Food item we wanted was out of stock which, interestingly, we both stated out loud BEFORE we ordered. This was a Saturday morning. We were in the drive thru for an insane 25 minutes!What we ended up ordering was fresh and hot. Drinks were just okay. Not a pleasant experience.

I love this starbucks location! The energy from the staff is everything! They are so bubbly, polite and hard working! I enjoy picking my coffee up from them and hearing their warm hellos!

I buy coffee at different Starbucks every day. I was waiting for my cappuccino for 20 min after ordering . Another bed thing is my large size cappuccino is looking at least medium sized and definitely has not enough oat milk . I love Starbucks, but I was unhappy with my experience here.

Very personalable staff and quick service. I enjoy this location specifically because every cashier at the window treats you like an old friend as they make your order in the back. Lovely people.

I do online orders weekly and went here and never have I waited not only 30 minutes for my order and top off the manager was disorganized and yelling at his employees infornt of customers. Won’t go back to this Starbucks and I’ll stick with my park place one. And my order was wrong after waiting 30 minutes

I had the most awesome experience at this particular Starbucks yesterday! It has been so hot in Florida lately that I just had to go for a frappuccino and it is the best one Ive ever had at any Starbucks in the country ! I made sure I looked at the name tag and her name was Gabby. And I was having a lousy day because I got a nail in my tire so I needed something to help me. Great job!! Did the job with the drink and a friendly drummer on top of it !

Uber is expensive as all get out. I know, not SB issue BUT when I pay an exuberant amount for your tasty food please send the condiments I PAY for. Im sitting here eating a dry everything bagel like a grumpy fat kid because your food is delicious- but did I pay for qtyx2 Cream cheese and request butter?! Yes I did. Do better Starbucks. I dont want to pay another 20 bucks for a bagel to have cream cheese not be delivered twice. Just do it right the first time, have mercy. It should be an autopilot red flag that if you drop a bagel in a bag we want a condiment to go with it- especially if we PAY for it. I gave you a good rating on Uber because its still delicious which makes this WORSE. Dang it!! Im so mad and satisfied all at the same time!! I had to complain about it somewhere!!! 🤣🤣Edit: Also, my Apple crisp tastes like Christmas In a cup!!! Grrrr hahahaha

Stood inside for 20mins waiting on my drink & had plenty of time to eat their bacon gouda & egg breakfast sandwich. They only served the drive through the whole time. Only 3 ppl inside when I started. Great customer service & made to feel welcomed. But they need to work on getting inside orders done quicker.

I didnt come here recently, but Google insists I did since I drive past it often. Last time I went here several years ago, the original refreshers (pretty sure thats what they were called) were new. They had free samples out for the two options. One was orange and one was green. I explained that I was allergic to oranges and they insisted I should try the green one then, since the orange one was made of oranges and the green one wasnt. I trusted that, unfortunately. Once I started having allergic reactions, my wife asked them to look up the ingredients on the bottle under the counter, which ORANGE was the first thing. My wife had to drive us straight home.Im glad the new refreshers dont have orange in them, but I likely wont actually go back after that experience.

Coffee lid didnt fit right, almost burnt myself. Orded regular came out black had to go back in for cream. The said there regular is black. Had a spinach feta wrap they microwaved it . The spinach was steaming cheese didnt melt. It was terrible!

This is a great Starbucks location the staff are always super friendly and quick even when they are slammed busy. I do go a bit out of my way to go here but its totally worth the extra drive time!

Best starbucks to go to. I’ve never had an incorrect order or issues here. The staff is extremely kind to everyone. The store is clean and has been following covid precautions for however long the pandemic started. I wouldn’t be able to survive if this wasn’t right behind where I work!

I wanted a quick latte but it being 6pm when I pulled into the drive through, I wanted a decaf latte but was told they were out of decaf. This did not seem believable as the store was not closing for hours and one would think that in the evenings decaf would be readily available. When I asked further, I was told the machine was being cleaned for the evening. Why was it being cleaned so early before closing, especially when decaf should be available? Going to let corporate know how their business is being run locally.

The staff is rude and when they ask questions they get aggravated when you answer them . I ordered coffee and bagels for my staff as a treat . Lady asked if I wanted cream cheese on the bagels . I sad no that’s okay but can you put some on the side ? She replied we are a coffee shop not a bagel shop. Then she asked another question and then just kept responding rudely . Won’t be coming back to this establishment cause it’s obvious the management and employees don’t want to work .

This is a crooked and shady Starbucks when it comes to selling any limited edition cups. As of this EARLY 5:00am morning (when they open), I was told by a Starbucks employee they would not be putting any of their studded gold plastic limited edition anniversary cups out until this afternoon, whatever that means, maybe so they can time it to where insider employees or partners can buy them all up before regular customers have the opportunity. These cups are supposed to all drop on 3/2/2021 when the stores open, apparently this is not true for some some sneaky Starbucks.

Love this place and their options. I gave four stars because of their confusing drive through. It will be difficult for a first time visitors.

