I have dropped off FedEx packages at this location for at least a year. The only thing thats consistent is a high level of nastiness. I have had enough of the poor customer service and have decided to take my business across the street to Walgreens. I refuse to continue to support any business which doesnt appreciate their customers. Is it really so difficult to say hello and thank you?

Very unprofessional. Never greets customers and doesnt even respond when I greet. Just hand motions to place the box on the scale not even bothering to use his voice. They take USPS packages but is upset each time I drop one off. I assume they dont get as much money for accepting USPS vs. Fedex packages. Not my fault. I wouldnt even come here if there was another location anywhere near me but there is not.

If I could give this place a zero review I would ! Not only does the owner not listen but his customer service skills are poor. Gave me an incorrect tracking number, never answers the phone. Definitely aiming for the BBB to shut this place completely down

Very poor customer service. No patience and short temper. I dont know how they are able to stay open with this type of behavior. You leave feeling like they did you a favor (smh).

I like this place because its close and never busy. I was able to get in and out quickly and was serviced right away. Everything was available for use and the clerk answered my questions clearly.

Dont see how hes in business. Funny in the picture it says customer experience excellent which is a bit far fetched. Defintely nonchalant as if he doesnt need your business and unprofessional, doesnt know how to print in color apparently, blames it on your document. A waste of time.

Was there at 9:31 waited around for 15 minutes and no one has shown up to open the store. Went over to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee and I got back at 10:14 still no one at the store I try call I g and voice mail box was full he didnt show up till 10:20

Very unprofessional and lacks customer service. The Owner should not be conducting FedEx business in this community - period.

The person behind the counter ( possibly the owner/ manager) was engaged for 10 minutes with personal business and ignored me standing at the counter discussing a mortgage refinance with someone. Once finished his conversation, he approached me to inquire what I wanted. I told him I had a package that I wanted delivered by Christmas. He indicated and charged me for that Service. I soon discovered that the shipping was standard ground shipping and would not be delivered until two Days are Christmas. Horrible customer service. I will never use his services again👎🏾.

Im sitting in parking lot waiting for FedEx to open. Not open at 9:40. Pittyful!!! He does not need this business.

Customer service is terrible. I called to ask a question and before I could finish my sentence the sales person say no. No . Yet I never finished my sentence. Glad I didn’t go in!

Y’all must get in your feelings easy got there at 720 pm he was open quick service not the most sociable but he did his job and prices were cheaper than the post offices prices this will be my go to place

Came on Saturday to pick up a package, the sign says they closed at 4:00 came at 3:40 and the store its already closed, he doesnt only comes in late in the morning but also closes early, his car was ouside so I went to the door and he didnt open, if he can run a bussines, he needs to sell it to some that can. SMH

Opens late and closes early. Sign says closes at 7:30pm. Arrived at 7:10. People are in the store talking, open sign still on, and the door is locked. I’m standing at the door to have it unlocked and get ignored. Unprofessional and tacky.

Unprofessional owner or worker . He does NOT Open on time. Store opens at 9:30, he arrives at 9:50 . I wait at least 20 min with my son in The parking and when he came he doesn’t apologize for being late . I want send a ups package he told me that he doesn’t have the service anymore but he has a sign less than one mile from his store that shows that he does + all the google search for ups show his store !!!!
