I wish I could remember the names of the two that helped me. I came in October 29th to the printing section for a welcome sign I had printed for a Bridal Shower I was hosting. The two employees behind the counter went so far out of there way to help me make the sign perfect. They really went above and beyond and it wouldn’t have been nearly as special with out their help. I am so grateful !!
My sister bought a desktop computer here yesterday. Her old computer had been hit by a power surge and the guys in the tech department took what they could off the old computer and put it on the new one. Especially helpful were Jordan and Kenneth in helping her pick out a computer and getting the programs she wanted on it. Today, when we picked it up, Mike was very courteous and patient in explaining to me, my sisters tech advisor🙄, what I needed to do once we got it home. Many thanks guys!

Inside the store feels bleak, no one working in here has ever offered me assistance when I’ve been inside looking for something. My last visit was to curbside pickup an order placed online and it didn’t go well, first I waited forever outside for assistance when I finally did get help it was only to inform me that they were out of stock of what I ordered- I had received an email that my order was ready for pickup and drove all the way here sat in the car for half an hour waiting for someone to deliver my order to my car only to be told they didn’t have it. Someone could have contacted me to let me know that so I didn’t waste my time, even if they would’ve come out immediately to let me know there was an issue with my order it would have been better than letting me sit there forever wasting my gas. I ended up going to Best Buy and had zero issues. I usually only use Staples website rather than going in store because I’ve never had an exceptional visit in store. It’s definitely not my first choice when I need office supplies but I don’t buy in bulk or for a large office, so it may function better for that type of customer.
Tim (inventory specialist ) is a great asset to the company . He assisted me the second he saw me, made great suggestions and at the end of the experience he surprised me with online pricing options that saved me a significant amount of money .. I live next to a staples in Dunedin but I will do all my business at the largo location because of him . My company purchases roughly 25k in office supplies annually . Please make sure this review reaches Tim . He treated me with red carpet and had no clue that I have 47 employees !!!AAA+++

Staples raised the price of there hard drives by 33% and then the manager telks me they will price match. Ill just buy the hard drive from the place not trying to gouge me. And by the way your Seagate Hub external are the slowest drives to download to, I get over 200mb per second on WD easy store and 90mb per second from your hubs... Why would I pay the same or more for yours?????
Best customer service by far! I wanted a printer there and they only had one left. They held it for me until I got there later in the evening, cashiers were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed before buying it.
I worked with Chris in the printing area. I am the GM at the Verizon store across the street (soon to be moving to the old Pier One across from Joellas) and was trying to get things together for a business meeting. He helped me get everything printed as well as find a few other items quickly and efficiently so I could be early for my meeting. I was in and out in no time! Chris was very professional and knew his stuff. He’s our go-to from now on. Thanks Chris!
This place doesnt answer their phones. Their hours of operation are incorrect. When I begged the manager to print me out 1 page. I would pay whatever she charged. She embarrassed her employees acting crazy!She lost it! Very unprofessional. I told her it was an emergency and that I came from 20 miles away. She didnt care.
Paid for holiday cards for same day pick up and they ignored mecalled THREE times to inquire about status and they didnt answer the phone.showed up at end of day to ask for order and was told their printer is down and my order was sent to main printing center and i wouldnt get it for at least a week. was told someone should have called me. was given the option to cancel, which i accepted.1. no one called me2. no one answered the phone when i called the store which would have saved me a fruitless trip3. they didnt cancel the order like they said they did! i had to call staples corporate to get a refundits totally fine your printer broke, but let me know so i can go elsewhere. i paid extra for same day printing.please get your sh#t together largo staplesps: i ended up sending the order to clearwater staples on highway 19 and they had the cards ready in 3 hours.
I ordered a printer online for free next day delivery. I received an email confirmation.Next day at 6 pm I checked tracking only to find my order was cancelled. I was sent no notificationof the cancelled order ... no email, no text, nothing. My cc was charged. Called customer service and was told that printer was not available period. I asked about the refund to my card and was told it would be 7 DAYS. THEY CHARGE MY CARD AND SEVEN DAYS TO REFUND. THEY WONT GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY EVER.
Updated 07/21/21: Judy and Chris in the print area are so helpful! I placed my order on line and was nervous that it wouldnt be perfect. Judy and Chris were so nice and I was impressed with the final product!Christopher in the copy/print center is fabulous! He called about my order to let me know that it wasnt 100% crisp and a bit fuzzy. He printed out one sample for me to approve at the store. He waited until I got there to to make sure it was okay before printing the entire order. Very pleased with the high level of customer service.
Shout out to Christopher . He Answered the phone when I called earlier to ask about the prices. He was very helpful with that.... Also he helped me make my business cards look professional as possible. Just a over all Pleasant experience....

