Ive been going here for almost two years now and I love this place. The main gentleman is always very polite and kind, and so are the other employees. I can always rely on them to take good care of me, and do everything they can to help me with my mailing needs. Thank you all for you great service and dedication.P.S. to the past couple reviews. For the record... I have never seen them without a mask on since the whole thing started, and have been here on multiple occasions. Secondly, I would definately take the review of someone whose only review is to speak poorly of another with a grain of salt.
Apparently the man who is beyond rude to customers at this location is the OWNER. - Which makes it even worse to me. He is condescending and rude. Refuses to give any extra help to customers. I’ve never been to a UPS store where they outright refuse to help you. Although this store is convenient I’ll never go here again. I’d rather give my business to a franchise owner who appreciates it. If you live in Largo there is a great store on the corner of Indian Rocks Rd and West Bay. Super friendly and always willing to help even if it’s just regarding and Amazon drop off.
Ive be shipping from this location since shortly after they opened.No problems ever.Excellent service.Ive seen & heard other customers while I was there. Always polite, professional, and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this location.
The man that works here is beyond rude. I hate going to this store because of him. They lost a package of mine and he was unwilling to help. Told me to call ups and figure it out myself. I wish I knew the franchise owner bc his employee is destroying his business.
Visited here around when the pandemic first started. Was treated to rude behavior, guy staring at me like I had a 2nd head because I was wearing a mask. He didnt have any santizer and did not wear a mask himself, nor the lady in the back. Overcharged for 2 very small packages, costing more than the contents inside. Will NEVER return, even though the location is convenient.

Scary AF! We’re in strange times and no one likes wearing a mask, but I took a step back when I walked in and found that neither the (rude) person behind the desk nor the customer in front of me were wearing a mask. I don’t care if it’s the closest UPS, I won’t be going back!
I rented a mailbox from this location just over a week a go. Both gentlemen have been very helpful. I needed to use the computer to go on SS and print some papers out. To my surprise i had lost mt debit card. They where nice enough to let me pay when i came back on my next visit. Instead of me running home and getting the money.
I dont think Ive ever had such rude customer service than this place. No wonder most customers do what we can online instead. The fella that works there is beyond rude. No smile, gives passive aggressive replies back. I use this place ONLY when I need to. Go somewhere else! Theres a store every few miles. Skip this one.
I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this location due to the gentleman that is always behind the counter. Zero customer service, barely able to stifle a ‘thanks’ upon transaction completing. Such a convenient location but you’re better off driving elsewhere to avoid the lack of manners.
Very upsetting that the employees were not wearing masks
I went to this UPS Store on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 2:00 pm for notary services. The lone guy at the counter would not notarize my signature on a piece of paper, certifying that I was the owner of my passport, which I presented to him for examination. I had to travel about 3 miles to another UPS Store to find a less timid notary, Henry Wells, who gave me excellent service. Please instruct the Walsingham Rd notary that his sole function is to witness my signature and certify that the signature belongs to me as verified by ID presented to him.
Always helps me out with my Amazon returns and printing my labels if I need him to.
Says open 2-5 on Sunday. I am here now at 4:42 and they are closed.
Long wait only one person working. Rude customer service offered to help other people in line but not myself will definitely not be coming back here for any reason at all!!and the a hole behind the counter was completely wrong about my shipping labels after I went to another UPS store and have my packages shipped with no problems.
The overall rating of this UPS Store is 2.6 stars. From my perspective, this is an accurate reflection of this location based on my experience to date. There is a significant gap in customer service that includes condescending comments made on multiple occasions. The UPS Store is a great solution for small business and consumers alike. Its unfortunate that this location is an exception.

Unique. I can always get the printing help I need by the owner and he doesnt always charge me for my mistakes.It should be noted that occasionally the owner closes for 15 min at random times of the afternoon but, in my opinion, this is understandable as it is a one man store.
The owner has always been very helpful to me. He has actually explained and helped me many times. Prices are reasonable too.
I go here on occasion if I need to ship something, only because it’s the closest one to my home. But honestly, I don’t really like this particular location, because the gentleman who is always working here NEVER greets me or says ANYTHING when I walk in. I always have to speak first. He doesn’t even smile. Maybe he owns this location, and that’s why he can get away with being so unfriendly. But I think I’ll go to another location from now on...
Internet shows open till 5pm today. Went at 3pm and closed. Disappointed. Need to update hours to show accurately on web.
The staff here are always helpful and make it easy to send packages.
WARNING: Print your label at home then drop off your package. You can SAVE up to 200% for just printing your label. Dont believe me, ask them for a quote and compare it to online estimates. They use the UPS logo but are not owned by the same parent company.

This guy is a jerk every time I go in there. Its worth the drive to go somewhere else.
I use this UPS Store almost exclusively for all packages I need to mail and have been going there for at least 5 years. I have never found the person working there to be anything but knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
The people staffing this location are not helpful at all. UPS would be appalled to know what passes for service at this store with their name on it.
Closed at 2 PM but sign says 5 PM. Guess they dont need the money.