I previously rated 5-stars however I have to change it to 3. I understand they have to put a lid on a drink but they left fingerprints very close to the mouthpiece on both sides and I just feel like with covid and everything they should be a little more cautious. There was no line, so there was no rush..i cant even bring myself to drink my white mocha with someone dirty fingerprints where my mouth goes. I hate to complain as this is my favorite location. Everything is always correct and fast.

I order 1-3 drinks per day. And this is the only location I’ve had a problem with.They don’t fill the drinks up properly. As much as I spend on a regular I expect to get a full drink..I won’t be going back to this location. And I don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Always good food and drinks however this Starbucks has issues getting accurate orders together. Ive been here only twice and each time the order was inaccurate. Maybe it was coincidence but I would double check your order before you leave the store or drive away from the window.Update: Im now a regular here and no problems with order accuracy. I called yesterday because the app i have on my phone was not working properly and spoke to Emily i explained to her what was going on and she gave me multiple optinions to fix the problemç did not have a problem with taking her time, like i never felt like she was rushing me. So guess what as soon as I got off the phone I did exactly what she said and it fixed the problem immediately. I wanted to send Emily this shout out thank you again for all of your help and time. My favorite Starbucks...orders are always correct and are served up quickly. Id prefer lower prices...but hey I love my coffee, so its worth it.

9 out of 10 times they always get my order wrong... and I’m a mobile order. So ITS LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE PAPER WHAT I WANT 🙄The Starbucks in St. Pete never have this issue and I just find them to be way more pleasant in general.

I visit here almost everyday and they know my order every time! I’ve NEVER had an issue before! I love the crew here and they’re always smiling and laughing. They are quick and precise! I try not to go to any other Starbucks other than this one simply because I enjoy my visits here! Nikki, Adrienne and so many more employees that I know there are absolutely amazing!

Just stopped in for a pound of Thanksgiving Blend and a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha (which was amazing, BTW). I was helped as soon as I got to the counter and they even offered to grind my whole bean coffee. I never knew they would do that! Great service, not too crowded, perfect.

I am always served with a smile and have never had an issue with any order Ive placed. And boy are they fast.

The people here are always polite and professional. Ive never had an issue here and my order is always correct. They will give great suggestions if your on the fence of what you want.

As usual good coffee. But today had a challenge with my wife. She ordered mobile and i sat in the car a minute or more before walking in to order at the counter. I got my ice coffee first, she had to ask. They forgot to make it (slip still on paper roll out). I WIN !!!!!! 8-)

New favorite flavor, hazelnut macchiato (not available at all stores 😨). Absolutely no sugar needed & Im a sweetened coffee girl. Love the flavor & freshness of the brand.

Was happily ordering my food when the cashier a few minutes ago cut me off and gave me my total I said “oh, I wasn’t done“ and She let out a big huff like it was my fault that she cut off my order and said “what else...” so I left. I don’t need to be treated like I am a burden. DUNKIN here I come.

This is the typical Starbucks. Service was quick and impeccable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restrooms are clean and well stocked.

Bad experience today.. Sign posted on menu saying out of peppermint, so we try ordering a caramel brulee, theyre out of that too. No dog biscuits available either.No offer for a courtesy drink card, and when I requested 1 for tomorrow when they get their peppermint AND caramel in, I was refused.I thought starbucks operated differently and was trying to keep their customers happy. 😥

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks. I go 4 miles past my home Starbucks to get here.It is the Starbucks at Ulmerton and Starkey.Grace and Dustin are the ABSOLUTELY BEST Bariestas. The place is large with lots of cushy chairs and outlets everywhere. My posse and I meet there twice a week to sit and chat quietly. I go there to veg out with my phone. Lots of people studying. Quiet and Pleasant atmosphere. Love Love Love it!

I love this Starbucks! I drive 10 minutes out of my way passing another Starbucks store closer to my home on Walsingham to go to this store! Staff is always friendly and they always get my drinks right!

Had an amazing experience here, the place looked immaculate. The manger Dan rung up my order, was super nice and did nothing but smile. All other staff was incredibly friendly and nice, and made an amazing drink. Would defintly be back again.

Super slow! Waited forever to order in the drive thru, them waited forever to get the 2 drinks. They were going to over charge me until I told them it was happy hour and one was free. Over all I waited over 10 mins for 2 drinks with no one in front of me.

Here at 9:30 pm supposed to close at 10pm. An employee stated they closed. Not really cool. Wanted owner to know that employees closed up early. There were at least 6 customers waiting. If you are closing at 10 pm open till 10 pm. If you close at 9 pm the. State closed at 9 pm on sundays.

Michael was super friendly and quick with his customer service. I really enjoyed my experience here toady and will definitely be coming back because of it! Especially since my coffee was brewed to perfection!

The store is super clean. The drive thru is super quick. Its a starbuckß. It is a coffee chain and honestly, they all look the same.

I asked the cashier to change the radio station because it was annoying and loud. She looked at me then back at her phone. The station wasnt changed. When we were leaving I asked her why to which she responded a bit snippy I told me team leader what you wanted. They couldnt change it because it was on a playlist. None of this was communicated until I talked to the team leader and other cashier who were much more polite. Cashier was rude. Im not going back anytime soon because there is a Starbucks on every corner.
