What a fun place to visit! An entire place full of delicious pies. They also serve a limited food menu including soup. But, back to the pies! They are all made fresh and they look delicious and with so many choices it was tough to decide. Good news they sell by the slice so we got a variety. The customer service was excellent, the gentleman was quite but, friendly and the cashier woman was also very sweet. She was kind enough to mark each container for us . We got ours to go but, there is plenty of seating.

I have many found memories of sharing these pies at holidays with my family or when my grandparents would come for a visit. Its been a few years since Ive had the privilege of having some, but it was worth the wait. I happened to be in St. Pete today and decided to stop in before heading back home since the fruit pies especially always travel very well. They didnt have any of the apple razz pies available that I was used to, but the sweet lady helped me find an alternative to take home. It was just as good as I remembered and after tasting the pie again makes me wish I purchased more to share with family! I will definitely have to make another stop the next time I am in St. Pete.

This is very old Florida style restaurant, it was cute and clean and the staff very nice.I had broccoli soup which was good and we had pie. I had the famous Key Lime and my husband had Peach Berry. They were both good,I was hoping for the Key Lime to be the best I ever had but it was just good IMO. I love Key Lime and try it every where we travel in Florida.We had a good time and glad we went, the case of desserts were impressive and looked delicious...I wish I had tried the Peanut butter pie, it looked heavenly.

Great long standing pie factory. Went for lunch last week - great chicken sandwich & irish cream pie for my sweet tooth! As a local I recommend spending some time here enjoying the sweets and sandwiches.They do have outdoor seating also to keep yourself safe distanced from others.The owner is sweet just like her pies. 💕

I find it very suspicious that their in house menu, blackboard menu, and various online menus do not show prices for their pies. You cant brag about your food or best pies if you wont tell people how much to expect to spend. That should be advertised so people are prepared, without it they just seem shady. I will update this review and rating once I can speak with someone

The pie here is really fantastic! I had the blackberry pie and it was delish! You can buy by the slice or whole pie. All the crusts are homemade. Ill definitely make the trip back to Indian Shores to get this little slice of heaven.

What a great treat it was to find this Pie Factory. The bourbon pecan pie was amazing. The freshness is equal only to grandmas. Will return a million times over. We came with a key lime pie aficionado and she was not disappointed! Apple pie took us all the way to Thanksgiving.

My mother-in-law ordered a Boston creme pie for my husbands birthday. I went to pick it up, and it had written on it, happy 56th sleve on it. Really? I told them they name was not correct, and they acted if I was wrong. The writing on the cake was horrible! They used pound cake instead of yellow cake, and it barely had any custard on it. So very disappointed!

I drove from Riverview (1 hour each way) just for this pie. Best fruit pies and the French Silk was so good. I cant wait to take my family when they visit from out of state.

Great freshly made pies. Theyre just delicious!! Love the apple caramel nut, key lime, pecan and the French silk. The staff is super friendly too. Wonderful place to get holiday treats! They also make amazing breads like banana nut and pistachio.

This place has the best pies Ive gotten in Florida. They even have a drive through! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Already knew their pies are terrible from sampling them at the Heritage Park festival so never bother to patronage this place. Until a co-worker bought in cookies from them. They were pretty good so we decided to go see about ordering some. We were met with the rudest lady working the front counter and decided just to walk out.

Meant to leave a review sooner... weve ordered several different pies here, and all have been so delicious! Most recently was a French Silk for Thanksgiving, and it was definitely the favorite dessert!

Their pies are OK. This is NOT a regular coffee shop though. They had a coffee in a thermos, but they are not making latte or espresso.

I pre-ordered and purchased a Boston Cream Pie from Toucan Pie factory for my father’s birthday celebration. Thinking it would delicious coming from the long standing pie establishment. To much surprise, we were very disappointed. The pie was very dry. I called the next day to make them aware and I was offered an apology but not much more. A full credit was offered but only if I returned the pie. Did I not mention the birthday gathering was the day before and after tasting the pie we discovered it was dry which would imply that there is no pie to return. Without having something to return, I was offered a half off of something purchased. Thanks but no thanks. Being a baker myself and previously having a mobile bakery business, if a customer was not happy for any reason, a full refund or another item was offered immediately. No questions asked. Oh for the days...

Tough review here because like other folks have indicated both the service and quality seem to fluctuate. I only go here to pick up pies for my family. We mostly choose key lime, chocolate, and peanut butter. Weve enjoyed them and do keep coming back because we like them better than Publix or Winn-Dixie pies. Give it a try and see what you think.

The lovely ladies that sold me the shepherds pie with very kind and sweet also informative. They were serving a great homemade breakfast there that I knew nothing about but well be visiting again soon. Awesome place and the food was good

I stumbled upon this little place and very happy I did! I had to try a slice of their Key Lime pie and it is better than a place I know in Keys that I have been loyal too for years! They are fantastic! And the owners and staff are lovely and so kind! Great pies! Great chili! Great brunch! Not one thing to complain about! My family and I are thrilled to give our business to such a welcoming and kind local establishment who has such delicious food! So worth it!!

