I called all the tire shops in my area at 3pm when I was having issues. No one could help me till Monday. They waited for my arrival and got me fixed up and out the door in no time on a weekend. Thank you Tire Plus for being there for me on such a little notice. Your the best and prices for 2 tires was amazing!!

I just went there to get some air for my tires. I thought just my 2 front tires were low, but they checked and filled all of them in under 15 minutes and did it for free. I have used them before for oil changes, new tires, fixing flat tire. They always do a good job. Prices are pretty fair.

SCAM!!!My husband scheduled an appointment to get our breaks and tires done. We called prior to our appointment to get an estimate of how much it would be. We advised we needed breaks, and possibly rotors, and all 4 tires. We were advised for breaks and rotors it was $300 per axel (it’s a 2 axel vehicle) so that’s $600, then tires so it’s be $800 out the door. It made no sense, there’s no way you can get 4 tires and instillation for $200. So we called another independent tires plus and they advised just tires and installation was $965. Installation alone is $24 and change per tire. Don’t tell customers a under estimate to get them in and then up the charge!! It’s illegal. There’s been a complaint filed and after this the question is if we’ll ever trust tires plus again to do work on our vehicles.

Bad customer services and ask way too much money to fix anything. Having a hard time trust them to get things done right. Would not recommend this place.

Thankfully this place was open on a Sunday to get 2 tires replaced. Ken was great and funny. Very quick to help us get taken care of, so we could continue our vacation. Only took an hour or so. Definitely recommend!

Q was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the right tires for my car and driving conditions. My vehicle didnt feel safe and now it does!The store was clean and there is plenty of room to distance while waiting.The reason for 4 stars is the store is open until 7pm on weeknights but they send the techs home at 5, so if you need to stop in between 5-7pm they will only schedule you to come back another time. This meant multiple trips to complete my transaction, and I watched others being turned away as well.

Dont go here. I went in here because of 1 tire and rim. They said to fix it would cost $2,000. I said no and asked for a print out of everything that would cost that much. They included break pads? They were going to change my break pads without telling me and a whole bunch of other things that had nothing to do with my 1 tire or rim. Scammers. It cost me $500 at a legit mechanic not trying to scam people.

Went for a tire replacement, left with a broken light bulb, went back for a replacement light bulb, left and now car doesnt have any electricity and I cant even turn it on/lock the car via wireless key. Either my fine car of many years and upkeep suddenly wanted to break all at once, or they finagled something while inspecting it. Sigh

Visited this store, told them I had a nail in my tire and what appears to be a small piece of metal. Guy at front desk, told me I needed a new tire without looking at it, then looked up my car told me I needed 4 new tires because it was a Quattro, still hadn’t seen the car. Drove down the road to another store, they put it up on ramp, checked it and said oh you’re fine they haven’t even pierced the tire. Thankfully I drove away!

Waste of time took two hours to tell me insurance wouldnt cover it. Tried to push me into having to file the insurance claim. Of course I would have to pay for the tire.lol the discount tire place is better at least they are honest.

Stopped by unannounced to inquire if anyone had time to check my right front tire and was so pleased by their response. Not only did the kind young man cheerfully check the front right (which was 7 lbs low!), he checked all the tires & suggested adding a little more air than the usual 30 lbs because of the FL heat. And when I mentioned my right front tire needed 2 lbs of air only two weeks ago, he recommended making an appointment to get it checked for a leak - which I plan to do today ...

Placed an order for front tires and a wheel alignment last night and was given a 9am appointment. Showed up at 9 and manager had me all set. Told me when car would be ready and recieved a call exactly the time he told when it would be done. Car runs great and could not have been a more courteous and sufficient experience. Spent the last week shopping around for tires for my son’s truck. After checking out several places, we went with Tires Plus. I’m so thankful we did. Chuck & his team made this such an incredible experience (never thought that is how I would describe tire shopping) He took the time to sit with us and find a great,safe fit within our budget. He was well aware of acknowledging my concerns as a mom while giving my son the sporty look he was hoping for. By the end of the process, we felt like Chuck had become more of a friend than our tire salesman. Truly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.