I went in to get copies for my 1st grade classroom. As an educator I am diligently trying to get ready for a new school year on the scraps left over from my summer paycheck. So when I got the total of $122 for copies I was sick to my stomach. I left the store feeling completely taken advantage of and misinformed. I called the store on my drive home to communicate my concerns. Ken, the store manager was beyond apologetic and completely supportive. He asked if I could come back in and he would make the situation right! Ken refunded my bill and gave me donated classroom supplies for my students. I left feeling appreciated as a teacher and will definitely recommend Staples Largo to other teachers. I’m excited about the Teacher Rewards Program that Ken recommended as well.
My computer crashed and I went there to get a new one. Every person I came in contact with were super awesome and helpful. They are all happy and that is a reflection of Ken the store manager, who is amazing. They transferred my data from my old computer to my new for me and made sure I had everything I needed . They made the experience totally awesome!!! Thanks so much!!! :)

Palm Harbor store absolutely excellent the best service ever and my salesperson Michael could not have been any more helpful than he was he deserves also a 5-star rating. He must have a good manager and a good team and apparently they all work together very well because everyone in that store that I spoke to was exceptionally courteous and couldnt help me enough.

But, with your 30-day return policy, are you please extending that 30-day policy until your store reopens?? Went in on 8/17/19. Worked with a young man with dark short hair ( terrible with names). Maybe Mike or Michael? Either way this young man treated me with genuine respect and kindness. He did a small $20 project for me and you would have thought I spent $1,000. He was just, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. I have a disability and a young service dog who’s in training. It takes a lot to keep me calm while in this training phase but it’s this kind of atmosphere that helps someone like me. Thank you for everything.
KUDOS TO EMPLOYEES MIKE AND CANYON!! They made your store shine.I bought a WiFi receiver for my computer and could not get it to work. I was just going to return it but two employees went the extra mile and suggested I bring my computer in and they will help me.I brought my computer in and in just a few minutes it was working.MIKE AND CANYON went the extra mile. I could have bought the item for half the price online but Mike and Canyon’s expertise was worth the extra money I spent.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do not have mobilized handicapped carts, and being disabled its slightly challenging, its quite a large store. Located inside they have a Copy Center and a self serve Copy Center which is cheaper than the regular copy Center. You can send and receive faxes, print and design all sorts of things, from business cards and stationary to signs. Everything in the store is pretty well priced, but when they have sales you can find some really good deals on office supplies and other related electronics, furniture, and peripherals.
This was the first time I have been to this location. The people were extremely helpful and courteous. Parking is great. Store is extremely clean. Will definitely be going back for all my office supplies.
I went to the store because it was one of the only stores open the day that I went at the time of day that I went. I went in for some special services from their print shop. The staff was extremely helpful and Cooperative. I did not expect that. The young lady that works in the department, very pretty girl, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only in her own department but throughout the store. She personally escorted me to pick out the right items over in the printer selection that I needed for printing supplies. I feel that she went out of her way to help a customer. And she needs to be noted for her quality of customer service. The store staff in other departments and management have always been friendly and helpful. Ive returned to the store several times and decided they deserved a fair review.
Brooke in printing made my experience here great, she was super friendly and made sure my images were perfect and suggested the correct sizes for all of them! Great customer service, I’ll be coming back here every time for all of my prints and office supplies.
I recently purchased a fax machine from this location because I thought mine was broken. Come to find out it ended up being my cable modem. My current fax machine was fine. I went to return the new fax machine after Spectrum diagnosed and fixed my problem... unfortunately this put me last the 14 day return and even with a receipt it defaults to the lowest price this machine was ever sold for. Unbelievably so... it was $4.50. Although on there shelf and my receipt it was 21.99.Staples customer service and morals are a joke. I will NEVER be purchasing so much as a sheet of paper from this store. I would warn any customer to pay attention to the undisclosed policies of this business because they are definitely not looking out for there customers best interest.Brent
We work very hard in the Staples Copy Center and can get very busy and we are often under staffed. We try to please all customers but its just not always possible due to people being in a hurry and often waiting until the last minute to get there print jobs done. You cant just pop in On your lunch break and expect to be in and out in 5 minutes because there is usually about 20 other people who also just popped in on their lunch break. People are also unwilling to use our self serve machines. They are very simple and easy, just follow the instructions on the screen.
Nice selection of pretty much everything here. They have tons of tablets and computers. I recommend browsing the stores selection of what ever youre looking for online before coming to the store. Staples also has free WiFi! They just recently started to carry Apple accessories. Unlike other Staples, there are never long lines here.
A great store with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Ordered my prints at last minute at 1:00am online and set it up for 8:00pm pickup to get after work but they called at noon to say it was already done!
This morning I was in a crisis and needed something printed in a pinch. Sam stepped into action and was efficient and friendly and got my stuff printed and me out the door in less than 2 minutes. She was awesome! I experienced allstar service which is so hard to find! Thank you Sam and thank you staples!
Very attentive staff. I had trouble with sending a fax. Manager was there quickly. Looked for printer cartridges. Found the one I needed with little to no effort.I just tried to join the Staples Rewards program. I had good experience today, however unable to create basic account. Not user friendly.
Was overcharged for mailing tubes because they didnt know to charge for online price. Worked it out with manager and got a full refund for the price difference. Very helpful and accomodating, which is an unusual level of customer service these days. Would recommend.
Every time I shop and checkout the cashier could care less if I shop there or not. There is no greeting, no conversation, and no thank you for shopping with us. They are usually talking to another associate about topics about their personal lifes. They seem bored and bothered that they had to wait on you. It seems they were never taught how to be polite and courteous. I guess they dont realize that without customers they wont have a job.
The website search stinks. I could write a negative review quicker than I could find out if you sell chalk pastels.

