my box (same box in perfect condition delivered to me by fed ex last week) without even looking at it power trips and says no. Female associate then pretends to look for a box she could sell me. She cant find one even though there are a few right in front of me but tells me those boxes are theirs and she can only sell me their packing service. Sounds like someone is desperate for commissions. Drove to Clearwater location no problems there..5 star service and had no problems at all shipping my box. Hmmmmm. Hope power tripping manager and woman who hates her job get fired soon so I dont have to drive to Clearwater to get great service.

I attampted to make high quality color copies of very important to me documents on the self-service printer.I did two test drives of color copying and realize both copies were either cutting some text on one side or symply comes out positioned as uneven as it could be.At that point, after wasting money on copies (most likely due to printers settings), I came up to a gentlman behind the counter and I showed him the print outs from self-service, quality, etc, I though he could remedy the issue by asking him if 2 specific official documents he could copy for me and be mindful that they needed to be centrally positioned with same positions for the back copy of 2-sided official document. Same applies for both documents.He was very plesand, did an excellent job, and now it time to pay...and thats whete it get shady.When I told how much I owed him, I had a Red flag in my head that the costs were averaged $4 or so per 1 page.Well, apparently, not only did did not credited me for self-service printer expenses, he charged me $2.50 placement fee) for every 4 pages=$10.00+ tax....plus fee for paper and copying services...i left paying over $15 or $17 for such rip-off services.I do lnow I would not be going to Fedex Kinkos for copy services again, and I would recommend everyone reading this, make sure inquire on prices before ordering any copy services.On 1 - 10 scales, my overall satisfaction score would be:1 (one) for self-service copiers8 for quality of final copies2 (two) for serviceAverage: 4 for all above 3 rankings: 3.7

A package was just delivered to my condo in terrible condition. The large cardboard package was partially open, tape stretched so as to not hold the package together. Upon opening the box the contents were in horrible condition with the package foam broken and displaced so that the contents were not confined to the space allocated.I just contacted my local office to register a complaint as to the condition and after being transferred FOUR times the person I was speaking to was disconnected! What kind of customer service is this!!!