I have been there 3 times for an oil change. 2 out of the 3 times I have had to return because they are not checking their work, not attaching the oil pan cover letting it drag the ground. DONT GO THERE.

Needing 4 tires, I saw this Seminole Blvd location had 4 in stock, so I made an online appt for 11:00 am. Upon arrival, they said it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to get them. Then, they told me road hazard was extra, so I showed them their quite, he said read the fine print. It cost me $30.00 more per tire than their quote, and I had to wait until 3:00 pm for my car. Average or below experience art best.

The management and staff at this location are the best. Weve been going here over for as long as I can remember and these guys have always taken care of us. Went to have a tire patched and the guy said sorry cant get to it today, have 3 in the bay now and we close in 50 minutes... mind you as I was leaving one tech was sitting on a stool on his phone and another watching football..... avoid.

So I went to AutoZone originally and they were trying to charge me $26 for a brake light socket. I had a weird feeling, so I went back to tires plus. I had a great experience with the Tyrone location and they’re always so helpful I figured I would give it a try. Got a gentleman name Matt who even though it had nothing to do with the tires, Took the extra time to spend a little time with the tail light and realize there was no problem at all the bulb was just loose. You won’t find this kind of service at your car dealership or auto part place, but it tires plus they really do care. Thank you again guys from a loyal customer. Thank you Matt!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. The service was completed within a couple of hours even though a substantial number of walk-ins arrived. Customer service was excellent. A coupon was applied though I had not brought one that saved me $15.

Ive had regular car maintenance performed by other competitors and since then I was becoming very dissatisfied by their services. After a few years, I was referred to Tire Plus located on Seminole Blvd to see Mr. Justin Turner (Mgr.) who came highly recommended as the person to see.Needless to say, they were right, his leadership and staff are second to none as I am and always have been a very satisfied customer under his care. There are local shops out there who do a fine job and I do not wish to take credit away from them, but I never seen a team of people go out of their way to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Not only with service but billing as well.Any customer, new and old, are fortunate to have Mr. Turner and his staff provide the quality and customer satisfaction service we all yearn for these days.I will always recommend Tire Plus and Mr. Turner to anyone who needs service on their car in the near future. I have total trust in this Tires Plus location. They are honest with me. There have been multiple occasions when they could have really charged me an arm and leg for a repair that was not needed as I know nothing about cars and they didnt.

The short story: they gave me an estimate for over $2000 worth of work. I told them bull crap and that it only needs a couple things, one of which they didnt even suggest in the estimate/diagnosis, totaling $125. Problem solved. THEY SAID I NEEDED OVER $2000 WORTH OF WORK DONE WHEN ONLY $125 WORTH FIXED THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING! BE CAREFUL!The long story: Took the (fairly new with low miles) car in because the front two tires had uneven wear, the car pulled to the right, there was a vibration in the steering wheel at 80mph and there was tire noise at lower speeds. Their diagnosis and solution was to do an alignment to fix the uneven wear and pulling to the right (OK), 4 new struts totaling $1500 parts/labor to make the vibration in the steering wheel go away (WRONG), and 4 new tires (over $500) to make the tire noise go away (MAYBE, but my tires while older, granted, are fine). Bad struts do not cause this type of vibration in the steering wheel! I did a minute of research to confirm my common sense cause of the vibration then called and asked how much it would be to balance the front two wheels.. $25 bucks. I said ok why dont we go ahead and do the that and the alignment for $125 bucks. Problem solved! THEY WANTED TO DO $2000 WORTH OF WORK WHEN $125 WORTH OF WORK THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN SUGGEST (THE BALANCING) WAS ALL IT TOOK TO FIX THE PROBLEM!

I would say that they do their best to keep your appointment time. They also try hard in getting the parts you need at a fair price. Friendly staff and no games.

