Extremely pleased at the job performed on my Mazda 3 hatchback rear bumper restoring it to pristine condition on Dec 11, 2019. Paint job perfect very pleased. I live in Davenport and it was well worth it to me to travel to Largo.

Disappointed with everything. Time, communication and price. Took 3 weeks to get my car fixed, paid the service for what I thought would be the full service, when I came to pick up the car they add another charge for the installation and painting, I was never informed about the extra charges. Never received my money back for buying the wrong part.. anyway. Never more.

This is my family’s second experience with this family owned business. My dad had a good experience with the paint job done to his car. I came in town for the weekend and my front bumper was dislodged. My dad told me about this company and how pleased with the experience he had. He suggested we try to run up and at least see if it was okay for me to drive. Not only did they agree to fix it but they did an excellent job and were wonderful to work with. Ive had Scratch & Dent do multiple repairs on my vehicles over the last 5 years and theyve always done an excellent job at a fair price. Needed 2 tires mounted after purchasing at a different location they were very quick and reasonably price for the service. The tech got a towel stuck in the locking mechanism in the trunk had to return next day to get fixed and remove the towel. They were quick to fix.

I drove my car there looking for an estimate on a repair for a dent I caused while driving too close to the key pad at my storage unit. I caused a dent on the hinge area on the drivers side door which prohibited me from opening my car door! I now had to climb over the console and get in or out of the passenger door! Stopping to ask for an estimate I could only roll my window down and explain the situation. Immediately a very kind man hurried to his tools, wrapped one with a cloth and quickly fixed my door area. Done...no charge...I could open my door. The panel looked perfect. He could easily charged me for this work. He didn’t. This company is a one of a kind. I highly recommended them. I will be back. One doesn’t find people like this just anywhere. We are lucky.

I drove by here on my way to get an estimate from another shop and I am glad I stopped! Everyone was friendly and were very reasonable. My Jeep was repaired, painted and ready to pick up fast. These guys are fantastic!!! I took my 2013 Mustang to see about cosmetic issue on the hood. They were so kind & didn’t treat me as a stupid female. I originally took it to the dealership & they claimed all i could do was repaint the hood. These guys were able to do it without repainting & it looks fantastic .I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done with great customer service

I have a 2012 Jetta SE and I’m gifting it to my brother so I wanted to get rid of this unsightly scratch on my bumper without paying a crazy amount of money. I read other raving reviews for this business and I’m so happy I decided to come here. Quinn greeted me immediately, walked outside to look at my car, and handled the entire job within ten minutes. He was extremely friendly and thorough. He did an AMAZING job! He completely removed all of the paint transfer from the pole I hit and filled in the spots where the paint was chipped. I’m so impressed with this business and I would recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs!

Came here with my Jeep to repair a small dent about the size of a half dollar and paint damage on my driver side door. Bryan gave me an excellent and fair price to repair the damages. When I can to pick up my jeep I couldnt have been happier! The repainted door matched perfectly, could never tell there was ever a dent, his son even touched a few other parts where paint was chipping, and they had my jeep washed and vacuumed waiting for me. He and his sons went above and beyond and I couldnt not give them a higher recommendation!

Thanks to Bryan and sons for working hard to get my car fixed after a minor accident. They did a great job on the repairs and gave me a good enough deal that I didnt have to pay the insurance deductible. They even did some work outside of normal business hours due to some extenuating circumstances. A good group of guys. Ill be back here if and when I need any body work in the future.

As a disclaimer I have been debating even posting this review for Scratch N Dent because I ended up never getting my car serviced with them. I am writing this review though to express my frustration for their lack of customer service. In short I spoke with the owner Brian in person twice and all my interactions after where over the phone. After providing Brian with my approved work my insurance company provided I was put on a 2 week waiting list to have my car worked on. Brian said they would have to take the full $3,100 for my car to repair it since it is a 2017 Chevy Cruz and told me he doubted he could save me anything on my deductible of $500. After two weeks of waiting I decided to take my car for a second opinion before giving it over to Scratch n Dent. I was told by the other company they could save me money on my deductible and could see me within the week. During the two weeks with Scratch n Dent I spoke to Brian one time and the other 5 times his lady in the office who kept promising he would call me back and never did. I was having issues with the insurance not issuing the check in their name and Brian swore he would get it resolved for us with the insurance. After many calls and a few days before we would drop the car off they told me I had to come in and sign an agreement to get the check reissued in their name. They sat on the document nearly a week before telling me. What is worse is the lady at the front counter claimed she called my girlfriend saying she had discussed signing the paperwork with her when my girlfriend had never actually received any calls or talked to anyone at Scratch n Dent, only I did. I backed out because I was not happy how little response I received and the customer service is horrible at this place. You guys need to hire someone to answer phone and insurance full time because I am going elsewhere. The straw that broke the camel back for me is my day to drop off the car came and went and I have not heard back from Scratch n Dent since. No reminders or anything, it has been two weeks and Brian never tried to get my business back and that is why I am posting this review. They make you wait a long time just to get no proper response and when your time is due then they dont even care if you do business with them. Terrible experience!

Being used to the games auto body shops play in the Northeast, I was frankly shocked at the overall quality treatment I received at Scratch N Dent; as part of the quote the approach was clearly explained and options provided. The repair far exceeded my expectations. I can see no reason to go to another auto body repair shop in the Clearwater / St Pete area.

For the most part, the work on 2000 Camry was done on time and looked like the original. Amazing! Minor detail - wrong size bumper stop for hood caused a slight rattle and was corrected immediately. Accommodated a special request without extra charge.