This Staples is usually on point. Staff is very helpful or have been anytime Ive used this location. Theyve got a back to school sale thats ending tomorrow. 8/4/18 buy a backpack and get all other school items 20% off I believe was their special at the moment. My printer broke and I sell stuff on internet.... They always print the label out free for me. Convenient. Great location

Ive been in here multiple time alone and with my dad. Theyre always very helpful and ask if I need help as I roam around. A few years ago, I forgot a fairly expensive notebook there (my own, not their product) and the manager held it for me for a few days until I figured out I must have left it there. I got it back, no damage at all.
The worst customer service I ever had, I just wanted to print 2 pages and the blond lady ( I don’t remember her name) she didn’t help me. I don’t want to go there again, Office Depot customer service is better

CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE MANAGER KEN- This review is long overdue.....but MUST BE SHARED....... Just hours from closing on our new home we had noticed we accidentally left our military IDs on the copier (the night before).Not only was KEN our savior that day getting them from the safe but he was kind, caring and very calming as I was stressed beyond belief thinking our IDs were gone......he was able to give me a new hope for mankind -he personally kept them safe- he shared that people leave IDs behind a lot and they try to check machines right away if not at least hourly.Over the last 2 months we have used a couple different Staples locations (never has there been a problem) BUT...... the Staples organization should know that Their Manager Ken of this location is TOP NOTCH.Since the event that caused this review I have been in many times and Ken clearly leads by example because Amber is an example of one of those employees..... All staples employees should be like Ken.
Their Print Desk simply put sucksThe guy could not be bothered to figure a way to make the stamp program work.In the end he had the nerves to say that we are bothering them so that they cannot help the other customers. What are we? second hand customers?You lost a print order of $300, but why would you care. Plenty of schmucks out there to enter your store.

I went in for art supplies, Im like a kid in a candy store. They have lots of Staedtler items, love it.
This Staples store, the one on Ulmerton and Seminole, is absolutely horrible! The customer service is awful in that the people are very rude and slow. Also, when I try to to call this Staples on the phone, I will be on hold every time, on hold for at least 30 minutes. I went to this Staples, the one at Ulmerton and Seminole, because I had some computer issues. There was nobody at the computer department for 15 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes until I finally had to ask for some help because nobody was coming to the service the computer desk. Also, the Staples sent me a letter telling me to pick up my computer or they were going to dispose of it. Laughing! I do not even have a computer at Staples. My computers are at my own home. This store really needs to get it together.