Its plain in decor, I believe they have purchased new chairs. I have gotten a few items in the bakery that taste stale. The Fruit pie and Lemon Meringue is Good. I do go about every 2 weeks and get something from the bakery. I just get what looks fresh.

I just had the perfect pie. It was the chocolate mint, which was full of flavor and not too sweet. The flavors balanced perfectly and it was excellent paired with a fresh iced coffee. Much better than the big name chain restaurants which seemed like the only place to get a slice of pie in the area. This was a lucky find.

A definite stop if you are in Largo. The key lime pie was amazing. What really impressed me the most is we showed up a couple minutes after closing and they still let us in.

Got slices to go. They were very good. The NY cheesecake was very rich and creamy. Key lime pie was exactly the right tart and sweet. Cant wait to try their other items.

If I can give no stars I would. The pies may be good but I’ll never know because of their first impressions. We came for the all you can eat breakfast, don’t. We thought it’d be a good place since they make homemade pies, wrong! The pancakes, waffles, biscuits, everything is bought frozen and then microwaved. Save your money and stay home.

It’s good, but the hours are always so random.. It’s like the store is a front for another business. Who knows. Anyway, that’s my only gripe, but it is an issue when you drive an hour to get there and find it shut.

Needed Keylime pie for guests. It was fabulous...ended up with a sampler with oreo cheesecake and peanut butter cheesecake. I stored it in Freezer as recommended by kind sales lady. Worked out great..sliced easily and was perfect in 3 or 4 min

Bought a birthday cake and a chocolate pie. The pie was very good but the came had a layer that was so stale that we couldnt eat it. Very disappointing.

You want a slice of heaven, in form of PIE this is the place to go. Key Lime pie so smooth and creaming and just the right amount of lime, not to tart or bitter. HMMMM. We did go for the breakfast buffet, which for a small place charging $10.99, is a little high for what they had. Luckily we had a coupon from their website. But, still not a lot to offer for a Buffet. Pie all day long.

First time in since i just started working in the same plaza as the Pie Factory wanted to check it out. The woman behind the counter was so welcoming and sweet. She explained to me what the owner of the company was famous for which is her delicious key lime pie! I ordered the Oreo blast and it was delicious! I’m def going to be coming back to try more!

Nice little place. Very friendly. The Sunday buffet is small but yet seems to have all the favorites. As well as fresh fruit. And waffles to order. At a fair price. Although the quiches were a little dry. Worth the $9.99.

Visited this establishment a year ago and thought it was great. However this year when visiting, we purchased a banana cream pie, it was not good, very few bananas and the pie filling was bland. Ended up tossing it out.

We are so happy to have finally tried this place because their pies are amazing. Love the french silk, strawberry shortcake pie is the best ever and key lime too! You will not find a fresher, better tasting pie in the area!

Best key lime pie Ive ever had! Kids loved the brownie sundae and breakfast buffet. Bobbie was such a pleasure to talk with and atmosphere was very relaxed. Recommend the Toucan Sampler. Definitely going back!

The desserts here are good. The place is a little cluttered and the presentation in the dessert case needs some work. Regular coffee is fine but definitely would not order anything more complicated than that, the latte I had was not that good.

Go for the pie, not the food! The Sunday breakfast buffet is simple. Eggs, bacon, sausage, tater tots, waffles, assorted somewhat good muffins, scones, and pastries, canned fruit, and cobbler. I would say their breakfast is definitely not why you should come, its their pies and other assorted baked goods! Peanuttier peanut butter pie is amazing with a great graham cracker crust, perfect classic pumpkin pie, and delicious key lime pie!

We make the 45-minute drive over here with our homeschool friends every Pi Day, buy one slice of each pie they have, and everyone takes a bite of each pie. They are all delicious! We come back every year on my birthday to enjoy their Key Lime pie! BEST Key Lime ever! And the staff is always friendly!

Every time we are anywhere near Largo Florida we stop by for a slice or two, or three or maybe even more to go. We found this place years ago while living in St. Petersburg and have been back dozens of times...If you havent been.... GO... you may end up find something you will enjoy.

Bobbis place is a treasure. We went there to celebrate our deceased fathers birthday and had his favorite coconut creme pie. It warmed our heart.

Went for the first time today. Always drove past it. Had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious tasted like your grandmother made all of it. Super deal for 9.99 with drink included. Only downside is it is small inside and hard to walk around all the tables.

Loved Pie Factory our first visit years ago but never enjoyed it afterwards. Every year friends visited from Ny insisting it was one of our things to do, however each year we’d say okay never again.

We were staying with my parents from out of town and kept passing this place and decided to try it. We loved it, a small place with very friendly service. She offered us a sample of the key lime pie which was delicious, we decided to get a whole one. We also got a slice of the penuttier peanut butter pie and the caramel apple and both were delicious, and the toucans island Java, which had a mixture of chocolate, coconut and a hint of pineapple and was actually pretty good. Overall we loved it and would visit again!

Their pies are home made and yummy. The coffee is good too.

Pie was exceptional and the ladies (owners/workers) were friendly and very knowledgeable. Great place to stop in for pie and coffee. They also provide wedding and catering services. Worth a stop.