Needed new tires desperately, called at 7am and they said to bring the car in they could get the tires replaced. Within 2 hours and having to have the ties delivered to the store. Great price, great service by Justin and mike!

I stopped going here a couple years ago, now I remember why, Arrogant, Commission driven price gougers, like your lucky to have them, qouted 19.95 for oil change, maybe we can fit you in, no one there, prints up the slip for 44.95, addios see you never!

They managed to completely strip one stud and didn’t mention it to me. It wasn’t until I needed to change the tire that it snapped off upon removal. Maybe they had bad staff at the time and are better now. Spent to much money to have people damage my property.

The bill upon completion of my lifetime alignment was $10 higher than it should have been. After inquiring why, the clerk did not mention any additional fees. The bill, however, included a $10 shop supplies charge. When I asked why that was on my bill, I was informed that this store ALWAYS charges a shop fee on any service. After calling the national customer service hotline, I was informed that shop fees can be charged or not on a location by location basis. If you dont want to get surprise shop fees, call around and ask before taking your car in. I will be doing that in the future.

Had my oil changed there and a month later my engine blew. They didn’t change the o ring with the new filter. State Farm covered me and took it to the tire plus since I could prove the oil change and a mechanic found the O ring could not have been just replaced. Buyer beware!

Very nice place. They were super professional and very nice. They ensured that the job was done right and that everything was up to my standards before I left. If I had any concerns, I brought it up with the manger there and they got it strightned out and informed me on what needed to be done and on the options I had. I had mainly small things done (ie tire patch, rotation, oil change, etc.) But they were very helpful and thankfully inexpensive, I would absolutely recommend.

Im down on vacation from Chicago. My tires were worn so I bought 4 tires advertised online for peace of mind. Ended up being $60 more than the add. I have had problems in the past with tire shops running lugs on with an impact and damaging studs so I asked if they will do the final torque with a torque wrench. Sure no problem Jonathan said. So I am heading out of Ocala having terrible vibration from the front end. Pull in a rest stop, the left front lugs are finger tight, one had snapped off FROM SHEAR. The right are so tight I cant break them loose with a 4 way and breaker bar! This was the first tire change for the car, the original tires from the factory were on there so I know the lugs were messed up by tires plus. I then checked tire pressure:Got 45 psi on all 4. Door sticker says 28. So they seated the beads with max pressure and never adjusted it down. I found a truck stop shop that was open. They used a beam torque wrench on the right lug nuts and got 247lbs torque to break loose! Thats over double torqued so the studs are over stretched and no good. I video taped this on my phone.Avoid if you dont want to crash and die. I have already done a charge back. I dont pay for totally negligent work. And they will pay for all new studs since they stretched all mine past fatigue. They could at least use torque sticks that would limit torque to 100 ft lbs.

Quick response to my request for an estimate and their hours are very convenient. I did find their rates to be higher than the local compitition.Just shop around before signing a repair order.

Went to have my tire patched & valve stem replaced. The technician ripped my tire at the bead while putting my tire back on & put a brand new tire on at no cost to me. I was extremely surprised at the responsibility & accountability that I saw today . I literally paid $0, no charge for labor or any kind of fee . Thank you for doing the right thing & not always being profit driven.

Dont come here! Always over charged. I tried to give another chance of this place, he Charged me for the alignment $95! Go somewhere else other place about $50. And I have to wait for two to get the alignment alone. Everyone wrote great reviews. I cant.

I Bought 4 tires, then i got a flat but they wouldnt fix because i didnt buy flat tire insurance when i bought the tires. They were not cheap. Go to Pep Boys for better tires and better deal.

Got tires from them a few months ago, and went back to have an issue taken care of with my brakes. The guys at Tires Plus really took care of us. They fixed and issue with our brakes, and initially missed a second issue. They were extremely fair about taking care of the miss and Id highly recommend taking your vehicle to their shop.