Had to print out 6 pages worth of concert tickets..paid over $7.00 to print 6 pages...Not only was it 1.06 a page to print (yes 1.06 for a single page), they also charge to use their computer to pull up the pages to print. Office Depot customer service and prices are way better...Avoid Staples,i know i will..

Each time I have been to this worlds super store I have not found anything I have needed. I think between Walmart and the Dollar Store I was able to find everything I needed at a cheaper price. I am very dissapointed that staples is no longer the one stop shop. The employees are friendly, however, will not offer help until they are asked, even though you are running around looking crazy. Store is definitely not user friendly (isle signs, would truly be awesome) and its almost like its too small for what they do have and too big for the slim pickings. They carry every color of regular sized printing paper but they have no selections of the random ones like the A4. Office furniture, even though you have to build it yourself, yup can only be found on the online store. Cant find anything..... yup you will be referred to go to the online store kiosk. Listen, if I am in the store at that moment is because I most likely need an item like in that instant. Even if its a few things, you may need to bring some things from the online superstore. I am not even bothering anymore.
Not a big fan of Staples, as much as Office Depot. This Largo Mall location I went into about 4:45pm, today a Friday to have a couple of documents copies. I asked the woman behind the business center counter if she could make copies. I did not want to use the self service center for copies because it takes forever to figure out a copy machine Im not familiar with. The woman stated It will be a while. I was the onlt person at the counter. To which I responded, I would go to Office Depot, where I did get wonderful service. This person greatly lacked customer service. Will never go back
Dont go here for printing pictures if you want them a certain size. Went back twice because the first time my picture was cut 16.5 x 20.5 and then the second time I went, got home and they were an 1/8 over still. What a joke and waste of time! Literally drove 15 mins each way twice for nothing and a waste of $30.00.

Most of the employees here are good. They are likable and extremely helpful. But lets talk a minute about the copy service manager. He is an extremely rude individual who does not listen to logic or reason and spouts endless jargon about copyright that clearly knows nothing about. When literally no image on your projects could possibly construed as being copyright infringement, you have to raise an eyebrow. Especially when he tries to reason that copyright law is black and white and maybe [I] can go find another printer who will willingly break copyright laws, even though nothing in my project could possibly be seen (even by squinting) to break any law or copyright. 0/10, would never want to deal with that pompous individual ever again.
I found what I needed immediately. The staff was helpful and I was in and out in minutes.

If you need someone who u can depend on Staples wasnt the place I thought it was. One employee assured me that everything will be just fine and come on in. When I make the trip there another employee informed me that I was not told the truth. He also said he will yell at the guy that told me to come in the frist time. NOT HAPPY!

Terrible service. Totally apathetic employees. I have been on hold today OVER 10 MINUTES just to get SOMEONE to answer the flipping phone. Called another store in Clearwater, same results. Staples basically sucks. Their prices are not great and limited product selection. Combine that with lousy customer service and I dont know how they stay in business. Definitely shopping elsewhere.

Teresa is absolutely correct the service in this store is terrible I would have rated them a zero if it where an option. My last visit to this store yielded an almost identical negative result. I was there today trying to copy a one page two side legal form that I needed for a meeting I was on my way to. The copier was all to happy to take my money but did not produce a usable copy when I asked Criss who was working in the copy department for help he told me it would be at least a half hour wait for one correct copy. I ask for a refund and he said where is your receipt my bad I didnt get one not realizing it would be such a big deal to get one copy. I will not make the mistake of ever setting foot in any Staples store ever again . Way to go Criss I own a 12 location business and spend about 20K a year on office supplies.PS. I was the only one in line at the service desk.Update the $2.00 came out of my account the same day I left there with no copy. Thanks for nothing Criss you are worthless.
Excellent Customer Service excedid my expectations
Not impressed. I called to check on an order status for the copying department. Placed on hold for 15 minutes so I gave up. I called back a couple hours later and was placed on hold again for 10 more minutes. I then received an attitude from the girl on phone and she couldn’t give me a time that my order would be ready.
A one star is being generous. Arrogant employees in print area. Never again.
Just had the worst experience ever in customer service. My wife needed a calculator for class and we asked for a specific one and were given an entirely different one and didnt notice until we got home.Should have gone to Target.
