Highly Recommended – Outstanding Service in a timely manner! Had my bike in for a general tune-up and minor repairs. My bike went in on a Thursday afternoon performing like a 1970s Ford Pinto and came out 24 hours later performing like a 2021 Ferrari. The cost of service was very reasonable, and less than most of the other bike shops around the area.

My daughter had a friend give her an almost new bike, that had seen some damage. I ordered a new part and then decided it needed a professional to get it back on the road. Joe took one look and said he could get it done in a day or two, which was perfect to surprise my daughter for her birthday. He had it ready the very next day and took the time to replace a few other things and she LOVES it! I thought the price was very fair and he was quick. Thanks Joe!

Joe is great! I went in to get my bike repaired, ended up chatting it up with Joe and answered all my questions regarding bikes I had been interested in. Easy going, knowledgeable, and clean shop. Luckily, I ended up getting my old bike fixed and left with a new one that was better suited for me! Very excited about the new adventures and logging some miles on my new bike. Great family bike shop. Knowledgeable staff. Daughter wasnt able to get going on Walmart bike. Here she walked in sat on the bike and started riding around the center display. Increase in price over Walmart is so worth the increase in quality.

This is the best bike shop in the area! Joe is courteous, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. He is my go to guy for regular tune ups and maintenance, and my bike is always ready for pickup when promised! There is no reason to go anywhere else.

Owner Joe is a 1 man operation and a good Dude. I bought my bike there a yr ago and just got my annual tuneup. Im very happy w all. He has a few cool new bikes, but they all sell quickly.

From the first point of contact over the phone, Joe (who manages the place) was professional, respectful and friendly. He was extremely easy to converse with and broke down my options for repairing by bike very clearly.I left the bike with him over Thanksgiving and after a couple of days he called me to advise a route of repair that was cheaper than originally stated due to what was needed on the bike most.While he could have easily added on the items he advised me to replace to the original cost bracket we agreed upon, he went above and beyond (WELL above and beyond) to ensure I was getting the best deal.That level of service is seldom seen these days and the standard Joe operates too means I am now a customer for life.He could have made more money off me short term but, due to his honest approach, I will continue to use his services thereby securing him a far greater earning capacity long term.I am truly impressed and wish everyone had his integrity.Great job Joe!

Bought 2 bikes from Joe at a good price and I had a problem with the gears on mine....bad shifting,slipping, locking up. Took mine back and Joe had me on my way in 15 minutes!. Put whole new sprocket on the rear and adjusted everything! Super service!...Highly recommend!

Closed Monday...why??They have to bike racks in front of their shop but no curb ramp up to ride your bike onto the sidewalk to park it.the pharmacy next door has a blacked-out ramp up for handicapped but you can barely see it because it blends in.The tags on the bikes have codes but no price...maybe the price is on the other side but the tag is facing AWAY from me.

He took his time showing me different options of bikes and gave me a lot of knowledge that I didnt have and how to choose a bike. While I did not buy my bike today when I do decide the purchase I will definitely be going back to Bikeways to purchase.

The best bike shop experience I ever had, and coming from Boulder, CO a major bike crazy place, that should tell you something. They are not the kind of shop for Lance Armstrong wannabes but excellent for the typical recreational bicyclist. VERY good, honest, friendly, helpful service. No snobbery here.

I went in for a few questions about bike part replacements. The person I spoke with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the repairs.

My bike was run over and left mangled on Sunday the 13th. I brought it up to Bikeways on Monday the 14th but they were closed. Came back up on Tuesday the 15th and spoke with Joe. He was very friendly and helpful and had my bike completed fixed that same day in only a few hours. Great prices and better service. I will always bring my bike back up here and will always reccomend his business to anyone with bike needs!
