Brought in for repair after someone sideswiped my car. Klaus did a perfect repair and, unexpectedly, cleaned the interior and exterior (both sandy and dirty from animal rescues). Despite my complicated, three-toned paint, Klaus gave me my car back looking brand new. Hope I never need another repair but if I do, I am going back to Klaus.

I just bought a car and did not realize that the passenger seat was stuck all the way back (lift bar). My daughters big strong boyfriend and I tried so hard to budge it...no go. So the next day I called Klaus...he squeezed me in to have one of his guys take a look. They had to take the seat out and it was a pen of a sort. Only charged me $25 that I was happy to pay!

I took my jeep in for minor repair & they had in done in alittle over a half a day, when I went to pick it up. I was amazed...they had vacuumed & cleaned the whole inside & out. Cleaned the windows. I was so impressed...I would recommend them to anyone. They were very responsible in the price & they worked with my schedule.

My window motor went out in my explorer and I brought it there for an estimate. He told me right off the bat it was going to be about $175 and I said great the other estimate I got was $180, then he called the parts place and looked at the window and actually said to me The price I said was wrong, it is going to be $160 the man already had me saying yes to $175 and he was very honest to give me the right price instead of just keeping it at the $175. Then the next day he had the motor and I came there at 9AM, and he got my car RIGHT IN to the shop with someone working on it. He was very friendly while I waited in the waiting room and I just hung out and watched TV for 1.5 hours. When my truck was done, we settled payment, got my receipt and I was ready to go. Unfortunately 2 days later the window motor stopped working and I called him up and he got me in the next day to look at it, saw it was just a faulty motor (which was not their fault) so they put a new motor in again with no hassle of more payment or money. He is very professional and I would absolutely bring my car there every time I needed work done to it in a shop. I would highly recommend that my friends and family use this shop as well. They did not bust my balls about anything that the car needed, or deals they could give me for this and that. I called about my window motor, they did my window motor professionally, honored his work guarantee, and I could not be Happier! Thank You Michael!

I had a driver side seat that had a commonly known design defect that Infiniti did not recall or have fixed and covered by the dealer. I was looking at a total dealer cost ranging from $1,400 - $1,800 to repair the problem with a new replacement.Instead of going forward with a dealer replacement cost, I reached out for a referral and Klaus was recommended to me. Mike Normans team tried re-welding the broken seat bracket twice but it wouldnt hold. What really impressed me was Mike wasnt willing to give up and send me to the dealer. He was on a mission to fix the problem and save me as much as money as he could. Mike and his team came up with a custom fabrication weld that worked. I ended up paying less than $500 and the seat bracket may even be stronger and better than the replacement. To top it off, my car was washed and clean when he gave it back me.I will be recommending Klaus Body Shop to my friends and anyone who asks me for a body shop referral.

KLAUS AUTOBODY in Largo couldnt have been nicer. Damaged the car on Thursday, got estimate Friday, dropped off car on Monday, and picked it up that Thursday. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and when we picked it up there KLAUS folks had detailed and washed the car (inside and out) as well. Once again we had a new looking car. 3 coat Pearl White is hard to match and they nailed it.Hope never to have another accident, but if I do Im heading straight to Klaus without a doubt.

The actual body work that was done on my truck was good but the paint job was absolutely horrible.... as far as I’m concerned the paint in which they put on my truck after they did the bodywork needs to be taken off and redone by someone who actually knows what they’re doing
